Another great week here. Defoliated the girls throughout the week. Continue to do well and very healthy. They drink a good amount but nothing crazy. The frost is unreal! It's even on the fan leaves! I have a picture that shows the frost on the fan leaves. I can't believe the smells as well from these ladies! Cherry smells are strong! I love smelling the plants and my fingers when I defoliate the leaves. Watering daily or every other day. Also adding water to to self watering pots as needed. Starting to use the UVB today!! 🤞😎 Gonna start now at 30 minutes a day for a few days. Then slowly increase as we move forward. They already have a lot of trichomes, as you can see, and I'll look to increase those. I plan on harvesting these girls at week 8 to save the terps as much as possible. Let's go!

Week 4 of veg. And all just maintenance right now. Should be flipping in a week regardless of what the smaller ones might be doing. Pruning and tying em down to maintain a very low canopy for the stretch. So far, so good. No real deficiency issues as we’ve been keeping the regimen real conservative. All is well to the flower show👍

Hopefully the next time I grow this strain, I can get it to stretch more! Fruity but has a really gassy under tone.

Both plants looking good. The cheese, is really frosting and flowering up, really crazy! shes gonna become a beast and is so early into flower 13-08-2024. both plants been given a 5 ml shot of Calmag. also the cheese got her mid bloom dose of Biopk 16-08-2024. the ladies got some water today, and the Orange Apricot Glue has overtaken the cheese in height, compared to the cheese being the bigger one for most of the “grow”.

Here we are again ready to start again, always under the sign of Zamnesia, we make our fantastic plants and we show you what we are capable of. We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic ones and now we present them to you. This time we are faced with an absolute novelty from Zamnesia, a plant from the latest generation of an immense series that Zamnesia is bringing out, ready to try them all. Here we have excellent parents, the primette result is great, let's also try the Karen Kush. I was amazed by the perfect branding for this strain and so let it be Karen. To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of the right advisors, I have chosen to divide it into phases so whoever wants can follow them and understand better step by step. - Preparatory Phase ---- Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand if it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures start to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination. Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in the jar (depending on the lunar phases). - Phase 1 --- Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water the seed is almost certainly healthy and will come out of the ground 90% normally. - Phase 2 --- Opening the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little, you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in the water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root comes out, it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out a lot, you can wait a little longer in the absorbent paper, but not in water. - Phase 3 --- In the meantime, while I soaked the seeds, I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose the ones with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds, I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems. - Phase 4 --- The plant emerges from the soil. So far I have not put the light, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. I have had a blast growing this plant inside this LEAF unit. There was very little I had to do in order to have so much plant. I cannot wait to add another diary with some more grows. The smell of the plant is incredible and will only get better. The smoke is gentle, and it actually leaves a Minty feeling in your mouth, this was surprising but really cool given the name of the plant. Beast of a strain I'm sure its a female if it's not I'll be gutted! Waiting for sex to show before applying home made STS solution. Great branching and perfect two inch nodal spacing between branches. Seems to be happy whatever I feed it hasn't shown any signs of deficiency or excess of nutrients! I reckon her kids will survive world war three 😉☢️

Harvest update on flowering day 75 since the time change to 12/12 hrs. Hey everyone ☺️👍. Today there is a short update of the harvest before the last update after the fermentation comes 😀👍. Both phenotypes were very easy to cut due to their very good bud to leaf ratio ☺️. I already like both phenotypes in terms of smell, although I have to say that Phenotype 1 smells much better and fruity 😍. Was trimmed clean by hand with disinfected scissors :-). Before harvest, both plants were given complete darkness for 48 hours. The trichomes are 70% milky and 30% amber 😍. You can now dry for 7-12 days on the net at 62% humidity. Then it goes for another 12-17 weeks in the glasses with 62% boveda packs which are then changed to 58% boveda packs :-). Until then and for the final harvest update, I wish you all a lot of fun. Autos are doing alright this week. Very low RH has kept them from being their best selves. No worries, early season growing suck, and this years faults will be next years improvements. Next year will move from an electric heater to an oil filled radiant so that I dont suck so much moisture out of the air First week of flower, I expect them all to stretch this week
