This week I found fungus gnats I added sticky boards and mosquito bits. A small amount of fading on oldest leaves. I did a small defoliation of the yellow fan leaves. I added bone meal to the top layer of soil and worked it in. Water at 6.5.

V15, riego con pH 6.1 y EC 1.2, las plantas ya se han recuperado del stress de hace unos días atrás, desde el próximo riego el agua tendrá sus nutrientes completos. Se ajustó el LST en algunas plantas. V17, definitivamente ya se recuperaron del stress por sobre fertilización, están creciendo al ritmo esperado, con bien color y hojas "felices". V18, y bueno, de nuevo surge un imprevisto, intentando hacer LST a un tallo acabo de romperlo, le hice una especie de entablillado esperando que se recupere. Hoy toco riego con pH 6.2 y EC 1.5, las plantas crecen bien.

So this week after I gave it under nutrients I apparently gave it too much nitrogen while having a potassium deficiency. Shiney dark leaves, So i fixed that, but some didn't bounce back, and I tried nitrogen. I think they are doing pretty good considering everything I've put them through SO FAR. lol. Nutrients are NPK Raw's total lineup, follow their instructions at first, Fastbuds adjustments as of this week.

Since Day 56, I moved her into the new tent sizing 150*150*200 cm and 450W Grow light

Week6 D1 Some issues persist but we are now in too deep to fix it- I will continue to flush and get ready for harvest with rainbow belts. Pictures of her trichromes uploaded. The others are still clear and look to be swelling slowly but Apple crumble started throwing tons of popcorn nugs after the flush which I think is from the salts washing off but again we will stay the course. Plan to check and water tomorrow with cal mag. Week6 D3 Problems persist with Rainbow but trichromes are starting to amber. Will just stay with clean water and flush til harvest. I think the deficiencies with preharvest is causing a compounding issue but the buds still look good albeit smaller. Week6 D4 Same issues persist but we will let them dry out. Since I zapped the nutrients from pot with flush we will feed liquid for the other three girls (not rainbow) til a week before harvest. Wish me luck!

2nd - Foxtails :/ ? Has been warm outside... 3rd - Hot day, 30, Just running 1 light, Lumatek on 400 for most the day.. 4th - Both lights back on. 5th - No water today, last day of lights. 6th - Day of darkness and dryness 7th - On the seventh day. It was all over.

02/23 (M) (Pre-Flower) flipped mother into flower last week - flushed with clean water for 2 days then began giving flower nutes in small doses for now - still feeding off the drip lines seems to be working as planned. Feeds will become more often (once/twice a day - 1 min feeds. 02/23 (C) - 7 of the 15 clones have rooted successfully with thick multi strands in each clone - Green color starting to come back as well - Have begun applying nute feeds to help recovery - Will give the other 8 sometime to begin rooting but if nothing happens in the next week then I will keep the 7 rooting now and cull the other 8.

I hope the tropicana terb will hit so hard, i need some fruity buds in my tent. But she looks great, little bit flatt but wide 😂

