I just harvested her today. Frosty looking nuggets with a pine citrus earthy aroma. Super sticky as well. I had about a 5 to 10 percent amber trichromes. I might of been a pinch early, but she was starting to foxtail. The colas look really nuggy. I had issues with mites early when I switched to flowering. This likely impacted some of the yield potential as she was neem oil treated for a week during that time. She did way better then I expected after that big stressor in play. Mites are long gone now. The plant will now hang dry 24 hours then get a light to mild agression wet trim, and end up in the cannatrol. To start a 8 day dry, and cure process. I will then run it in the bud trimmer. Then hand trim to finish. The G3000 light is a great quality light. I just ran it 19 weeks on a photoperiod grow, and had no issues with any of the Spider Farmer Equipment used. I used the 2.3x2.3x5tent, G3000 light, germination mat, 4 inch inline smart controller exhaust fan, and I will be using the new 16 inch Spider Farmer bud trimmer bowl when time comes. Excellent equipment from start to finish in my grow.

Well I’ve flipped the light schedule. We’re on 12/12. It’s only been 4 days and they’re definitely getting their stretch on! Let’s see what happens over the next week or so

I Messed Up A DAY Here. So one of the days is dated wrong. I tried to correct it the best that I could. 7/24 I decided to label this week as flower. It's more like preflower though. GMOs are stretching like crazy. Due to the rain we weren't supposed to get some of my plants are a little over watered. That's why I love the fabric pots. With the winds we get the bags dry out fast. The GMO's would've needed water anyway if we didn't get this storm. Event Horizon seems to be the furthest in flower amd the most over watered. WE'LL get a LITTLE more rain today and tomorrow but then hopfully my bags will dry out. They are heavy as hell right now. Had we not got rain for what seems like forever. Several plants would've needed to be watered if we didn't get this rain. Still the plants are currently overwatered. All the pics and video so far are from this morning after the horrible pounding rain of yesterday. Like I said before, I need to; defoliate for better air flow, add secondary supports or a vertical trellis, considering using a preventative pest application (e.g. BT), LST and spread branches apart and start using nutes. 7/25 Wasn't supposed to rain today. Like .001. It poured this morning and is still raining VERY LIGHTLY at 2:30. We got an inch yesterday. The total for these 3 days was suppised to be under half an inch. Anyway I went over around two and everything looks great! Things are clearly overwatered and heavy but the plants look happy! Most have their leaves out and everything! I love growing in bags because they dry out so quickly! I don't mind watering more. I defoliated one event horizon and the few yellow leaves I coukd see on other plants after shaking them off. The seedling in the 50 is far behind the others in flower and just showed its sex. I'm fairly certain that one is red runtz. Whatever it is is going to flower much later than the rest. It's going to be good if I have couple early finishers. I did a video but I'll have to upload tomorrow. I have a lot of work to do And not just in the garden so I'm hoping I can balance things out and get this stuff done. Caught three TINY inch worms. I'm wondering if me manually hunting has cut the adult population down and I'm just getting fresh born ones? If that's the case I wouldn't need to spray. 7/26 Plants looked pretty great today. I think me manually removing pillars has made a big difference. It's windy out too so it won't take long for those bags to dry out. Which is good because what wad supposed to be a half inch of rain turned into 3 straight days of rain. I'll be back over to work on the garden today and I'll update then. 7/27 Plants are looking pretty good. Good weather ahead and the bags are starting to lose weight. Found a pillar wrapped in a dead interior leaf all wrapped up. Found a couple more early this morning amd killed them. I did some slight leafing on some plants. I don't like doing that outdoors but since these are monster cropped they have far to many leaves. Airflow is improved. I'm not seeing any nutrient deficiencies