31/03/26 It’s day 50 of flower for the two ladies. We’re moving further into the final stretch: The Mimosa x Orange Punch will probably need another one to two weeks, while the Sour Diesel might take another three to four weeks. From here on, it’s water only. The MXOP is now giving off an increasingly strong sweet and fruity aroma, which really builds anticipation :) The buds on the Sour Diesel, which were a bit behind in density before, have gained some volume over the past week. Seems like there’s still more to come there 8) The Sour Diesel has been forming large buds from the start, and with plenty of white pistils still present, they’re clearly continuing to bulk up. On the MXOP, I suspect a slight to moderate nitrogen excess. The leaves are a darker shade of green and not quite as upright as those of the Sour Diesel. That said, it seems manageable, as there are no burnt tips visible. From this week on, I’ll start checking the trichomes on the MXOP. Wir bewegen uns weiter auf die Zielgeraden zu: Die Mimosa X Orange Punch wird sicherlich noch ein bis zwei Wochen brauchen und die Sour Diesel weitere drei bis vier Wochen. Es gibt weiterhin nur Wasser. Die MXOP verbreitet mittlerweile einen immer stärkeren süßlich, fruchtigen Geruch, der meine Vorfreude wachsen lässt :) Auch die Buds, welche der SD etwas an Dichte hinterher hingen, haben in der letzten Woche etwas Volumen zugenommen. Hier geht anscheinend noch was 8) Die SD bildete von Anfang an große Blüten, welche auch ,offensichtlich durch die noch weißen Pistillen, weiter an Volumen zunehmen :) Bei der MXOP vermute ich einen leichten bis moderaten Stickstoffüberschuss. Die Blätter haben eine dunkelgrüne Farbe und stehen nicht ganz so aufrecht, wie bei der SD. Ich denke der Überschuss ist jedoch überschaubar, da keine verbrannten Spitzen zu erkennen sind. Ab dieser Woche werde ich anfangen mir die Trichome der MXOP anzusehen. over and out :)

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. Really happy to harvest this girl. Made sure I pushed her to the max. Just about 70 days. She was done around 65. 14hrs into pre fower and beyond. I find that with High ppf with less hrs. Makes for much better phenos. Really happy to say. This is SUCH A 100% TOP strain. And it'll be 500% a auto that I'll repeat Mind you I've hardly ever repeated any strains. Except mimosa X orange punch auto and super lemon haze. And a few CBDs. So, if anything that should speak volumes to me saying this is a tip top strain. Going to run her with one of their new autos, apple strudel is meant to have very high terps. All about the taste. And this Apricot Auto from Fastbuds has this in spades.

Wenn es soweit ist gebe ich euch bescheid wenn ich Samen und Setup bei mir stehen. So jetzt aufs eigentliche zurück. Ich habe heute erst mal mein Setup geprüft und so gut wie möglich desinfiziert. Es ist verdammt wichtig das nach jedem Durchgang sauber gemacht wird also zb Zeltwände, Boden, Topfe, Boxen, Wasserbehälter. Habe ich gemacht und habe meine ersten Samen in Anzucht Erde gesetzt, befeuchtet, markieren und in die Box. Wände und Deckel mit zersteuber befeuchten und ab unter die Lampe. WICHTIG MACH DIE ERDE NICHT SO NASS ! DAS GEFÄLLT IHNEN NICHT SONDERN HALTE SIE AM BESTEN FEUCHT IN DEM DU ABEND / MORGEN EIN BISCHEN WÄSSERST! ICH STELLE DIE LAMPE AUF CA 40 cm zum Boden ein bzw der Box. Ein gewisser abstand muss sein um die Fläche komplett zu Beleuchten. Da meine Lampe dimmbar ist muss sie nicht ganz oben hängeng sondern Kann näher an die Pflanzen ran und Stelle den Dimmer auf 20 %. Das reicht anfangs in dem Stadium völlig aus, muss aber dann später angepasst bzw hoch geschraubt werden! Lüfter I läuft 24/7 und sorgt für optimale Bedinungen! WICHTIG LAMPE 20/4 HELL/DUNKEL (REGLER STEHT AUF 20 % LICHTLEISTUNG) DANN HABEN WIR ES EIGENTLICH SCHON GESCHAFFT UND ALLES RICHTIG GEMACHT! happy new year, everyone! plants are thriving, stretch is happening and the experimental is showing buds already (it's been switched one week earlier) 😊 --- another major defoliation done – Barney claimed that lateral branching is heavy and it's indeed 😂

Started to feed gradually (that was wrong, should start to feed at least 3ml/l of base) from 1ml/l to 4ml/l at the end of the week 3. Runoff EC was very low (0.4EC) and pH too high (6.7) Adding more nuts solve this, now it is more stable (EC 0.8 pH 6.2). Still using CalMag foliar but got some burns, applied it too early (20 min before lights off) Anyway the growth is vigorous.

20220211.d15. Growth still very good. Hardly any watering in 14 days. Only twice and probably didn't need tge second watering. Still hand watering. No need for a pump yet. 20220212.D16. Still going well. Trying to decide when to fim or lst. Still very short so not anytime soon. 20220213.D17. Switched to pump. Fim’d. I think 6th node. 20220215.D17. Looks good and strong. Less droopy. Color ok but I see some slight yellowing on lower leaves but hasn’t gotten worse after feed. 20220217.D21.she is growing fast.

Hey everyone :-) This week a lot has happened 🤗🍀. The 5 that are already in the 12/12 cycle explode day after day 😍😅. All others have been repotted, and will remain in the vegi phase for 1-2 weeks. Overall, I am extremely happy with the genetics of the Auto Euforia and the general success of the grow. I always like to reflect on mistakes I have made, so let me lay them out here: I overlit the plant during veg, contributing to it's bushy nature. It grew well but this would be a waste of electricity if I was growing more commercially. During the last week of flower, my region of Ontario was hit with tons of rain and humidity. I took some steps to increase circulation of dehumidified air, but lowering 95rh to 65-70rh is still insufficient and I lost some control of the environment. The awful result was the start of mold in some select areas, particularly in the fattest buds and where leaves were cut away and petioles remained. This issue is not due to Dutch Passions great genetics, and is entirely due to a combination of an unseasonable environment and my own overconfidence. This mold was never clearly apparent on the outside of the buds, but I found it will trichomes scouting under magnification. This forced me to speed up the harvest and drying process. It also means that I have had to carefully grade the buds into those safe for smoking and vaping, those mold free but needing a second examination (will be rosin pressed), and those close enough to spots of mold to be only for for edibles. Any moldy bud was of course cut away and will be disposed of. Nevertheless, I have many ounces of fantastic buds, and will be making some nice pressed rosin based 510 cartridges. I will edit the harvest post with more information after the cure, and showing the various processing I will be doing. Happy growing! 🌱
