Hey folks, Late update this week due to a big rain store we had last Friday. It called for 5mm of rain which equated to about 3.6L of water for each plant! A bit much for young plants with a small root system, but the good news is that the smart fabric pots did thier job to help dry out the soil. Since our last update, I have topped and defoilaited the damaged leafs from my f$%# up last week. Girls are healthy and show no signs of slowing down. I also started some basic LST with 3D printed plastic clips! They work great and I will be modifying them a bit to provide me more angle selection. If you guys wanna know more about these clips please let me know. Other than rotating the pots and doing some regular maintenance, everything looks good, gnat traps are up and so far there are no signs of them which I credit keeping the topsoil dry. I have not water the plants and it is calling for rain tonight into Thursday, so it seems like mother nature is doing God's works of water my plants for me :). Easy peezy

Super Orange Haze: This beauty really seems to be doing quite well. The buds are starting to fatten up, and there's frost everywhere. Some orange pistils, but it's few and far inbetween at this point. I was increasingly aggressive with pruning this week chopping off flower producing stalks that looked like they weren't fattening up like the others in an attempt to get this thing down to 6-10 main colas. She seems to be handling it like a champ, and I think at this point I'm done with pruning until it comes time for harvest with the exception of the occasional fan leaf blocking a bud site. As a total newbie, I'm thinking we're about 3-4 weeks from harvest, and I can hardly wait! She smells like candy, and when I prune her scent gets all over my hands and I smell it for hours later. I hope she tastes 1/10th of how amazing she smells! Creme de la Chem: Well, let this be a lesson to everyone about the importance of early pruning and training. She's a plain old mess, and she's gotten into the lights. I've been bending stalks over which results in super cropping, and I've been tangling them all together sometimes on purpose, sometimes on accident. I'm just trying everything I can think of to keep her from roasting, but nothing is working. She's just doomed to be a complete and unmanageable mess. She's producing flowers, and appears to be about 2 weeks behind the Super Orange Haze. I'm hoping to just get 4 or 5 good colas that don't end up bleached and withered by the lights at this point. My next grow will be way more controlled! RDWC stuff: I swapped her water out last week, so still running with what I've got at the moment. I'm out of RO, so I've been adding hard tap water when they need a top off and then nutrients in the ratios listed until PPM is at around 1000-1100. I've been rotating in ice packs and trying a few other things like added insulation to the top of my grow sites in an effort to keep water temps under 70 at all times. I've experienced limited success in this as you can see by the temperature chart for underwater. The big dip you see early in the week is the reservoir change I did (last week's update was late, not on Sunday like normal).

Running for 2 more day then 48 hrs darkness. Had to set a portable ac to bring temperature down this week getting way to hot. Not quite where I would like it but averaging around 7 degrees cooler.

The light has been turned down to 50% for the last week and now She's on her last week of flushing and and starting to get alot of yellowing on the leaves . The bud has frosted up pretty nice now . The buds are rock hard and I am hoping after drying that it will still have alot of weight to it . Not a huge amount of smell to this plant even late in flower. It smells very earthy when you open the tent up but if you touch a bud it smells like lemon citrus with a very strong fuel smell . But it really smells tasty 😋. The next 3 waterings will have a cleanse added to the water I just really want to make sure it's as clean as I can get it since it is my first harvest and I dont want to fail lol . Can't wait to smoke my own weed lol .

Finally, harvest was 3 weeks flushing without nuts am trying to test something I will see soon. Btw can't wait to smoke it 😎

This week went real well! All 5 of the Twenty20 Ogreberry Autos and the 1 Fastbuds Bruce Banner have successfully germinated and sprouted up from the soil!! This upcoming week we will start giving these girls a heavy feeding of nutrients PH d at 6.5 an see how they react , most likely will love it!! Temperature an humidity has been on point, through out the day we reach 70-75 degrees an a nice humidity of 65%which is always nice ! Hope you all enjoy an keep them eyes peeled for next week !! Week 21 Daylight 12h20 - 7h45/20h05 Unstable weather, alternating heavy rain and wind quasi every days and sunny afternoons. Moderate temperatures around 14°C min / 23°C max. Plants are safe in the veranda; the sun is lower on the horizon now and the angle of the light is now perfect for a good finish. I need to test the humidity level in the room but it seems reasonable. No signs of diseases or moisture. Last weeks were hard with multiple aggressions: plants are like War Veterans with some damage and scars. The flowering process look not affected by this episode and harvest is approaching. Brake Pad Breath: almost ready. Pistils are rusty colored, buds are thick and dense, firm and sticky. Subtle fruity aroma: tonic and stimulating. Most advanced plant: will be the first harvested soon. 2L watering / 2 days flowering booster finish + water flawless finish + water Flash Back #2: ending the flowering cycle and starting maturation. Last plant infested by insects, may be the plant is reacting by accelerating the flowering: buds are not so dense compare with the previous plant. Pretty spicy smell and good resin production. flowering booster finish + water flawless finish + water GMO x Zombie Kush: starting the last flowering stage. Recovering good and was less injured by caterpillar than the others. Pistils are long and the flowers will enlarge soon: need almost 3 or 4 weeks to be ready. Grower master flo + bud XL enzyme + pk 13/14 Royal Moby is tall and late flowering but seems producing lot of flower. Hey growers! Another week down and everything’s running smoothly. The plants look happy, growing nicely, and smelling amazing. They handled the defoliation without any problems and keep growing strong. I also added another oscillating fan on the floor to keep the air moving well. Peace and happy growing! ✌️