I guess I first have to extend a big thank you to James and the folks at RQS. The genetics of their “Northern Light” did not disappoint and this was a no fuss grow across all categories. This will be the only time you hear me refer to Northern Lights in the singular. It’s kinda like calling a “pickerel” a “walleye” - you just don’t do that up here😉. She took well to training, showed no signs of lockout or deficiency, and we were at the top limits of botanicare’s recommended feeding schedule the whole time. I’d call this typical NL - the scent wasn’t overly powerful, she grew somewhat squat and while I’m actually very surprised at the final weigh (thought it would be much less), the whole grow was typical of the strain in my experience. Possibly her biggest limiting factor was simply space constraints. The photos pretty obviously demonstrate that she got really crowded out by the neighbouring kush and I wouldn’t be surprised at all if she’d have done a little better with some more room. That said, what isn’t “typical” are the effects. RQS touts this as a cup winner and I can see why. Had the opportunity to sample a little and WHOA! She Hits with a lasting, cerebral and euphoric effect that starts as a light, happy high. Not a crippling or dulling effect at all. Just everything you’d expect from a well rounded strain in general. Perfect. I almost wanna describe it as a classic sativa but I’ve been smoking nothing but a pure indica for so many months now that anything different is gonna feel that way 😂. Esta semana voy a escribir sobre: CARBÓN VEGETAL ACTIVADO CON MICROORGANISMOS DE MONTAÑA. esta es una práctica avanzada pues al menos se necesita tener el inóculo sólido de Microorganismos de Montaña (MMS), aunque al final intentaré dar otras opciones para aquellos que no tengan MMS. Puedes consultar en la semana 3 la manera de hacer Microorganismos de Montaña Sólidos (MMS): https://growdiaries.com/diaries/134104-grow-journal-by-defharo/week/725879 El carbón vegetal es un excelente componente para toda clase se mezclas de sustrato, tiene varias propiedades muy interesantes, ayuda a la estructuración del suelo y la creación de humus, es un regulador térmico en lugares fríos, favorece la expansión de las raíces y su estructura de microporos promueve la retención de humedad y nutrientes, se dice que en 1cm cúbico de carbón puede contener de 8 a 30 millones de Microorganismos. Y es precisamente la propiedad de retención de humedad y nutrientes, de la que se aprovecha esta práctica. El carbón vegetal llamado "activado" que se usa en filtros de agua o aire, tiene mala fama entre los aficionados a las peceras, porque se dice que roba nutrientes, principalmente Nitrógeno, esto tiene una explicación y no es un problema para cultivo en macetas, el carbón seco tiende a absorber humedad y los nutrientes que se encuentra en el sustrato o en los riegos, porque es muy poroso, y de repente, tiene que saturar todos sus microporos, pero esto apenas va a tener incidencia en un cultivo. En mi caso lo que hago es mezclar el carbón con los Microorganismos Sólidos y después lo humedezco con agua y melaza para activar la Microbiología del inóculo, dándole la energía necesaria, de esta manera tengo un carbón inoculado con Microorganismos de Montaña, y una vez en el sustrato, con humedad, estos MM, se propagarán. En este caso el carbón, de momento, no captura nutrientes porque está saturado, pero después de unos riegos, será la casa perfecta donde los Microorganismos y los nutrientes convivirán ofreciendo una fuente extra de nutrientes, para que las raíces se alimenten en periodos de escasez de alimento o humedad. Supongo que quien tenga inóculos bacterianos comerciales, podría usar esta práctica para multiplicarlos. INGREDIENTES BÁSICOS: Agua pura: 500ml Carbón vegetal, para usarlo en macetas conviene que los trozos de carbón no sean grandes. 750 gramos. Melaza: 75g Microorganismos de Montaña Sólidos (MMS): 225g PROCEDIMIENTO: Se mezcla el carbón y los Microorganismos sólidos. Se disuelve la melaza en el agua. Se humedece el carbón lentamente, mezclándolo bien, porque el carbón vegetal puede almacenar mucha humedad y necesita tiempo para saturarse. Se guarda a oscuras durante un mes en un recipiente cerrado. Hasta aquí la fórmula básica, yo hago algunos añadidos, como se puede ver en las fotos. Añado 260g de Leonardita, que es un carbón vegetal con millones de años y en el proceso de convertirse en mineral, aunque todavía no lo es, es además, la mayor fuente de ácidos húmicos y comparte las propiedades del carbón. Añado Microorganismos de Montaña Activados (MMA) de forma líquida para aumentar la inoculación de microbiología, también un lacto fermento de frutas que aporta muchas vitaminas, nutrientes y enzimas... en la última foto se ve el recipiente después de un mes. Siguiendo el principio de saturación previa de los poros del carbón, para mezclas de sustratos, y sin tener acceso a microbiología, se podría, por ejemplo, saturar el carbón con alguna mezcla nitrogenada para el comienzo del cultivo, después el carbón seguirá cumpliendo sus funciones de estructuración de suelos, creación de humus y para retener humedad y nutrientes. This is NOT a plant that I would recommend for a beginner she can demand much more attention without reciprocation, which was frustrating for my FIRST EVER grow (woohoo!). She is one that I have had a little bit of trouble growing and others on this site Ive researched have had trouble growing. She is a little more sensitive to nitrogen and other nutrients yet gulps cal-mag.

Sie haben sich bei meinem letzten Grow gut bewährt. Auch die Smart Start Plugs von Zamnesia werden wieder verwendet, dieses Mal ohne den Samen vorher einzuweichen. Und die Erde und der Dünger von BioBizz findet wieder Verwendung. Tag 106: Die Black Runtz von Zamnesia Seeds wird morgen geerntet, obwohl sie noch soviele frische Blüten hat. Sie ist ein Träumchen. Tag 107: Es gibt noch einige klare Trichome, die meisten sind trübe und manche sogar schon bernstein. Sie ist reif zur Ernte. Schön, dass du dir mein Tagebuch angesehen hast.
