Week 7 started, plants are going well, biscotti mints 1 looks a bit behind of biscotti mints 2.. I flushed both plants, one in the beginning of the week 7 and number 2 after it dried out from last watering yesterday.. breeder says plants will be ready in 8-9 weeks so now only water and watch the trichomes to harvest in the best time 🙌🏼

8/2: Everybody is potted up in a 3 gallon pot now. I sprayed them all with Boom Boom Spray one day, and foliar fed with kelp and Superthive all week. They got their first real feeding with TPS One and seemed to like it. I also gave them a little molasses.

Super stoked for last week, watching her flower is pretty incredible, so from pretty much week 9 of veg up till now I've been feeding her half strength base nutrients with fluctuating strengths of sensizym and Cal-Mag always mixed with 8L of basic filtered water. Update January 5 2020. Back from my fishing trip! Happy to say that everything with the durban is going swimmingly, I fed her today 8L with half strength base nutrients and half strength of sensizym. I will probably do one more feeding with sensizym and call it good.. in two-three weeks I will start adding my Overdrive nutrients to my base. January 11 update: Not much going. Just playing the waiting game now. January 13 update: its gotten really cold here, like -37 with wind so I put a ceramic heat emitter back in, now back up to 250w heat running 24/7. Growing in an unheated shop is definitely a challenge! But with the other one in things are picking up and shits drying out finally. Should have put the other heater back in a week ago. My bad. January 15 update: -37!! Holy fu*ck, fed her 3L of mixed nutrients at half strength. With just a splash of overdrive. January 17 update: outside temps finally warming up to -25°c yay!! Inside grow box temps up to 28°c she likes it warm, Fed her the remaining food I had mixed up, she got about 5L. Seeing fattening of the bud sites👀👌 January 19 update: No idea when this happened but it did.. got a crack right at first top. Now I know to leave more of stem above where it splits off into two. Quick tape fix till I figure it out, fed her 5L of mixed food with just under full strength OverDrive and some organic growth plus.. it has a high pk so I'm using it once. January 21 update: things are slowing down now, just a waiting game to find that nice mix of cloudy/amber trichomes. Might feed one more time then it's on to flushing! January 23 update. Fed her another 5L of mixed nutrients with full strength OverDrive. Seems how I have about 2-3weeks left, that will be the last feed. I have lots of "buffer" leaves and pretty sure I've been overfeeding a bit so it's now flush time.. I will be flushing for last 2-3 weeks with just plain PH'd tap water. My "buffer" leaves should keep it going till it's time. January 25 update: first flush done with about 8L of store bought RO water. Water that came out was slightly brown. No point checking run off yet as its first flush. I will check ppms next flush in a few days. She's starting to smell really good! Like an earthy diesel . January 27 update: wasn't going to but the leaves are dry as f*** so dumped in another 8l of RO flush water. Trichomes are I'd say 99 to 100% cloudy with a few Amber's here and there.. I will try to time it for Feb 1st harvest. If I'm a few days early due to flushing coco then so be it. January 28 update: no water. Still seeing some slight fattening of the buds. Every bud site including the lower pop corn buds are just covered in dense trichomes🤤 I'm going to have some pretty killer trim to work with.. I will be making canna butter for the first time😀 side note: will be cleaning the grow box tomorrow when the lights are on. January 29 update: None. I did however find out sunglasses make great UV filters for taking pictures and videos 👍 January 30 update: None. January 31 update: large flush with about 14L of water, cleaned out run off tray. That's pretty much it.. oh, trimmed a few more leaves that were covering any buds. So close I can almost taste it!!! 🤤🤤 sure not very strong smelling though🤨. I'm sure that will change once I start chopping into her. February 1st update: 10L flush, noticed one of my intake fans has been off for some time now🤦‍♂️🏻 fired that back up. I did mention that I might harvest today.. she's not quite ready yet, I will let her dry out 3days prior and do a 48hr darkness prior to harvest as well. February 3rd update: last day of week 16, trichomes are right where I want them for the affect I'm after.(and will continue to amber up during cure) So tonight I will be chopping her down. Going to do a "wet" trim and hang buds in the drying rack till ready for curing jars. Planning on a 3 week minimum cure time. I would to thank everyone for the kind words/likes and encouragement!! We ended up harvesting on day 55 of flower for these girls. 2 of these girls stayed shorter and gave a more spaced out bud stucture, while the other 2 took over the tent and were twice as big and gave a more normal compact bud stucture. 1 plant in particular(front left one) took over the main area of the tent on its side and produced about half of the total weight over all. We ran into some problems with stretching this go round as I’m still trying to figure out these light movers. But trial and error will prevail in the long run I’m sure, just takes so long once you make a change to see the results sometimes it’s tricky. Lol we haven’t cured yet but already it is some nice smelling and tasty buds. Got that classic OG kush kinda smell and taste. I will update more on this once we get some curing time in on it. We ended up with just over 10 ounces of bud and a little over an once of smaller popcorn buds, although with the exception of the one that gave us half the weight, most of the buds on the other 3 girls once broken up where all smaller with a few exceptions. But for an early version strain that is crossed with the ruderalis plant for fast flower it didn’t turn out to bad all things considered. 11 ounces off 4 plants in 55 days is ok in my books. Lol we also got a crap load of trim and just the lower fluffy stuff we will use for baking and oil making. Overall it was very easy to go, took some good ph swings like a champ and really didn’t give me any trouble with the exception of my mistakes and experimenting with my light rail movers.