yet. Plants are a vibrant healthy dark green. Soon I'll add a base nute like big bloom or ancient amber (I think that's the one, it's applicable to big bloom). I cam see some plants trying to start flowering and I've got one (in the 50) that has just shown sex. Hopfully this will give me some time between harvests. I'll update as I go along. DAD CALLED IN THE AFTERNOON AND SAID HE THOUGHT A PLANT MIGHT BE STARTING TO DROOP. IT WAS MY GMO CANARY THAT GETS HIT ON ALMOST THREE FULL SIDES BY WIND (ONLY ONE PLANT). I CHECKED THE WEIGHT AND IT WAS LIGHT. IT WAS DROOPING TOO. I WATERED THAT ONE PLANT WITH A GALLON AND WATCHED IT PERK BACK UP. I CHECKED THE WEIGHT ON THE OTHER PLANTS AND LIKE I THOUGHT THEY WERE STILL HEAVY. I PUT MY FINGER IN THE SOIL AND IT CAME AWWY COVERED IN DIRT. MY SEEDLING IN THE 10 WAS KINDA LIGHT SO I GAVE THAT HALF A GALLON. I USED THE OTHER HALF AS "A CUP OF KINDNESS" ON THE PLANTS THAT SEEMED LIGHTEST TO CARRY THEM OVER. I PROBABLY SHOULDVE WAITED BUT I DOUBT IT MATTERS. ILL CHECK IN THE MORNING. I ASSUME ILL HAVE TO WATER THEN OR AT NIGHT. ILL GO BY THE WEIGHT. THE CANARY WILL NEED TO BE ON A SEPERATE SCHEDULE. THATS FOR SURE. Went back over at 6:30 and plants looked better than they have in a long time bags still have some weight. With the sunny weather we are going to have these plants will keep exploding in growth. Found one pillar but I wasn't there long. Seriously considering a spray of BT in the near future. EDIT: UNFORTUNATELY MY SPIDEY SENSE STARTING TINGLING AROUND NOON. MY ANXIETY WONT LET ME IGNORE IT (IM NOW EMBRACING IT) AND I HAD TO CUT OFF A CONVERSATION WITH MY WIFE TO GO TO THE GARDEN. I IMMEDIATELY SAW THAT ONE OF MY GMOS WAS STARTING TO DROOP. NOT LIKE BEFORE BUT IF I HAD BRUSHED IT OFF AND LEFT IT FOR FOUR MORE HOURS IN THE 90° SUN IT WOULD'VE BEEN. I GAVE THE GMO'S (BESIDES THE ONE I GOT YESTERDAY EACH A GALLON. I DIDNT WANT TO WATER DURING THE DAY BUT THIS WAS MY BEST OPTION. I GAVE THE TOASTED TOFFY A GALLON AND THE 2 EVENT HORIZONS EACH GOT HALF A GALLON, AS WELL AS THE SHERB PIE WHICH GOT HALF A GALLON. I DECIDED TO DO THIS BECAUSE SOME PLANTS USE MORE WATER THAN OTHERS. BEFORE ACTUALLY GOING OVER I CONSULTED MY PREVIOS DIARIES. I HAD THIS SANE PROBLEM LAST YEAR ON THE SAME WEEK OF THE MONTH! THATS WHAT MADE ME TRUST MY INTUITION FULLY. I LEARNED FROM THE MISTAKE OF LAST YEAR. THINGS ARE GOING GOOD. IM STARTING NUTES SOON AND I NEED TO SPEAY FOR BT BUT DONT KNOW IF IT WILL BE TONIGHT. 7/29 Apparently my intuition worked out well. Plants looked great this morning. I may feed today. I defoliated a bit and watered the 10g with a half gallon and gave another half gallon to the gmo on the end that dries out fastest and that I didn't water yesterday. I think I've got the watering down. Now I need to start nutes and spray bt. Need to wait for the rain first though. Suppised to get minor showers the next couple days. I'm gonna try to get the trellis up too. WENT BACK A LITTPE AFTER FOUR. HUMiDITY WAS 100% AND IT WAS RAINING VERY LIGHTLY. I MEAN AS LITTLE AS IT CAN POSSIBLY RAIN. ALMOST LIKE WHAT IT FEELS LIKE WITH THOSE MISTING FANS IF YOU STAND BACK A WAYS. I DIDN'T WATER. PLANTS WERE LOOKING GREAT! I DID SOME DEFOLIATION AND CAN TELL I NEED TO START NUTES. I CAN SEE SOME SLIGHT DEFICIENCIES IN BIG OLDER LEAVES. SOME SMALL INTERIOR LEAVES YELLOWED. NOT MANY. GRANTED THEY ARE STARTING TO FLOWER. I'LL PLAN ON FEEDING TOMORROW. THE NEXT FEW DAYS IS SUPPISED TO BE SHOWERS. I DOUBT IT WILL GIVE MY BIG GIRLS ALL THEY NEED BUT IT WILL BE A GOOD START. I DID A VIDEO BUT ITS RATHER LONG SO I CANT UPLOAD IT HERE. ITS COOL WATCHING HOW DIFFERENT THE DIFFERENT STRAINS GROW. STILL HAVE A BUNCH OF SHIT TO DO. IT WILL GET DONE THIS WEEK. 7/30 I held off watering today due to a supposed storm and rain we were supposed to be getting. I had early doctors appointments. I got back around 11 and the bags seemed light. After consulting last years diary I saw that I am underwatering. The root system weighs a lot! We haven't got the hundredths of an inch of rain but we got some sun. It's over cast now. I was there working for a few hours. I watered most a gallon. All the gmo's got a gallon. I gave the two event horizons about two thirds a gallon. About the same with the toasted toffy and the sherb pie. About 3/4 of a gallon as they seemed to have a little weight left. Looking at last years diary there were plants I was giving two gallons at a time in a 20 gal bag so I've been u Der watering a bit. I've caught it now and adjusted. I'm not losing leaves at the pace I have in the past. Even though some are in flower. I think I'm getting better. I fed for the first time today. Each plant got 1.75 pints. Except the 10gallon which got half the powerade bottle and the 5gal which got a qtr. By the time I left the plants were standing up nice and tall and looking amazing. Now I just need to apply bt and secondary supports. 