September 15 Update – First Week of Flowering (Day 8 since 12/12 switch) Quick video update from September 15. We’re about one week into flowering after the flip to 12/12, so this is the early stretch phase. The girls are happy and praying to the light. Roots are thick, white, and healthy. Bucket #2 is the Double Black G13 – the beast with the massive root mass. The other three are Killer Kush F1. Environment is stable: water at 19-20°C, pH 5.8, VPD around 1.2 kPa. Defoliation is coming soon to open up the canopy. So far, so good for my first DWC run!

Trying to limit the stretch. Not worried about height as much as width. I might remove plant clips once stretch slows. Full AN run. Adding big bud (removing ignitor). Running candy and tasty next week. Bud factor X week 3

The nutes above were mixed with 16.9 fl oz of tap water every other day after no nutes or water on monday of week 9. fan leaves were trimmed on day 3 of week 10 1hr before lights out

But our P.C.R.s have other plans—they're playing hard to get! Despite their reluctance, I’m keeping a close eye on them and patiently waiting for the perfect moment to give them a little trim. After all, a little pruning goes a long way in ensuring optimal light penetration and airflow, leading to healthier and happier plants. Defoliation is like a mini makeover for our plants—it removes excess foliage, allowing more light to reach the lower buds and promoting better airflow throughout the canopy. This not only improves bud development but also reduces the risk of mold and pests. It's like giving our P.C.R.s a spa day—they come out looking refreshed and rejuvenated! A finales de semana, concretamente en el día 47 de floración, consigo deshacerme de la carencia de potasio, que las ha retrasado estás dos semanas y las ha dejado bastante dañadas como se puede ver. Lo he conseguido regando( esta semana han sido 2 ocasiones) con 2.5g/l del sbc, quedando una ec de 1.9. Este producto tiene una concentración de 10% de potasio, con el cuál no deberían dar carencias siguiendo su tabla de cultivo (o similar), como no es la primera vez, el siguiente cultivo será con otra gama de fertilizantes. A mediados de semana empiezo dar solo agua a la que está al fondo a la derecha, se a quedado la más pequeña y menos afectada por la carencia.

Start week 11

I've pretty much been hands off this grow. Just letting the plants do what they want. I did a spray with insecticidal Soap which shocked some of the auto genetics. Had some leaf loss but they are bouncing back. I saw one tiny fly and wasnt worth the shock some of the susceptible plants had. Lesson learned. I havent done much more than fimmed, topped, and lsted very lightly. Testing out fimming on autos. So far the lst only autos started flowering around day 23 to 25. The fimmed autos have stayed in veg much longer and were way more resilient. They are just starting to flower or show pistil. One of the Double Grape is showing completely different pheno than the other double grape. So much that I thought it might need 12/12 to flower. However it started showing pistils a day ago. Double grape responded very well to Fim and so did the northern lights big bud auto and purple scoops. I had problems with a driver on a brand new fc3000 blowing up, mars hydro sent me a replacement driver. They then wanted to squabble about replacing the plastic piece that connects the driver to the light. Two weeks later they sent the part after I told them I had to buy an HLG cause I couldnt believe they wouldnt send me a plastic part. Then the HLG I was sent was the 65 version not the 100 but they sent me the correct light right away and my plants and the clones loveeeed the HLG 100 v2. So much so that I bought the 65 version they sent by mistake and they gave me $10 bucks off for my troubles. Even though I had to be persistent with Mars Hydro they did do me right and now both my LEDs are working. However I had a 4 by 8 of plants all stacked on one end under 150 watts for weeks trying to get this solved. I had multiple power and light issues with adding the new 4 by 8 tent that costs my plants I'm sure. I decided not to freak about it and let things go with the flow and not stress. Things will not be optimum but I learn each grow about my setup and this is my first grow in soil so learning curves. I'm feeding very small amounts of calmag and seaweed extract in each watering which is every two to three days with ro water. I started this week three when the plants showed shock from the spray. It seemed to help them recover. I'm using light warrior, ocean forest and living soil layered mix. I kept 1 king tut, 3 alien tech clones which are doing good nice and rooted directly in light warrior. Transplanted week three in 3 gal pots. Never cloned before so is a learning process.

