Day 49 of flower and this girl is so impressive! Super resinous and the smell is out of this world. If you even lightly bump into her the intoxicating scent of grape faygo and gasoline hits you like a sledgehammer. She goes into her "flush" (emerald harvest suggests a flush that uses a low amount of their base nutrients so thats what I do) starting tomorrow.

I also did a Trichome check today things are moving along nicely. 6/7/2023 Week 9- Day 2 of Flower (Day 125 overall) I admit it I couldn't help it there were some blatant offender leaves blocking the light from some of the canopy buds so they had to go..... and when I took them I found a few more in between leaves that had to go.. so long story short some defoliation did happen.. :-) 6/8/2023 Week 9- Day 3 of Flower (Day 126 overall) Auto pilot re-engaged.. Nitrogen and Phosphorus are crucial elements on the phase of active vegetation. You can see the difference in the grow dynamics if you look at week 2-3 and 4. On week 4 I increased nutrients concentration by 40%.

Hi growmies, Somehow I must have missed to update this diary last, my apologies for that…. As the Afghan was dried, she could finally move into her forever home. I have made some modifications to the box, compared to the last run. The biggest change is of course that it’s housing now a 20l DWC system, build from two euro containers. I have further installed a little Computer fan below the canopy and will probably install another one above the canopy. Last but not least, I installed a ScrOG, build from an old Coca-Cola fridge, that someone disgarded somewhere. Lates see how it will go this time.

Chopped them down for a 24 hour hang dry before storing them in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. So freaking glad it's over! Time to chill out and enjoy the crop.

All but one plant is starting to grow pistils. These plants are getting a little out of control being cramped in this 4x4. I defoliated just before flipping to flower, and they needed another touch-up. I'm a little worried this will cause me to have to do frequent touch-ups or kill one or two plants and create some space. I'm leaning more toward killing 1 or 2 plants, rather than risk all of them getting overly stressed from too many defoliations. I completely underestimated how much these Cannabis plants would grow, especially once they started to stretch. I'm going to start saving the water that is collected through the dehumidifier. I had an easy week, the seeds from the mix pack I bought are really flourishing and they are growing at a good rate. Very healthy.

Day 36. The plants are in pre flowering stage. The plants are tall 25 cm about except one of them that is 60cm.

12/26-12/28/20: So I have no idea what to expect. I just hope moving the light farther away was a good idea! I've had to turn the fan on a couple of times to bring the 82F temp down and now it's creeping back down. 12/29/20: Still no growth and I can't maintain the humidity above 45%. I placed a piece of saran wrap over the pot to help it retain some water. I also moved the 1000w lamp a little farther away and I have the fan running. I also need to figure out the exhaust set up. Too daunting. 12/30/20: The cherry finally popped and I can see ole girl starting to break the surface. Adding the saran wrap helped with the moisture and this morning was the result. The temp still seems a be high (81F) and the humidity still isn't maintaining (~51%). I watered the seedling a bit and spray twice a day. It's currently back under the wrap. 1/2/21: Ole girl Salisi is growing slowly, but strong. I added a humidifier from Target to maintain the humidity between 40-60%. Temperature still lingers around 82F, but I think that's ok:🤷:. 1/4/21: Salasi is growing with purpose now! Two more days until she graduated to the big pot. I moved her inside of a nursery with vents open and gave her a full watering. RT: 82F, RH 62%. 1/9: Salasi's looking ok but I'm concerned about stem length. I just sprayed inside the nursery and a couple spritzes to the top soil. I'm concerned about thinning?