Since last week I've been doing the normal watering only when they ask and watering once a week with top crop top veg fertilizer and they've responded very well and both are already in 11L airpots that I transplanted during this week

When attempting living soil in smaller containers, replenishing soil nutrients & refreshing biology often is an absolute necessity to keep root expansion & activity from stagnation. I top dress heavily every three weeks. Total Tent Entry Time-40 min Cover crop chop & dropped then integrated into existing straw mulch. Top dress of 2 cups worm castings, 1 cup Build a Flower, 1/2 cup Craft Blend, 1/4 cup Kashi Gold, 2 tbsp Ocean Blend, 2 tbsp Kiss My Frass, blended together & mixed into mulch/cover crop layer. 6 cups of reclaimed & re-ammended soil, with fresh nematodes mixed in, used to cover mulch/cover crop/top dress layer of each pot. Hand watered each container with 1/2 gallon plain 6.5 ph/11 ppm reservoir water, mixed with 1/2 tbsp each of Azos, coconut water powder, & quillaja saponaria extract powder. Finally, added a 3/4 inch layer of fresh straw mulch that has been chopped to 1 inch lengths, & soaked in 3/4 gallons reservoir water mixed with 1/2 tsp each of coconut water powder, quillaja, & 1/4 tsp Recharge, giving me Azos at the root zone & recharge at the mulch level while keeping them apart. DLI raised to 31 VPD raised to 0.90-0.95 kPa Worm activity high in both containers & even saw some juveniles in the cap layer. And i have the marshydro 1000 on 70% . At distance off 40cm from the plants . I will wait and see. Day 9 Veg phase Have bin letting the soil dry up . so zkittles has flushed out well her buds are dense and compact covered in trichs she smells still like sweet skunk shes grown well considering she had different plants in with her and another autoflower. did no training so this is her natural shape shes nice and sticky with lots of resin she will be hung whole to dry in the dark around 70f for upto 10days looking forward to the harvest report thanks for reading happy growing guys

Hello hello! Welcome back everyone! It is about the last week for the strawberry. I will be checking and posting her trichomes soon. She is starting to look ready, but some of the lower buds still have white hairs and a little ripening to do. Watered today with FP for the last time, and next watering will be with flashclean and then flushing until she is just perfect. The smell coming of her is out of this world. Its ripe strawberries with a pungent, like a sweet fruit liquor hint. Just absolutely fills your head. Really looking forward to trying her out, she hands down has the STRONGEST and SWEETEST terps I have ever gotten from an autoflower. Maybe the flush will bring out the pink. Yes 😎

Week 5 of flowering It’s growing 😂 There’s not much to do, keeping an eye on the leaves helps me to tell if it still needs some nutrients or just water. I’ve been able to readjust the lack of Cal on 2 plants (Strawberry Kush) unfortunately 2 others plants (1 Super Skunk and 1 Banana Kush) were too deficient to catch back. I wish the Super Skunks were a bit more Indica. They are typically Sativa phenotypes, at 80% I would say, second time it happens in 3 years with this batch (ART. 1520007 , B19). Normally they’re perfectly balanced and produce plenty of massive colas in a very short period. 1 of the White Gorilla Haze is making proper dark purple flowers, it’s a very nice pheno. I will add more bud porn on next week 😊 (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

Starting week 5 by flipping to 12/12 (9th June) - Hairs popped on the 11th Removing my nitrogen nutes and replacing them with pk13/14 which I will continue until week 6/7 of flower. Im hesitant to defoliate too hard right now but will do so gently over the next week. Everything else is just perfect - super healthy, with the occasional nibble from bugs, one of the minor issues with outdoor growing. However, the ladybird eggs have hatched today and they should make their way up the pot(with the help of a little trail of molasses) and go into battle for me. Update 14th - Still looking great, my battalion of ladybird larvae chilled out by their eggs for a couple of days but they were gone this morning and i spotted them patrolling the plant so that's a nice little bonus. Bit more defoliation on the 13th and just continuing to bend and twist the thinner stalks to hardy them up ready to carry the heavy nugs. Been hot in the courtyard the last couple of days, giving her an extra litre of water in the evenings. Watering will be every day from now on, 2-3 litres depending on the temperature.
