Nothing new to report, plants are growing well. I'm giving the plants filtered water at ph 6.0. I don't know the PH of my soil or my run off etc. This is my first grow so I'm not too far into the weeds (pun intended) on the PPM and those particular factors.

2024-07-23 A few months ago, I germinated three opium poppy seeds. Each seedling was given a different setup: 1. Outdorgrow in a 30L container 2. Outdoorgrow in a 75L container 3. Indoorgrow in a 30L Airpot This post focuses on the indoor plant, which was trained using various techniques such as mainlining, topping, LST (Low Stress Training), and some supercropping. The indoor plant thrived from the beginning, showing vigorous and healthy growth. It responded well to training, consistently displaying a robust appearance. Its growth seemed effortless, requiring only adequate water and minimal nutrients. Training began with topping and continued for 9 weeks during the vegetation phase. The main technique used was mainlining, shaping the plant into a circle using pipe cleaners. The plant's soft stems and branches made it easy to train without causing stress. After 9 weeks of vegetative growth and training, I was satisfied with the result and initiated the flowering phase. The plant continued to flourish, primarily needing water and care. Only a few NPK feedings were necessary, but it received many beneficial supplements with watering. The growing medium used was Terra Preta MJ-Mix, and I applied a mycorrhizal inoculant called DYNOMYCO. This significantly enhanced root development and nutrient breakdown. Essentially, And i applied aTodpressing with Insectfrass, so they stayed lovely green. I was feeding the microorganisms in the Terra Preta mix, which in turn kept the plant healthy. The plant developed beautiful colas while maintaining its circular shape. Harvesting was straightforward. The aroma was fruity (reminiscent of apricot) with a strong, gassy undertone. The buds are currently curing. I've taken photographs of the plant's "skeleton" and some pre-cured buds, showcasing the impressive trichome development. The buds are freaking long and the main is huge allready. I lowered my nutrients this week, by stopping with the PK boost for now. She stopped streching and start fattening up.

Blue Dream is on her final push of ripening. I have cut off her feed and she is just on ph water now. She smells great, but is smaller due to colder conditions with winter. My next update will likely be the harvest. Missed 7th week. She looks very well, big and strong, in the process of creating big buds, lots of hope for this one.

Another week has gone by and this small girl is looking mightier and mightier as the time goes by. Nice long buds forming and starting to see some nice colours coming in. The leaves are curling and browning a bit, pretty sure it's nutrient burn but the other plants on the same reservoir are more than happy, so she will just have to keep on pushing through. Did turn the lights up 100% (+10%) just to get the canopy closer to 600 umol/s from the previous 550 umol/s. Should start to see the buds swell up this week, let's keep our eyes peeled and out fingers crossed.

These ladies are really starting to stretch their limbs. I have reduced the indoor light to 17.5 hours and will continue to reduce the light 1/2 hour every ten days to match the 16 hour day on June 20th when I have scheduled to put them outside for good. On warm days here I try to get them outside in the sunlight as much as possible. They are busy and beautiful.
