16/04/2021 Llego el momento de iniciar temprano un nuevo cultivo de suelo vivo. Para ello comenzamos armando el sustrato (200L) para posteriormente dejarlo pre mezclado y con su vida correspondiente para recibir a estos 4/5/6 esquejes que van a ingresar. Se instalo el sistema de riego sensible de Blumat Tropf con sus dos zanahorias y 5 puntos de goteo por cada una, con apenas dos Dias ya observamos como se germinaron esas lentejas que van a producir ese cover crop y alojar a todos esos hongos benéficos de sus raíces hasta esperar que lleguen las plantas. 21/04/2021 Las lentejas ya germinaron de manera correcta, se colocó el mulch orgánico y el sustrato continua con una muy buena humedad por lo que se estima que la vida debajo se está poniendo interesante. 27/04/2021 Hoy sigue a la espera de una nueva luz Quantum Board 240w para este espacio, de todas maneras se colocaron las plantas en el espacio de cultivo para ver cómo queda la dispocion!

The buds on Black Opium are looking so fat, and they're so heavy I've had to stake the plant with my new stronger stakes. I have tied the stakes to the stems with soft fabric ties. I couldn't be happier with the results that we have so far, and I think we are still a few weeks away from harvest. Quite a lot of the pistils are still white. I like to leave my plants a little bit longer. Just to make sure that they're ready. I always check the trichomes. Maybe she'll even stack on some more weight who knows, fingers crossed, and we'll see what happens! I'm just trying to keep the buds and the stems intact. The plant has definitely increased the need for water and feedings. I have added an additional 100Watt UVA/UVB lamp, as the uppermost canopy of Acapulco Gold is blocking pretty much everything in the tent. Hopefully, this will aid the shorter plants in surviving until I can harvest it. There will be so much more space and lighting. Can't wait! 😅 Here is what I did this week. 25.9.25: I watered with 3.25L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5 with; 💜 Sea K 2.5TSP 💜 Cal-Mag 1.5TSP 💜 Biosys 2TSP PH: 6.5 PPM: 1020 The fungus gnats have really incresed since I did a watering of the whole tent. I have some more sticky traps set out, and I will not water for several days. Once it has dried the top soil, I will add some more Diatomaceous Earth to the top 5cm. Noch sind es nicht allzu viele, aber sicherheitshalber schlagen wir mit Phytoseilus Persimilis zurück. Die einzige, die das Recht hat, die Membran zu fressen, ist die Raupe, die sich bereits daran erfreut. Ansonsten haben wir sie heute wieder mit Jauche gegossen, diesmal auch mit Schachtelhalm 😌

It is so very hot now every day here. All my girls are suffering from the heat and they need to be watered very frequently. I avoid drying them out completely. She is starting to get some seriously fat colas. I currently have 6 autos growing, and this girl shows the fattest buds yet. She also smells really good - very fresh. I hope that she won´t lose her smell with the heat...

Not much to report this week. Just added some Fish Bone Meal and started on the Kool Bloom, too.

420Fastbuds-Greenhouse Grow 2025 The feminized strains RainbowMelon, GorillaMelon, LemonPaya, PapayaSherbet, LemonMandarin, the FastFlowering GG4/Sherbet from Fastbuds are doing amazing for there first full week in the greenhouse. The heat in SoCal is warming up with temps in the low 90's in the daytime and 60's for nighttime. Over all they're starting to reach for the stars after being topped. Besides a couple of yellow leafs I snipped at the soil level, I'm seeing growth almost daily. I'll start feeding this week Grow A & B as well as Calmag from AthenaBlendedLine. Since being transplanted into the 5gal fabric pots they've only got well water. Happy Growing.

🌱 30.07. - Day 8: Today marks the start of the second week of growth for my Fastberry plant, which is thriving. Currently, I water it every three days with 350-400 ml, tailored to its needs and the pot size. I'm planning to start fertilizing by the end of this week. I've noticed that I need to be careful not to get the leaves wet during watering, as the leaf color seems to lighten where water droplets touch. To prevent scorching, I've dimmed my lamp to 65%, ensuring gentle care for the young plant. 🌿 🌱 Update 01.08 - Day 10 🚨 Near Disaster with My Fastberry Plant! 🚨 A mishap occurred today when I was setting up yellow sticky traps to ward off pests like fungus gnats. While positioning one near the plant, it accidentally tipped over, tearing off a third of one leaf. 😢 Leaf Condition: The damaged leaf still looks okay. From what I’ve learned, it's best to leave it as long as it remains green. If it begins to yellow and wilt, I'll cut it off. 🍂 General Plant Growth: Overall, the Fastberry plant is doing well. The humidity is stable at around 65%, and the pH is at 7, which I'm currently adjusting to 6 using Biobizz pH Down. 💧 🌱 Update 04.08. - Day 13 The plant is flourishing! Today, I administered its first dose of BioBizz Grow (0.8 ml per liter, pH 6.3) and watered it with 400 ml. Both plants have almost stopped growing in heigth now and are in full flowering mode now. Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) Plant #1 is 15 cm shorter than plant #2, but a little bushier. Both have grown very well and are strong and healthy. They get more and more flower clusters now and start to fill up all branches. Trichomes start to appear all over...the plants start to get sticky and develop a weak sweet aroma now. Its time to take off the biggest fan leaves now for defoliation, I took a round of pics before and after.

I have to thank @Kannabia and @GreenBuzzNutrients for supporting this crop with their premium produce. No doubt these guys do a great job. Specifically, this crop was fast and quite stable. To get its full potential I would use automatic irrigation or hydroponic cultivation. I would also make sure the stems have enough support to support their heavy buds. This is quite a monster in the making!
