This week I cut a lot of foliage off. This way the lights can get to more buds. Weed inspires creativity.

Week 9, Day 63, Day 19 of Flower. Once again all is going well, girls are doing nicely. PK1 is still larger than PK2 but PK2 is getting larger also. Buds are starting to bulk and some nice colas starting to form. I am very pleased with how they are doing. After this coming week 4 of Flower I am going to switch to only KoolBloom 2-45-28 for 2 to 3 weeks at a 1/4 tsp/gallon. Any suggestions or comments?

Two girls one cup week 2.. thanks for stopping by and checking out my experiment :) no need to rotate them.. they're doing it all on their own 🤣. hit the girls a little hard with the light last week when i turned it up to warm things up in there. kinda blasted em with 22 DLI and the light may have caused the curling on the Godzilla Cookies. all is well, and theyre moving right along. light currently 18in up, and hitting them with 14 DLI. running the 1/2 strength GHE light feed week 2 since last sundays RES change. will prob keep this RES until this sunday. just top off and PH adjust 8am/8pm daily. kinda excited to see the explosion of growth throughout this week. 3rd true set popping out of both GC and WG, and started LST them their separate ways as early as possible. contemplating topping after 5th or 6th node. havent made up my mind as to when yet. we shall see. roots poking their way through the drainage holes in the bottom of the upper growing chamber. Will have to add a stone to the RES here in a few days time. GHE light feed 1/2 strength week 2 (measurements are per 2gal on 500 scale): Total nitrogen - 47.5 ppm PPM range - 200-275 ppm Spring Water/Tap mix - 220 ppm (calmag and hydroguard already added) Micro 3.6mL - 144 ppm Grow 3.4mL - 77 ppm Bloom 2.6mL - 41 ppm Total = 482 ppm GHE is pretty damn accurate on that ppm range huh? *so far they seem to be loving life.. sooner or later this light won't be able to keep up with their needs. Probably sooner with the rate they're going. *figured I keep them on the 1/2 strength week 2 GHE Flora feed for now. They've been moving right along, and I don't want to over feed em. Next RES change will get bumped up for sure. Made a nozzle for the reptile fogger since the one it had was made for a 1" hose. MUCH better distribution of moisture now. *Wedding Glue def showing signs of being under fed. Taking up more water than it needs to get those nutes. Causing droopy leaves. Hopefully she can wait until the start of week 3 for a bump up. *Nute levels dropping every 12h as expected. Going to crunch numbers tonight to see how much on a 12hr basis to see if we're ready to get bumped up. If so RES changes will be weekly still, just on the week mark instead of Sunday. *WG said fuck 5 leaves and went straight for 7! Crossing my fingers she gets 13 of em so I can break a personal record of 11. That is unless the ruderalis takes over and puts a stop to them multiplying every node. *****anyone got some pointers on how to go about getting a sponsorship? May 11: plant looks good and the bad colour in the pic is due to wildfire smoke. Seems happy in the final 5 gallon grow bag. Today was overcast and smoky after two beautiful sunny spring days. First smoke of the season arrived at about 7 am this morning. This smoke is likely due to fires in northeast BC about 1000 km (600 miles) from here. Hopefully it won’t be as bad as last year. May 13: air quality is better again. Plant is doing fine. Watered with Monster Maxx during afternoon. May 16: cool and rainy today. There was some sun in the late afternoon. She’s looking good and off to a better start than most of my previous starts. May 17: very cool and rainy again which is just as well for forest fires. Good week for this lovely lady. Her color has improved immensely and she's almost caught up in size to the Blueberry. Since they're settled in I took away the support hoops and will pack up the row cover. Yet again I think it did a fabulous job reducing stress from transplanting. I also added in some Calendula plants yesterday afternoon as they make good companions. It's gonna be a straight up partay in this garden bed😜 Update 6/26- I totally forgot to add that on Monday the garden got a spraying of horn manure. Horn manure is a biodynamic preparation of cow manure that's been fermented in a buried horn. This results in a material that's teeming with beneficial flora and fauna for the soil. Ideally it would be sprayed prior to planting in the spring as it encourages healthy root growth. I purchased the pre-potenized so that I only had to spend 20 mins stirring rather than an entire hour. That would have been brutal😵 I sprayed it at night when the earth is breathing in and used a spruce bough to sprinkle it over the plants in the garden. The extra icing on the cake was that there was a rain the day before, and another the day after I sprayed so it was well watered in.

