Quebec Blast is growing good still. She got heavy training today. A good defoliation to open center up, and lst has been steady on extending branches. Looking at about 3 weeks as this is the start of week 6 before light change. They are getting big fast so might be sooner. As long as I can keep the nutrition level in check since it is so little. The SE5000 should provide a good room of colas in the end. Light intensity is at 60 percent just with more distance between plant, and light. I just been adjusting to a lot of changes. New light and finding the spot the plants like. Which I believe I found the vegging sweet spot I might be just a little too strong on light intensity. Going off what the leaves were saying before defoliation. Plant seems fairly happy, and has really long roots going. Been changing the solution about once a week since it is only a gallon I use. Plus have been trying to get a good tds level the plant likes. Think I found it or am really close. She is in a New Level Hydro bucket. All is going good for now. hi, the two plants are doing well and continue in their flowering and the odors they produce are increasing and these two have a sweet smell but also notes of wild fennel, or noticed that one of the two plants has a Polyploidy mutation in the flowers, for the rest, nothing has changed, they are still fed earthworm humus which was placed in the soil and cane sugar when given to drink with a controlled pH of 6.3/6.4

Plants are looking very healthy. I have stopped adding Recharge and MykosWP. I have them only on water now so they can effectively eat the High Tide from Commonwealth Canna. Lights are at 90% and 20 inches above the canopy. I will be using plant stakes to hold the buds up.
Should see flowers see some flower forming sooner than later.

9/7 Day 7
Things are ok watching Jen closely and dropping PH slowly from 6.8 to 6.0 by the gauge (no more dye... yea) to see if its a lockout.
Lowered lights to 24 inches as I am seeing a bit of stretch. Just learning how to use the light in absence of anything approaching instruction :)

Transplant time coming up in a week or so, be getting the pots ready with a full wash of nuets just to get things rolling in the soil.
9/11 D11 Transplanted to five gal pots, soil is mix of 707 with 1 tbs Recharge , 3 tbs Dolimite lime, and 5 tbs Happy Frog Guano Culture ,
Watered with feed of Kanga/Fish Mix/Big Bloom 0.5 gal each
Staying on 24 hr lights till end of week
9/14 D14 Finishing the week up with a feeding Fish Mix 1 tsp/gal Big Bloom 1 Tbs/gal for 2.0 liters
Lights now on same timer as the CBD - 20-4

Mandarin XL auto has sprouted, and us looking good. She is getting acclimated to the substrate, and roots should be seeking nutrition soon. She will be in the organo-mineral Gen1:11 nutrition. Heeey guys!
A rather fast update this time, right? I was always 1 week late with the updates but decided to speed things up a little this time! π
And now, to summarize this week I'd say it was fun! π
While I was still unsure if I wanted to go for 8 colas or just stick with 4 (I wasn't 100% sure last week! I'm a very indecisive person!) and after taking into consideration all the pros/cons and my own skill level I decided to just stick to 4 for now. I don't want the buds to fight for light and since this is my first time doing main-lining I'm sure I might end screwing things up with 8 colas. π
Besides what I mentioned earlier I did a lot of trimming (had to cut the remaining branches and extra foliage!) and gave a friend some cuttings of my babies! (after all I had 8 spare ones from each plant!) I also went for a more aggressive with LST since I know I'll need more space between each in the future colas! πͺ
I also moved Boomer to a new container, she was getting somewhat crowded in such a small space! (I'm so impressed she's growing so well right now!) π
You'll once again see two time lapses showing how my plants were growing, I hope you all will enjoy them! π
Probably I'll stick for one or two more weeks in veg (I want the plants to grow a bit more before going into flower) but so far most of the work is done.

The auto rotation is picking up ! Less then half are small . 8 out of ten fem. Glad I feminized all my seeds.

This thing was very easy to grow. Liked low PPMs in flower. Around 600 was plenty for her. Will report taste and effects when curing is complete.

Starting to dial it in, I think? Finally, it seems my plant was growing faster than the chlorophyll could keep up. Thai and some ph adjustment and I woke up smiling π

This was another very good week for the plants, with the flowers beginning to swell up and take shape. Some of the lower leaves are starting to yellow, but this is expected. As the light doesn't penetrate as far, the plant will begin to 'consume' those leaves and drop them to redirect energy to the tops.
The canopy is fairly even apart from 1 small spot, which does not have any colas at all. This is due to me bending away the GSC that was topped, with the intention of the lower branches stretching up. This happened with all the other plants I did it to, but not this one for some reason. I think it was due to airflow around the budsites so I added an extra fan last week to hopefully improve this.
The strongest looking plants by far are still the ones that were Topped with LST, followed by the mainlined, with only LST in last place. I have found that the LST only ones do not have stems as thick as the others, so this may impact yield later.
Not much done in the way of training apart from the odd leaf bending or stem tying. The next few weeks will most likely be fairly uneventful, as now we just need to wait for them to flower fully :D

This is my first time planting directly into the final pot, and the difference is clear β I definitely saved a few days of growth.
Watering volume is increasing steadily: started at ~400 ml and today I went for the first runoff with about 800 ml.
EC stays on the lower side, around 0.6. Theyβre also getting Power Roots and enzymes.
DOKI got her first LST today.