7/31 Another eight day week. I'll have to do six days next week. Everything looked amazing this morning. I'm seeing less pest damage. Watering and feeding was the right move. Now I just have a little rearranging to do, add supports and spray if I decide to.

I bought a Mars hydro 600 and she has loved it! I think she’s close, one more week my guess. I will give her some nutes in a couple days. A huge branch decided to leave the plant, so I got it to dry and then I’ll compare the high from each chop time. The trichromes are clear to milky. I think she’ll have time to get mostly milky and a bit amber in a week, I want an up high and not at all couchlock.

So we are in week 2 of flower I ran out of Dutch pro and my hydro shop didn't have any in stock so I had to swap to canna 450ml A&B I've also added some bud blood. So today I did some defoliation to anything below my scrog net and tucked some of the bigger fan leaves to expose the new bud sites. I also raised my light a few inches to allow the ladies to grow into it. 21/5/21 The girls are growing fast I did some defoliation 2 days ago and I had to repeat today 26/5/21 Took some fan leaves off that where blocking bud sites only a small handful needed to be removed, I gave them a feed ppm 946 ph 6.3, bud sites are looking nice and healthy I've got plenty of air flow throughout my tent, have yet to notice any aroma but still very early days. That's all for now gays and gals happy growing and pleasant smoking ;)

She’s amazing! Idk what day she went to chop. My momma took care of everyone while we were on vacation. So she chopped for us. She survived spider mite treatments. She survived getting brutalized with the hose and the herb is still so beautifully dense and gassy. I’m so proud of her. Really beautiful đŸŒ± sloth tax because they are my spirit animal ❀❀

19.10. - der Tank ist mit 20l gefĂŒllt. Athena NĂ€hrstoffe hinzugefĂŒgt in folgender Reihenfolge Balance (10ml), Grow B (26ml), Grow A (26ml), CaMg (8ml), Cleanse (10ml), Canna pH- (7ml). 🇬🇧 October 23-25: The grow is going well, but this site is a mess. For over a week, I haven't been able to update anything. (Everything else works, every page, etc., except updating the diary.) That's why I don't feel like adding all that now. Fuck you, whoever's responsible for this site running, and the server operator too!!! Update everything so it actually works. I've had to read so many times in the last few weeks. Oops, something's broken! If you want to grow, this has to work, otherwise you can't convince anyone to use this site. Because it's no fun. 10/22 - The Autopot system is back on. The trays under the pots were empty again. The pots still have a good weight, but since they're growing faster and faster, I decided to leave it on for now. The EC in the tank is 1.3 and the pH is 5.8 (in case it rises slightly over time). Otherwise, I've plucked the shoots out from under the leaves where possible and tucked the leaves underneath. 10/21 - The plants are starting to thrive. The Autopot trays are almost empty, and the pots are still heavy enough that I probably won't turn the system on again until tomorrow or the day after. They should use up what they received the first time i turned the System on, and not be left standing in a permanently damp place. 10/20 - Half of the tank's contents simply disappeared into the pot overnight. By evening, only a few liters remained, just enough to cover the circulation pump at the bottom. I refilled the tank with 30 liters accordingly. But I'll turn it off for now; the pots are heavy enough. 10/19 - The tank is filled to 20 liters. I added Athena nutrients in the following order: Balance (10 ml), Grow B (26 ml), Grow A (26 ml), CaMg (8 ml), Cleanse (10 ml), and Canna pH- (7 ml). I turned it on and the trays are full. I hope the ladies will thank me for this over the next week. Happy GrowingđŸ’›đŸŒ