Runtz# Day 64# Day Flowering 47# The plants are nearing the end, 5 days ago I started to give them a "flawless finish" and if some people needed another 2+ weeks at that point according to what the microscope says, the leaves and the very form of the flowers, but the humidity is high, the rains are frequent lately and the conditions for mold are ideal, so I will not risk it and they are this small, and the caterpillars have also started to be annoying... However, the situation has changed... half of the plants were almost at full strength, but with the fact that a week ago I gave it overdrive because I planned to give it another two weeks and then give it only clean water for a week or two, it prolonged their flowering, that's what I concluded, a bunch of new transparent trichomes appeared on the flowers and now they need two more weeks at the moment, and I already started with "flawless finish" 4-5 days ago, but well, I'll continue like that when when they are ripe, I pick them unless mold appears or caterpillars attack... 3 or 4 plants will be through a week to a maximum of 10 days ripe (the way I like it) for picking, the rest in two weeks (as I said before, if no caterpillars or mold attack)… Yesterday was the end of their ninth week. Rutnz 1# picture no. 29# harvested,trimmed and left to dry on 31.07. it is still drying. This dwarf had only one big bud along the whole plant, and I expected something like this, especially because it was in grass that is bigger than it, and the humidity has been really high lately... mostly, the mold started and some spiders also ruined it a lot, I must have thrown away a third of the flowers... I had to cut the plant into heads so that I could see all the infected ones and remove them. Runtz 2# picture no.30# and these two videos Harvester,trimmed and left to dry 02.08. This plant also started to mold, the whole two heads that were below, immediately up to the main bud, they started to mold (the empty space between the main head and the lower heads where the stem can be seen), and later, after picking, I inspected the plant in more detail and found something else small all the way down... everything that was even a little bit infected was removed (if a head was slightly infected, the whole head was removed, not just the infected part) I lost a bit here less than a quarter of the flowers, approx. Stay High and Keep Growing!!!

June 14th not a ton happened, I believe I watered them (It seems I am having to water every second day now as they start to get bigger) June 15th - still just growing away. I went out and got some different ducting so I could pull air from outside better with the ac infinity inline fan. I also received some insulated ducting from Amazon that is a hell of a lot better then the standard stuff I am using. I also grabbed a new 9 inch fan (still deciding the best place to place it, for now it is beside the door). I grabbed a larger oscillating fan aswell to keep air moving around. June 16th - decided I would do some lst and then I gave them some water. I have been feeding nutrients every second day. I have also on every 3rd watering been doing just ph’d water. The humidity seems to drop quite a bit within 10-20 seconds of the door being open hence the lower reading. I am sitting roughly at 45-55 depending on time of day. As for temperatures I’m still struggling to keep it down during the warm days and it seems the highest I am getting is around 29 since switching the lights off from 11am - 5pm June 17th - the girls seemed to have perked back up after yesterday’s lst. Not much new today just some growth! June 18th - Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures today. But not to much difference. I did feed the girls with some nutrient water today. June 19th - I again forgot to take pictures. They are just growing away and doing there thing. I did check for growth from the topped portion on the bigger plant, no growth from one of the 2 tops. So I indeed cut it to low… I won’t be doing that again haha. June 20th - finally grabbed something to deal with the heat since it is getting hotter everyday. I picked up a 10,000 btu air conditioner. I have it set at 23 degrees. I also moved the plants around and re-arranged some stuff. I took the inline fan that was taking air out and instead the ac output is going to there. I ended up having to make the vent into a 6inch vent on the trailer. Temps stay around 23 now. Humidity is still 45-55 depending on time of day.

My Strawberry Gorilla plant is coming along, though it's a bit more delicate than my Gorilla Cookies. It's still showing some nice growth under the lights, but it's definitely a bit more sensitive. I'm keeping a close eye on it, and I'm hopeful that it'll start to thrive soon. I'm starting to get a faint whiff of that sweet, fruity aroma, so I know there's potential there! This past week has been a whirlwind of work, leaving little time for anything else. My phone's camera roll is sadly neglected, with only a few snapshots to show for it. But finally, I'm finding a moment to catch up on my grow diaries. It's been exciting to see the progress, even if it's just through photos. I'm looking forward to documenting the next stage!
