🚀 Week 7 Overall | Flower Week 2: The Great Stretch & Soil Struggles 🌿 What’s up growmies! We’ve officially moved into Week 7 overall, which marks the second week of flowering. The girls have absolutely exploded! That Week 2 stretch is in full effect and it’s beautiful to see. Because of the crazy growth, I had to step in with some light defoliation and a "mini" lollipopping from the bottom. I want to make sure the strongest branches have enough energy to reach for the sky. Once the stretch is over and they stop growing taller, I’ll do one final heavy defoliation and a proper lollipopping, but for now, this was definitely necessary. The Struggle: I’m still dealing with the yellowing of new leaves. Since I’m running a no-chem, low-feed organic setup, "nutrient burn" is highly unlikely. I’m starting to lean towards the fact that I messed up my living soil mix and it’s lacking oxygen. The Fix: I decided to drill some extra holes into my old pots to get better aeration into the root zone. Lesson learned: for the next run, I’m definitely upgrading to a proper living soil bed! 🛏️ I honestly hate this kind of stress during a grow. I’m just crossing my fingers that the plants finish strong and the root system doesn't get messed up. Stay tuned and happy growing to everyone out there! 🙏💚 One love!

Welcome back everyone, As you can see are almost all seedlings growing. Some where still in the soil. Might happend when giving water(seedlings can turn or get deeper), checked it out and they are alive and well. All pictures are from day 4. The humidifier had been added, so I had to adjust the room. I spotted a corner of the room that gets dryer faster. I adjust the fan for now and see what happens. Corners are always hard to get perfect. Sometimes the light, air, watering doesn't come there properly. Seedlings don't need much nutrients, neighter do autoflowers. with normal soil I would recommend to only give water for 1-2 weeks, since it holds nutrients in it as well. But since I'm using Cocos for this grow, I might have to add some basic nutrients in the upcomming week. For this week I gave/give only water turns and Startbooster/rhyzotonic turns. Update day 5: - Lowerd the lights to avoid stretching, they are now at 75cm distance from lamp to pots. I want them at 40-50 cm, but I don't want to rush it. - Added another layer of cocos to avoid the soil from drying up therefore the roots from dying. This will happen because of lowering the lamps down, the soil will get exposed more to heat. As you can see, the humidifier is doing his thing haha. Pictures and videos where taken without the lights + fans on. because of that, it will look like this. Still fun thought. Arround 7 seeds didn't reach the surface yet, lets hope they make there way up soon. Enjoy!

It was a good week the buds are already getting more dense. 3 out of 4 pots had some slight stretching issues, the last pot I transplanted had the most even canopy. Probably mixed the wrong ratio of amendments in the beginning . Looking forward to second half of flower!

Looking good but I'm hoping the smaller colas beef up a bit more, makes me worry about the yield. Surprised to see ambers but I'll take it as a good sign. Good news is my tent and light arrive tomorrow! Just a 2x2x4 and a mars ts1000 but I'm really looking forward to growing in it. I plan to grow two 3-gallon pots at a time, autoflowers of course! Looking forward to having more room to work with instead of just the bucket and about 12" diameter that I've had my first 2 grows in. Happy growing y'all! 😎

After overfeeding the plants in the past, I've been feeding not enough, lateley. Plant #1 shows nutrient deficiencies. after giving more nutrients, plant #1 seems to recover. The build up of flowers is amasing. The flowers smell really sweet.😀

😄 ================================= 🙄☮️👇🙏👌🤛👍👉👉👉❤️💜❤️👈👈👈🤜👌🙏👇☮️🤩🖐️🏻 =================================

Panted the seeds straight in their main pots and put a plastic bag over them to increase the humidity. Removed the plastic bags after the plants were 2 days out of the soil. Temp is around 20c and humidity around 50%. No added nutrients yet. Only using some ph minus to bring the pH levels down to arounbd 6,5. After each watering I am slowly increasing the light intensity. Started on 25% then to 50% of the capacity of the lamp. Noticed in the second week that I had set my timer wrong and the plants were on a 14-8 cycle instead of a intended 18-6.

Flowering day 11 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The first days of this week it looked really terrible for me because it was much too cold because of the unusual temperature. The heating mat has now also arrived for the big tent and lo and behold the plants have been developing really well since that day ☺️👍. The temperature doesn't keep quite as well as in the small box, but at least I don't get below 18 degrees in the pots at night anymore, even though it's only 16 at the top 😅👍. Since I switched to flowering, it was time to rinse off a bit with Clean Fruits :-) . Did them a lot of good. You have already received the first watering with Grow Liquid and the next in a mix with Bloom Liquid 😀👍. Otherwise everything was cleaned and checked. ***Sponsored Grow*** = Medic || https://medicgrow.com || Grow = ***Sponsored Grow*** Made the call to chop this plant as it was only going to make nanners if I left it to long. Overall a giant disappointment, the Fast Flower FF was an Autoflower AF, Its put me off fast flowers and really whats one week when you grow indoors for an early harvest. Not something that's in my list of things I need. The smell of the plant is nice, basic weed scents, nice and sticky and full of crystals. Will see what happens in cure once it finishes drying. It made a weird nub of plant at the base of its stalk. have not seen that before, IDK what it was/means. Will provide more details in smoke report week. ***Sponsored Grow*** Official Website: https://medicgrow.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/medicgrowled Twitter: https://twitter.com/medicgrow Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/medicgrow420/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNmiY4F9z94u-8eGj7R1CSQ Growdiaries: https://growdiaries.com/grower/medicgrowled https://growdiaries.com/grow-lights/medic-grow