Super Silver Haze (Zamnesia Seeds) — Flower Week 7 (Recovery) Grower: Dog Doctor Strain: Super Silver Haze Breeder: Zamnesia Seeds Stage: Flower — Week 7 (recovery after localized bud rot) Pots/Medium: 11 L fabric pots — living super soil with Aptus pellets and Plagron support Watering: Hand watering; currently water only (see science below) Lights: F.O.G. Black Series 600W + ThinkGrow ICL-300 (inner canopy) + Lumatek Zeus Compact Pro 465W Control & Monitoring: TrolMaster Hydro-X/Tent-X + WCS substrate sensors Air exchange: Dual 6” filtered exhausts + filtered intake; oscillating fans moving canopy air Current environment (example): day ~29–31 °C, night ~24–26 °C, RH mid 50s–60s, CO₂ ~700 ppm âž» Quick recap — seed to the present moment ‱ Germination & early veg: 3/3 germinated via Cannakan; strong, even starts. ‱ Transplant: Into 11 L fabric pots with a super soil base inoculated with Aptus Mycor/Micro mixes and buffered for pH stability. ‱ Veg: Compact, steady growth; conservative feeding with Aptus starter lineup. ‱ Early flower: Fast flower transition, pistils and bud sites stacking quickly. Plagron trio (Power Buds, Sugar Royal, Green Sensation) + Aptus boosters used to enhance bloom development. ‱ Bud rot event: Localized Botrytis found inside one cola; removed quickly and thoroughly. Loss minimal. Immediate steps taken (see below). ‱ Recovery week (this report): Plants responding strongly — dense colas, heavy frosting, explosive aroma. We moved temporarily to water-only feed to stabilize the root zone and let the soil biology drive nutrition. âž» What happened and how we dealt with it 1. Detection: Small dark spot discovered deep inside a dense cola. Because rot often starts inside dense clusters, early detection is key. 2. Immediate action: Removed the affected flowers and any suspicious material. Cut generously around infected tissue to avoid leaving spores. Placed waste in sealed bags and removed from the growroom. 3. Sanitation: Cleaned tools, wiped surfaces, checked fans and filters for dust pockets, and increased canopy airflow. 4. Environment adjustments: Increased air movement across and through the canopy; checked extraction; planned AC installation to lower day temps and stabilize RH. 5. Observation & patience: Kept strict daily inspections for any new spots; let plants recover without additional heavy nutrient pushes. Result: the loss was minimal, the rest of the canopy stayed healthy, and the plants rebounded quickly. Dense, frosty colas and an incredibly strong smell are the signs they are back on track. âž» Why “water only” right now — the science, explained simply We moved to water-only feeds for a short, strategic period. That decision is conservative and backed by three practical goals: 1. Reduce salt and nutrient spikes: After stress and after tissue removal, roots can be sensitive. Water-only flushes prevent sudden EC spikes that can further stress roots. Salt buildup can inhibit water uptake (osmotic stress); clean water restores osmotic balance. 2. Let the soil biology work: You’re growing in a living super soil with Aptus pellets and biological inoculants. Microbes mineralize nutrients slowly and steadily. When plants are stressed, microbial mineralization becomes more important than high-concentration liquid feeds. Water-only gives beneficial microbes a stable environment to supply what the plant needs. 3. Avoid overstimulating lush growth: At late flower, you want carbohydrate partitioning to favor flower filling and resin production, not new vegetative pushes. Limiting NPK pulses prevents a late vegetative response and encourages the plant to allocate sugars to trichome and calyx growth. Practical note: “Water only” does not mean nutrient-starvation. Your living soil still releases NPK and trace elements. Monitor substrate EC (WCS) and plant appearance; if deficiency signs persist for more than a week, reintroduce a light, balanced feed. âž» The gear doing the heavy lifting — why the ICL-300 inner canopy lights matter ‱ ThinkGrow ICL-300 (inner canopy lights): These deliver targeted, diffuse light deeper into the canopy. For dense sativas or hybrids that set flowers lower on the