Recovering from 5 days of holidays, defoliated a bit. All good. A bit of struggle raising the temperature. Jan 9th: I finally watered again, It took 10 days the dirt to dry out PS: 12/12 scheduled but still recovering, not flowering yet,

Week four of flowering, and the plant is looking amazing! 🌱 Trichomes have really started to cover the buds, giving them a nice frosty appearance. There’s a lot of resin building up, and it’s exciting to see so many trichomes at this stage. The plant itself is still in great shape, with healthy, vibrant leaves and no signs of stress. 🌿✨ I’ve adjusted to the BioBizz week 5 feeding schedule, and it seems to be working perfectly. The plant is responding well to the nutrients, and everything looks on track for a great harvest. 🌸 I’m getting more excited as the weeks go by! Can’t wait to see how the buds will continue to fill out and develop in the next few weeks. 😁🌼

Everything seems to turn around this week. My grow didn't go well and also a lot going on in our lives. That's why it took a while for the diary to get back on track. Sometimes all we need is some good news and this came two-fold this week. First I woke up to see my favorite coin go through the roof (go Shiba) and later to be surprised by the doorbell, with a bigger surprise: my prize came in!! A great care package by the guys of @Fastbuds, thanks so much, and totally enjoying it! It really made my month. So to find my girls thriving this morning is the third gift in a week that keeps on giving. My soil recipe combined with this great light, the SP-3000 by Mars Hydro (thanks so much @MarsHydroLED) are the reasons all is getting better even with this runt girl, the sole survivor of a pack of 5 Expert Seeds Gorilla's, bought at Zamnezia. See my soil recipe on the germination page if you want to see how I do it or create it yourself. It is unreal how much it aids recovery in severely stressed plants. If you live in Europe, I have accidentally stumbled upon and elaborated on a European Master Mark and Subcool Super Soil recipe. The problem is that Ocean Forest soil is very hard to get by in Europe. Also, some of the amendments and tea mixtures are sold only in the US. After searching online, asking the guys that make Atami and other organic medium specialists I have made a recipe that comes close and definitely matches the super soil recipes we all have seen. So please use it to your advantage. Ask me anything if you have a hard time finding stuff you need and don't worry it works excellently without the permaculture tea as well! So see how she is going back to thriving, in a couple of days after replanting. Instead of stress, they are recovering. Another proof this soil is the European answer to Supersoil. Day 12 of organic grow and all is well. Seemed to have dialed in the conditions and able to keep good air movement, CO2 levels, and consistent temperatures/humidity with the ThruWall Closet Fan (Model TW108 ), and the Holmes Twin Exhaust/Intake Fan (Model HAWF-2041). Humidity is maintained with a Lovoit 6L Ultrasonic Programmable Cool Mist Humidifier (Model# LV600HH). Added a SCROG screen (just a cargo net) and bought the Sample Pack of organic nutrients from Nectar for the Gods (just pay shipping and they will send you the sample nutrients - check out the website). People say their line of nutrients make the buds smell and taste like no other! I have always been an organic Earth Juice nutrient guy, so I am going to experiment with combining the two. Lights are on 24/0 and she has tight internodal spacing with good vertical growth. Room that closet is in is beginning to smell skunky at times, and like diesel at other times. expanded the pot patch to include some companion planting and cover crop this year. Added 2 yards of grow max composted soil mix from the local garden centre. now 18" deep and I will be adding some leaf mould, myco and a super microbe tea to kickstart things. ************UPDATE************* due to the shit weather in Canada this year I have decided to NOT plant an outdoor crop this year, due to late season start and big el nino which means lower than norm temps and lots of rain for us which = issues growing.

the girl is growing a little bit, it's getting better, but the weather is not in her favor so far... the weather forecast doesn't show anything good either... but she's growing a little bit, and she looks healthy:).

We’re in the second week of flowering, and the plants are really starting to stretch! 🌿 They’ve gained good height, especially the one without LST, which has grown tall very quickly. It’s been exciting to watch them reach upward as they prepare for the bud development phase. Everything is looking good overall, and I’m happy with the progress so far. I’m really looking forward to seeing how the buds will start forming in the next few weeks! 😁✨

FBT2309 is doing well, and is starting to get her bloom on. She is looking good. I defoliated some leaves in the center and likely will a few more in days to come. Just making sure the main bud sites are open to light and air better. The Medic Grow Mini Sun-2 works great in my space. The Gen1:11 nutrition is a good organo-mineral fertilizer. I have had some great tasting flower with it. As you can see, our macro lens arrived, we were able to take several photos and see the trichomes, we had never seen them so close before. We also noticed that many pistils have turned brown in the last days of this week but the trichomes are clear yet. The smell is getting stronger, reminds us of fresh fruits, mango and a little citrus. We are excited, she is healthy and smells good, but a little concerned with the development of buds and if they are within the standards for this week. Despite having many trichomes and the pistils turning brown, we are not noticing a significant fattening of the flowers (correct us if we are wrong). hahaha, noob stuff =)

Pre-flowering/stretch phase is about to start. - 12/5 Changed the reservoir water and made a new N&K boosted patch: - 0.95ml/l Micro & Bloom - 1.75ml/l Grow - 1.9ml/l Terpinator - 1.2ml/l Fulvic/Diamond Nectar - 0.5ml/l Hydroguard * Beneficials and some bloom boosters included — Ending EC: 1.6 / TDS: 810ppm — pH adjusted down to 5.6 (letting drift up to 6.2 for full pH scale absorption) 12/6-12/7 overnight water level dropped & she drank like 1.5L / topped with weak nute solution. 📆 12/8 started a Negative DIF testing. DIF meaning difference between day and night temp. Usually DIF is positive when day temperature is greater than night, which is naturally. But by manipulating your DIF in negative (Warmer night temps than day temp) we do reduce 30% of stem elongation AKA stretch. — Negative DIF in hydro growing can greatly impact in yields if the stretch being controlled right way. • 12/9 - 2nd uppest new shoot length: 3cm / 1.2" (new measurement @ 12/10 night) 📆 12/9 - Topped res with 3ml Terpinator, 1ml Bloom & 1ml HG. - EC topped to 1.8 (1.6 was starting)

she is still branching, so i realized she needed ore space and put her out in a larger 4x4 tent as compare to the orignal 2'x2'. the tent has more cmlights then the single one in the smaller tent - this made the girl start to uptake nutrients such that there is very little drained to waste. i also put a screen to start scroging over her. the screen has large holes, so i think it may require high stress training to move the stems to the next section without breaking them. the data from grow rooms sensors etc gets overwhelming quickly and i can't really keep up. so i created a graphical animation visualizing for the composite garden data from the live garden sensor data. this is fun as things on the dashboard change colors and shape based on the sensor status. it is also interactive as i can also send commands to say control the lights, pump by clicking on them on the animation. . i am still using my doser to mix nutrients and then refill this garden manually. besides the plant response to the increased lighting , all other conditions i can adjust are still similar.
