This week I started giving Green Sensation to the large plants. They are blooming rapidly from now on. I will add a stick as a support, because I feel that the plants will be too heavy for themselves,I don't want them to collapse. My small daughter still received power roots, and blooming nutrients. Unfortunately she is not growing as good as the rest, but I will keep her anyways.

Everything is looking good so far. They’re all done stretching and the cheese and black garlic have stretched the most. I adjusted each plant with boxes to create a more even canopy. Buds are swelling up nicely. The two black berry breath plants are looking swollen and fantastic. I don’t like the structure and bud size of the black garlic plants and will not be running them again. Although, they’re getting quite keify and the breeder claims they have a genetic trait that make them put on most of their weight late in flower. So far I’m not too impressed by their size. The seedsman Badazz OG cheese has got good node spacing and structure but has very little trichs and smaller buds. I was just running the cheese to test old European genetics and my bias is starting to confirm my bias. Dutch and Euro genetics are shit. The slurricane #4 is looking fantastic in terms of frost but the buds are lacking a little in size. I’m going to do the 21 day strip today. I should have done most of this defoliation earlier in veg but right now is still fine. Ice cream cake #1 hermed which isn’t at all surprising so I scrapped her. At least it gives me more space to get in and tend to the rest of the plants. I got a pump sprayer to get in a bit closer to the plants as well.

This week I rearranged the tent and put the auto flowering Purple Lemonade and the auto flowering Wedding Cake off to the edge of the tent so that the two veg growth full photo period plants would have room to reach their full potential. We then upgraded their living conditions. I rearranged the tent moving the filter and fan setup outside of the tent to the roof, I did this so that we could utilize all of the space within the tent for growing. I then had room at the top of the tent to raise the light all the way up to the ceiling. With this extra room hopefully the plants will shoot up to the sky. I also used bamboo stakes to support and tie up all of the plants. I did this because after the transplant I didn't want the plants to shift or settle odd and be off center. The new cloth pots are 10 gallons apiece. I used LUSH soil, and top dressed with 10 tablespoons of Pride Land's veg growth on both the Blueberry and the White Widow plants. I also installed an oscillating fan in the grow tent to provide some low stress and hopefully create bushier stronger plants. The light schedule is on 12/12 now and has been since the end of week 6. This is to induce the preflowering of the plants when they are mature enough to do so. We could have continued to push veg growth, but with all the fresh growth that we are seeing right now, it seems that veg growth will continue under the 12/12 until the plant is good and mature. We are not stunting the plants growth by switching to 12/12 but rather giving it some recovery time to process all of the nutrients that we are now feeding it. I don't want the plants to become overwhelmed. They were starting to show negative attributes under the extended 24/0 light schedule, and depleted all of their nutrients. With the softer 12/12 schedule hopefully the growth will be more health and controlled, I don't want the plants to reach the point where they are stressed or deficient and drooping or losing color in their leaves. We want happy healthy plants, they will make for us excellent medicine.

Week 20: Flowering Week 3 – Lollipopping, Climate Control & Heavy Water Intake 🌸🌸 Relax! Hey, it's Week 20—Flowering Week 3 is officially underway! We are entering the final stretch of the stretch phase, and the canopy is looking dense, lush, and super active. The Screen of Green (ScrOG) net, which was installed at the start of Week 18, is doing an amazing job keeping everything level and evenly spread out across the tent. Environment & Climate Adjustment 🌡️💧 With the massive canopy and high transpiration, humidity started spiking. To keep the environment safe and prevent any mold risks in this critical phase, we installed a dedicated A/C unit with a dehumidification function. Day Temperatures: Ranging steadily between 21 °C and 27 °C. Relative Humidity: Kept under control between 54 % and 78 %. Plant Training & Maintenance ✂️ Lollipopping & Defoliation: This week, we performed a thorough lower-canopy trim (Lollipopping) in the main tent. Removing the weak lower growth ensures the plants divert 100% of their energy to the top sites. Combined with regular defoliation, airflow through the ScrOG net is top-tier. Canopy Height: Total plant height is sitting right around 1.40 m (including our 30–35 cm pots). Light Distance: The lights are dialed in at roughly 40 cm from the canopy. Strains Progress 🌿 High Society: Absolute monster growth! It has reached impressive height and filled its section of the ScrOG screen completely. Zupernova: Catching up nicely, building compact and dense bud sites across the screen. Side Tent (Mothers): In the neighboring tent, the two mother plants are chilling under reduced light, growing slowly and steadily at a manageable pace. Feeding & Watering 💧 Water consumption has surged massively this week—the plants are drinking non-stop! Total Volume: We are currently going through roughly 100 Liters of plain water per week, plus an additional 20 to 40 Liters (2–4 10L watering cans) mixed with nutrients. pH & Stability: After a short temporary fix with citric acid (which drifted up to pH 7.5 after settling), we are back to a rock-solid, stable setup using phosphoric acid to keep our water dialed in at a steady pH 6.5. Nutrient Mix: The flowering tents are receiving Hesi Bloom Complex, Root Complex, and SuperFit to keep up with the heavy demand during this key phase. An intense heatwave has been rolling through the grow environment, making it tough to dial in the VPD. The air is very dry, and since I don’t have a humidifier (yet), mitigating the high temperatures has me stuck between a rock and a hard place. Fortunately, I’ve reached flower, so a drier environment isn’t the worst thing in the world. On day 1 I changed out my reservoir. I lowered my nutes to 650 ppm(25% reduction). I adjusted the PH down to 6.1. My left plant has some burnt tips from either PH shift or over fertilization. My hope is that the lower ppm will help to resolve the issue before it spreads. On day 2 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.3 to 5.9. On day 3 the reservoirs PH is 6.0. I installed my new 200 watt HLG Rspec. I adjusted PPFD readings to 700-1300 PPFD on all tops. On day 4 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.8 to 6.2. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.4 to 6.0. I diluted my nutrients in my reservoir by removing one gallon of nutrients from the rez and and adding 2 gallons of straight tap water to the rez. This brought the nute concentration from 770 ppm to 540 ppm as the plants will be entering the ripening stage in a few days and they have too much nitrogen judging by the extremely dark green leaves and burnt leaf tips on some branches of the left side plant. The buds seem slightly smaller then my last run which may be due to an excess of nitrogen and maybe not enough light as some of my tops are taller then the others making proper PPFD challenging. All in all the girls are coming along nice and I look forward to the final weeks of flowering 😀 On day 6 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.9 to 6.2. I think I have halted the nute burn as I haven't seen it progressing any more on the leaves. I will continue to monitor closely during these final weeks. The trichome production is increasing with some trichs on top of colas starting to go cloudy. The pistils are turning brown with roughly 40-50% are turning brown all signs I'm getting closer to the harvest window 😆. I dimmed my light to give 600-1000 PPFD to tops. On day 7 I reduced my temps to 75 during the day and 68 at night. I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.6 to 6.1. My reservoirs ppm was too high so I diluted the rez with 2 gal of tap water. This brought it down to 480ppm. The average ppfd to all 14 tops is 604 with no top receiving more than 1000 ppfd

The second week of vegetation is over and watching the plant grow is a rewarding experience for me. Now that the plant is well-established, it is time to begin training it.
