This week I harvested these two Quebec Black Bud, it was really a great experience. Its unique appearance and these colors charm us from start to finish. Calm in vegetation but surprises us in flowering. I can't wait to see the final product 😇 Harvest : Pheno #1 day 56 flowering 119 total Pheno #2 day 60 flowering 123 total Training : They have received my hand manipulation since day 8 and this every day to force them to grow bigger and stronger until the addition of the scrog. I started my base again on a manifold. For now I'm having fun like that, let's see later 😁 I'll leave you with these beautiful photos and come back to you later. After drying and curing I realize how the color is an intense purple almost black, The genetics are not called Quebec black bud for nothing. the buds are really compact, I know that with the auto pot system I give myself a chance that they will be denser but I believe that hard training leaves its mark.

Hello. Everything is going well for us; we're growing, covered in sugar, and all is satisfactory. We're enjoying a good diet of a 2000 ppm infusion. I want to thank everyone who follows my diary and doesn't forget to write comments and hit the like button. I want to express my respect and heartfelt thanks to a company like Seeds Mafia for providing the LSD seeds. LSD is quite easy to grow and requires minimal effort. It becomes evident in the first weeks that the genetics are excellent— a robust, sturdy plant with a thick stem and dark green leaves. LSD from Seeds Mafia stands out among other marijuana plants. I highly recommend everyone to try growing the LSD photoperiod girl from Seeds Mafia. The clones we took from our girl are half as much again as those from clones we took at the same time from our other girls. So, we'll wait for the end of our growth and see the results. Hey Growmies~ This run's starting with a 70% coco and 30% perlite mix in a reduced 1-gallon fabric pot, with no pre-mixed dry nutrients. I'm testing a few things this time: 1. Can autos thrive in a solo cup-sized fabric pot without stress? 2. Is it possible to reach harvest without bi-weekly top dressing of dry nutrients? 3. Skipping Cal/Mag—will it still work? For nutrients, here’s the plan: - Bi-weekly: Great White (until flowering) - Bi-weekly: Home-cultivated microbe solution (alternating with Great White) - Every feeding: Homemade liquefied dry nutrients (I'll document the process soon) What I’m aiming for: - A super simple KNF-style organic grow - A 100 to 1,000x reduction in dry nutrient usage - Consistent, quality harvests This is my perpetual medicinal plant harvest, and I’m just hoping everything stays on track! Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment... During week 12 all plants continue to get ripe and the leaves get more and more yellow fade. This is a good thing at this point, since that means the plants are FLUSHED properly and all BIO NOVA nutrients and sugars inside the plant-matter are used up. ONLY A WELL FLUSHED PLANT SMOKES SMOOTHLY WHEN DRIED!!! Since I plan to smoke these buds as my medicinal cannabis against my chronic back pain, I am extra keen on well flushed buds! All my genetic treasures GLISTEN WITH TRICHOMES NOW! Its a beautiful sight and makes me smile every time I see them. The aroma coming from the tent is overwhelmingly strong now and makes my mouth water. Since almost all the pistils have turned brown now, it is time to check the trichomes, if the plants are ready to harvest. I take a hand-held microscope and carefully look at a top-bud. The trichome-heads I see, are all milky now and some of them have turned amber. Thats the perfect time to harvest, since its PEAK-THC now. When all trichome heads have turned milky the THC-content is at its highest, when they start to turn amber, THC breaks down again. The more AMBER TRICHOMES you have, the MORE SEDATIVE a plant gets and then it will make you MORE SLEEPY when you smoke it. The SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs have done an OUTSTANDING JOB! The quality and amount of top-grade medicinal buds I have grown under them is MUCH BETTER THAN UNDER HPS. I can only STRONGLY RECOMMEND the SANlight LEDs...the new EVO-series works GREAT! At the end of week 12 (=after 9 weeks of flowering) its time TO HARVEST MY GENTIC TREASURES!