Zkittles defo hit stretch this week and started showing more bud sites, smoothie has been as straight forward as always ,.. everything looks good to me, defoliating zkittles is crazy, the rate the leaves grow back I've never seen anything like it but hopefully now will start putting the effort into the bud sites,... roll on next week 👌

WEEK 13 - (05/23/2021 - 05/29/2021) Week 5, Day 32 - FLOWER: 05/26/2021 Tap water: 229ppm, 9.2 pH, 70.5℉ + FF Big Bloom: 60ml/6 gallons + FF Tiger Bloom: 45ml/6 gallons + Fish Shit: 12ml/6 gallons + Cal-Mag: 15ml/6 gallons + HydroGuard: 6ml/6 gallons + pH Down (7.5 pH before added): 20ml Mixture: 779ppm, 5.9 pH, 70.4℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1249ppm/461ppm, 6.3 pH AP#1 - 1330ppm/551ppm, 6.6 pH AP#2 - 1420ppm/641ppm, 6.6 pH GC#1 - 1610ppm/831ppm, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 5, Day 35 - FLOWER: 05/29/2021 I’m pretty sure I used a little too much of the Tiger Bloom in my last 2 feedings. I used ¾ strength on that particular nutrient and it seems to have caused some nutrient burn. The leaf symptoms are matching with that of an excess in either Potassium or Phosphorus as well (on the Jelly Bananen). The Glookies seems to be suffering the most, also, showing signs of what appears to be a mildly serious calcium deficiency. However, I’m unsure due to the overfeeding. Next time I feed these girls I’m going back to ½ strength on the Tiger Bloom. Lesson learned. Tap water: 226ppm, 9.1 pH, 71℉ + HydroGuard: 8ml/8 gallons + pH Down: 27ml Mixture: 270ppm, 6.3 pH ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1350ppm/1080ppm, 6.5 pH AP#1 - 1180ppm/910ppm, 6.7 pH AP#2 - 1450ppm/1180ppm, 6.8 pH GC#1 - 1680ppm/1410ppm, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [SUMMARY] Well, I learned a valuable lesson this week: DO NOT use Fox Farm nutrients at anymore than half the recommended strength from the feeding chart. Despite the error in my ways, the plants are all looking pretty good still. The 2 plants that seem to be most affected by the overfeeding is the Glookies #1 & Jelly Bananen #1. The Glookies have had issues here and there throughout the grow, so it doesn't come as much of a surprise that it is responding how it is. Both of the American Pie phenotypes seem to be the most resilient of the group. Aside from the late start on AP#1's bud development, these two phenos hardly seem phased by the increase in Tiger Bloom. Regardless, I am still going to go back to ½ strength. I can hardly believe 2021 is almost halfway over. Federal Legalization of Cannabis in the United States is looking like a very real possibility this year. The mask mandate has been lifted. Halo Infinite is coming out in November. My first grow is almost at it's end. 2021 is looking to be incredible. It's all a mindset. See you all next week! * Starting this week with a final 🍃 defoliation, the plants responded really great after every training (LST, defoliation, lollipoping), eating and drinking like real champs 🏋️‍♀️ 🧗‍♂️. * Humidifier 🌪️ makes a real difference, through low humidity (40%-50%) we achieved better VPD -> more transpiration -> faster growth, the plants enjoying it. * Gemma's crystalize NPK for bloom, collaborates with the others boosters with no problem (reccomend separate mixtures when feeding). ℹ️ You can see the response on the plants after one day --> updated photos ℹ️ Later this week : The plants eating like beasts, watering almost every day, Buds progressing smoothly, Smells too and the canopy is pretty good in this (0.80m ×0.80m ×1.60m tent size) we are impressed with transpiration rate, game changer the humidifier present.

This girl is turning out to be a very impressive Beast exotic colours and her smell at fruitiness with a air of skunk it's quite remarkable there's really not much to say about her except that she's cruising through at great speed and looking like she is on steroids remarkable genetics from sweet seeds. From now on I don't think I'm going to be able to take her out of the tent because those huge branches are filling up with big heavy flowers . One interesting note about this girl is that she does not drink that much water and does not require much nutrients looking forward to see this girl finish thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow

I am very much impressed about this strain She grows with great structure for branching out. I am certainly looking forward to Flowering her in the coming months.
