Day 73: Early/mid flower for G. Crack & Mexican.. nearing late for CBD crack. These girls are thirsty, so much watering is happening, but the smell isn't nearly as strong as the first round is even though they are all bigger. This is a test post for videos, next one will be for the contest. Day 75: G-crack 58cm CBD Crack 30cm Mexican Airlines 20cm CBD is closest to maturity. Her leggy stature gives ample opportunity for the different buds to get light. Mex is starting to get fuller buds, but she's short and stout and her leaves are in the way. G is way too large for me to get the right amount of light on her, wish I had defoliated her more, will probably harvest in parts. None of these girls smell as strongly as the previous grow. CBD is a bit diesely but fresh. G is smokey but light right now. Mexican is spicey and woodsy. I can't really place the scents just yet.

This week flew by and she started to throw pistols everywhere. Glad I super cropped when I did and fingers crossed she doesn’t stretch too much more. Starting to smell and gain momentum

I was pleased with the overall outcome of this grow. These weren't huge plants but I didn't expect them to be, I was pleased with the look, flavor and overall presentation. I feel like I have a lot of learn about the best techniques on curing and storage but I continue to develop strategies.

Here we are at the halfway point, after the first month our photoperiodic plants are multiplying their florets and then going into flowering. Our Test #3 is at 4 florets and growing rapidly we are almost ready for the cut of 8. My plan for photoperiodic plants is to get to 16, wait a few days and go into flowering. 16 florets as I see it is the perfect size for the 11 liter pot. Topping is an extremely delicate moment as regards cutting the florets to split them, we always take care not to damage the new growing branches. Topping is also a delicate moment as regards fertilization because the plant slows down and absolutely does not need all that nitrogen that it would normally need and that the producers recommend in their sheets. So you should arrive with the plant green and in perfect shape at this moment and dose the fertilizer very well for growth. Mine came from a slightly deficient veg because I kept it low fearing this over effect during the topping that I know well and now I'm a bit over. Nothing to worry about, of course, but if you do repeated topping my advice is to use preferred soil or prepare the soil with Monster Bud Mix by Zamnesia or Plagron Super Mix, in short, enrich the soil and start and only add nitrogen if necessary, especially during repeated topping. In any case, everything is under control and I will demonstrate it to you during the flowering phase. Wait for the Uncle BreadandBuds and see what it does to you. Remember the cold temperature makes the girls absorb food much more slowly than in summer so be careful to give the right amount and to dry the plant in maximum 2 days or you risk imbalances. We come a long way to her final week She is just drinking water now, in 5 days I will harvest. She looks very good. I would leave her another week but I need to harvest on next Thursday. Its been an amazing strain no issues at all. Not the biggest buds I have seen but very very nice smell and quite decent size buds. Looking forward to get final weight.

This week in my grow room has been full of developments. First, I added additional lights because I couldn't get the relative humidity (RH) under control. I ordered a dehumidifier, but it will take a few weeks to arrive, so I had to find a temporary solution. I also emptied the reservoir and refilled it with fresh water and nutrients. I secured the net to ensure it stays in place under tension. In two days, I plan to switch the light schedule to 12/12, hoping the plants will stretch a bit during the switch to avoid having overly large buds that aren't evenly spread. Seventeen hours later, I decided to keep the lights on a 16/8 schedule for a few more days. The plants are starting to show signs of something happening, so I want to see how they develop. I will keep you updated on the progress. Then, I received a message from my supplier that the dehumidifier would arrive today. Great news—time to spice things up! On June 2nd, the dehumidifier arrived, and I managed to get my Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD) to 1.17! This is fantastic news, and I'm very curious how this will affect water usage. The dehumidifier seems pretty powerful, with water literally dripping out of the hose, so I'm no longer worried about high humidity levels. It's a shame it doesn't have a range setting, but I couldn't expect more for the price. I'm considering ordering the Dimlux Auxbox to set a working range and separate day/night settings. Thankfully, the dehumidifier has an auto-restart function after a power loss. On June 3rd, the night is over, and while my values are now more stable, I haven't noticed any significant differences in water absorption. What I do notice is that the pots seem much drier. The difference in leaf temperature compared to the room temperature has increased slightly, now about a 2˚C difference, indicating that evaporation has increased somewhat. Despite the dehumidifier cooling the air, the room temperature has risen. This is explainable since dry air heats up faster than humid air. The CO2 heater is also running significantly longer. So, although there are no immediately visible differences, there are indeed some changes. Today is the last short night of 8 hours, and tomorrow will be the first night of 12 hours. I am contemplating doing a 10-hour night first and will decide later tonight. After closely reviewing the video footage, I noticed some divergent colors on the leaves. My pH is currently 6.4, which I had adjusted to compensate for the low pH last week—a foolish decision in coco, I know. I plan to make videos of each individual plant for my records to investigate further. The light is too intense to inspect them up close, so the videos will help me get a better look.

She seems to be recovering from the water log roots…after she dries out I will feed her some fish fertilizer…in case this is a nitrogen issue.

Cette rapidité laisse de la place pour démarrer une nouvelle culture et gagner deux semaines de plus. Quant à l'autre plante, elle bénéficiera de deux semaines supplémentaires pour observer d'éventuelles différences de taille, d'effets ou d'arômes. My tiny potter is doing pretty good. It is a hard grow with the plant this size. The window for ph error is very small since it dries the potter out in a few hours. It is very root bound, and drainage is very slow. I been feeding 2 to 3 times a day if I get the chance. I got a little nute burn when I increased nutrition a little too early. The twin tops might of gotten too close to the light as it stretched. Regardless it's looking pretty good for a tiny potter. She is bulking now, still under the Mars Hydro FC4800 light. nothing much else to report. Für den ultimativen Vergleich kommen bald noch zwei neue Diaries mit zwei identischen Stecklingen um genau zu beobachten wie was performed. Die Pflanzen entwickeln sich super gut und sind sehr robust. Die Seitentriebe bilden sich immer weiter aus. Die Blattform ist schön Breit und Buschig.
