Shortly after they were switched to flowering (after week 3) the plants continue to stretch and then start to develop their first flowers. Now in week 7 all plants have very nice flower clusters all over the plant and side branches. They have grown to 45 cm (=Shiva Skunk on left side) and 40 cm (Serious Kush on right side of aisle) in height respectively and all plants have a nice dark green color, which shows they are healthy and also that the Advanced Nutrients schedule works like a treat. The Q6W-Gen.2 LED-Lamps are now dimmed to 100% (=three green LEDs on the dimmer) and work on FULL POWER, which ensures full fledged flower production. Both varieties have now started to exude their typical aroma. The Shiva Skunk starts to smell musky and sweet, while the Serious Kush smells 'gassy' and 'fuely' like its OG-Kush heritage. The flower clusters on the Serious Kush appear to grow denser than the clusters on the Shiva Skunk.

Hi all, sorry for the delay, all continues to go very well, she is handling the nutrients very well wit only a very little tip burn. I increased the light a little bit, as I felt that some of the main colas on the side didn't get enough light. Next week I will probably be able to show the little veg-box I built, since the cuttings are slowly outgrowing their current home.

The plants were stretching a bit, pretty much as expected - except for the Sour Strawberry. I don't know if it was due to it getting a bit less light since it was much shorter, but it tripled its size and overtook all of the other plants in height. OK. I guess I could have flipped 2 weeks earlier? Anyway, stretch was almost over, flowers started forming. Some of the plants still looked a bit meh and yellow-ish, but overall the growth during stretch looked healthier than the previous 1-2 weeks.

Well its was not the easiest cycle.I make some mistakes and cant deleaf plants as clean as i want cause scrog.so thats not the highiest result for this strain.

Added 10L to the reservoir, and turned it on for a couple of minutes. 11-4 Temperature: 24.4 degrees (lights on) 21 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 61% (highest) 52% (lowest) 12-4 Temperature: 25.5 degrees (lights on) 22 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 65% (highest) 57% (lowest) Turned the reservoir on for a couple of minutes. 13-4 Temperature: 26.5 degrees (lights on) 23 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 65% (highest) 56% (lowest) 14-4 Temperature: 26.4 degrees (lights on) 22.1 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 64% (highest) 45% (lowest) Turned the reservoir on for a couple of minutes. The reservoir is almost empty, there is 850 ml left. 15-4 Temperature: 24.4 degrees (lights on) 20 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 59% (highest) 49% (lowest) No pictures. 16-4 Temperature: 23.5 degrees (lights on) 19.5 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 60% (highest) 53% (lowest) Today i defoliated both plants heavily for the last time, you can say i did a method called: schwazzing. Dont know why but while i was defoliating the Chemdog smelled a little bit like soap haha. Turned on the reservoir for a couple of minutes. (Till the AutoPots are full and the valve closes) Rised the pots aswell, so the canopy is very even. I let them recover from the heavy defoliation i did, and next week i will slowly increase the light's strength. (Now still at 50% 50cm)

Its done! Even though I expected a higher yield, I'm happy with my first harvest. It could have gone worse. Got 61 grams of the biggest plant, it took eternities, but the yield is pretty decent for a first grow. Thanks WSE! Next up will be Strawberry kush and Harlequin.

Some budrot showed up last week when I got back from a week away. Cut off the 2 Cola's 2 inch under the spots. Doesn't seem to have affected the rest of the plant thank goodness. Must have caught it while it was setting up. Would like to harvest her next week and flush her for a week from now on. Will seek advice in questions.

🎊 Week 12 is officially over ! I’m really pleased with the progress she’s finally stepping fully into that Purple Banana expression 🍌🍭 The buds are still packing on size, and every day brings us closer to harvest. I checked the trichomes again and we’re starting to see a nice mix: mostly milky with a few turning amber. Since the last feeding, I’ve been giving her only RO water to avoid oversaturating the soil before the finish. With two more weeks as our target, we’ll push one final week of feeding before the flush 💦🌊 One of my biggest joys as a grower is bringing out the unique characteristics of the strains I pick up as close as possible to what the breeder intended. For me, it’s not all about chasing yield. Genetics vary, and sometimes even in perfect conditions, your plants won’t look like the online photos or hit those top shelf sizes you see everywhere. But here’s the truth: If your environment, feeding/watering routine, and training techniques are on point, you’re almost guaranteed a potent, high-quality plant, regardless of final weight. So don’t stress yourself Focus on mastering your craft, learning your strains, and dialing in your system. 08/08 - Week 3 of flower and flowers are getting fatter. I learned from my mistakes from over defoliating which I see as a key learning curve and I will remember this for my future grows. Amber trichomes are starting to form, we're cloudy in most sections but there's still a bunch of clear a little deeper in. This is probably their last full week..we cut all nutrients nearly a month ago and have been watering heavy (as we typically do during flush) but they have only lightened slightly, we use a soilless media which should be completely flushed out by now but most the leaflets are still super dark, after seeing several other grows of this strain we assume it must be characteristic of B.B..we have 4 grow areas in our grow room and the Bangers can be smelled over everything else.. It smells like Fruit Loops with notes of gasoline 🍓⛽...The SP-3000 by MarsHydro is an absolute beast in a 4x2, this is our 2nd grow under The SP-3000 and we completely filled the 4x2 on both occasions. Each run resulted in massive, compact Buds just covered in resin..its without a doubt the best LED of its size we have in house or have ever been privileged to use honestly... Day 81: My leaves are still brown but from what i understand when i fried them from the spray there is no coming back. But other than that the colas are and side sites are getting fatter. one of my colas did fall to the side and it snapped the branch, I taped it up however i hope that works. Lbvs other than that these girls have went to hell and back and still hanging in there and as everything is coming to a close im just trying not to mess them up to much. LOL. the girls are struggling a little bit. One is yellowing because its about to flower, but one is just not growing much and the other is very lanky.

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. I've been waiting for at least some trichomes to turn amber. I prefer to harvest when there are at least a few amber. I took the PL2 3 days before the PL1. Flushed them for a week only

8/24 Week 6 Flower Reducing Grow nuets will Increase Bloom as we go. Want a lower EC with lots of runoff for tonight, been pretty high and its going up from here. Looking good what to say? Stretch has started but its very reasonable 8/25 Nuets changed to all Bloom 8ml/gal A&B and Koolbloom 1ml/gal EC at 1500 see if we can keep this until ripening 8/26 Resuming twice a day feeds 8/27 Giving a dose of Kangaroots for their early flower root building this is the last of that. Defoliated lowers removing all under growth Tent is getting pretty full ... maybe they are like goldfish... 8/28 Growing @ 1/2 - 1 inch per day still