Enjoyed growing bloody skunk such a pretty plant. The smells coming off these girls are mouthwatering would love to grow some more in the future. I got almost a blackberry/ grape skunk smell off of them.

Hello fellow growers I hope all is doing well today is day 41 and as you can see I have done some defoliation of the larger leaves.. my Lamb's bread won't be done for about 2 and 1/2 weeks and I'm waiting on that tent to transfer to put her in the flower.. next week I'm going to put her from the 1 gallon pot into a 3 gallon with mother Earth performance soil and flip her to flower and see what happens.. I'd love to keep your organic the whole way through but if need be I have what I need to bring her from any deficiencies that may come like not enough phosphorus or potassium which is more than likely what's going to end up happening .. I'm thinking of going the route of Roots organic soil with Roots organic terp tea bloom from now on with maybe some recharge once or twice if anybody has any thoughts or input or suggestions I would really appreciate it as I've only been growing for around 8 months now.. hope all is well with everyone and big shout out to seedsman for giving me the opportunity to run their genetics and show off what they have.. I have a couple more strange from them in the future to come that I am very excited for.. happy growing ✌️

Her aroma it's exactly the same that have her sisters. Very recognizable aroma, super super sweet and fruity I am Starting to feel more and more the cherry aroma. Very beautiful strain to grow. Very dense and compact nuggets. The size of the plant is not very big but her flowers are definitely top 🔝 and is gonna give a beautiful organic top harvest for me! How did you create/breed Freakshow? A. Methodical selection, line breeding, and culling is the short answer. Read our About page for more details. Q. Is it an indoor or outdoor type? A. Everything I've ever worked has been outdoors, including of course Freakshow. It has been our experience that outdoor (or sun grown, as it's recently being referred to) cultivars seem to perform extremely well under artificial conditions. In the case of Freakshow, it's much more limited because the ancestry is largely older "Sativas" that didn't go through as much outcrossing. In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Aside from the up, cerebral, energetic boost, some report a mild time/space warp effect. Creativity and idea induction should be mentioned, for sure. Freakshow has the pure energy effect and greatly alters perception to the positive side, so definitely destroys depression. Appetite suppression is a side effect, but the enjoyment of food is enhanced. I personally will attest to all of the above. We all have different receptor profiles, so these are just generalizations. This includes 0botritis, PM, various mites and insects, soil fungus, etc. We haven't heard any complaints along those lines so far, so if anyone has any problems, especially with a rigorous IPM regimen in place, we would like to hear about it. And if anyone can attest to the extreme level of resistance it seems to have we'd love to hear about that as well. Q. Does it contain web-leaf genetics? A. I thought I better clarify this because there are a few people thinking that because of an article "Growing Marijuana that Doesn't look like Marijuana" that mentions that I had worked web-leaf types years ago and had eventually turned that into Freakshow. This is incorrect and I'm needing to get ahold of the writer to have him change it. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Although I and most others (including all the folks at HSC) believe in and subscribe to the concept of "open sourcing" because sharing in cannabis genetics was always the cultural norm, it was decided that Freakshow should be protected (1) because it is a novel and unique, not a preexisting strain (or even subspecies), (2) To keep the greedy corporate big boys from exploiting it, (3) To maintain control of the genetic refinement of it in all future generations. Plant is swelling slowly but surely. Its future behind then I'd like. She smells like fruit but not gone lie i dont know what papaya smell like. Moved the light up a couple inches some of the leaves where getting a little purple and I dont think its fading more like stress.

Some are swelling , one is smelling very different to the others . I seem to have 6 phenos from small to tall and rounded buds to thin spear shaped buds. I'm not sure which is my favourite yet but one has a very unique smell almost like pineapple and exodus cheese , it could be that one but I also like the bud formation on another,, we will see