plant, inner-canopy LEDs reduce shading and encourage even bud set on lower nodes. They also reduce the need to strip leaves to reach light—so you can preserve biology and microclimate. ‱ F.O.G. Black Series & Lumatek: Provide high PPFD to the top canopy for strong photosynthesis and sugar production. The combination of powerful top light + targeted inner lights = even canopy carbon distribution and more uniformly fat colas. ‱ TrolMaster + WCS: Real-time data on substrate moisture and EC lets you water by need (you’re already using ~19–25% dryness triggers), which prevents both saturation pockets that encourage rot and drought that stresses plants. ‱ Airflow & filtration: Dual exhausts and oscillating fans keep air moving; carbon filters keep air clean. This is essential to lower local humidity around flowers and prevent new rot pockets. All gear together creates a system: light for sugar, airflow for dryness, monitoring for precision, and soil biology for nutrition. âž» Observations this week ‱ Colas: Thickening, dense, frosty. Trichome production visible even with the naked eye. ‱ Aroma: Extremely potent — strong typical Super Silver Haze profile developing (citrus/citrus-haze + spicy/earthy back-notes), likely driven by terpene expression and warm room temps. ‱ Leaves: Minor spotting in places earlier; after CalMag adjustments and water-only period, new growth is healthy and vibrant. ‱ Root zone: Very active — roots visible through fabric, good white root color where checked. âž» Risks to watch and mitigation steps (practical, daily checklist) ‱ Risk: Secondary rot pockets — Mitigation: daily inspection, move a small headlamp into canopy to view internals, keep oscillating fans moving air between bud layers. ‱ Risk: High night humidity with cooler temps — Mitigation: install AC / run dehumidifier at night, maintain extraction during lights-off. ‱ Risk: Support failure from heavy colas — Mitigation: pre-position soft ties / netting to support colas now before they get heavy. ‱ Risk: Late-flower nutrient imbalance — Mitigation: watch leaf tips/edges for burn or deficiency. If signs appear, use small, dilute corrective feeds rather than heavy dosages. âž» What to expect in the next 1–3 weeks ‱ Short term (next 7 days): Continued fattening of calyxes, sustained trichome increase, aroma intensifies. Plants will drink more as flowers bulk. Keep water-only until the canopy is stable and substrate EC is within your target range. ‱ Mid term (weeks 2–3 from now): Major bulk phase — colas will gain weight and density. Trichomes will move from clear → cloudy (start of potency peak). Expect more resin and heavier terpene bouquet. ‱ Near harvest planning: Start planning drying/curing space and harvest timeline once trichome clouding reaches your target (we’ll plan this together when the time approaches). Also plan to stagger harvests if colas mature at different rates. âž» Short educational sidebar — why trichomes explode now (brief) Late flower is all about sugar allocation and secondary metabolism. With high light, steady CO₂, and stable root nutrition, plants convert energy into: ‱ Calyx growth (mass) — the physical body of the bud ‱ Trichome production (resin glands) — metabolically expensive, but essential for protection and reproduction; trichomes store terpenes and cannabinoids which act as plant defense and pollinator signals in nature The combination of your lighting, living soil biology, and current conservative feeding strategy drives both mass and resin production. âž» Final practical tips for the diary entry ‱ Post a short video walk-through of the canopy with commentary pointing to the saved areas vs. new growth — that tells the recovery story visually. ‱ Photograph a closeup of a supported, heavy cola to show density and resin. ‱ Note the date of the rot removal and actions taken in the GrowDiaries log — that makes the journal useful for other growers and for troubleshooting later runs. ‱ Keep a small “harvest box” ready: sanitized scissors, nets, gloves, labeled trays — you’ll want them when the time comes. âž» Gratitude and perspective we acted fast, used sound horticultural judgment, and let biology and environment do their work. That combination saved the run. Super Silver Haze is responding like a champion — dense, frosty, and unapologetically aromatic.
