Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. Being a fan of Mars Hydro for years, we of course accepted their offer. We are totally in love with this light. I was when I saw it in another grower's setup and was in awe of its output and results. So with much pride and thankfulness for the presents the Universe bestowed on us, in the form of MarsHydroLEDS offer and the bountiful harvest of the last grow, (which I am thoroughly enjoying btw, such a great weed to have grown ourselves) we start out on a new adventure that we can't wait to share with you. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. The Light The leading role and star of the show will be played by the Mars Hydro SP-3000, so kindly provided by MarsHydroLED, which we will test and review here and I might say, endorse. I'm very careful with who I endorse and support these days, but a company with that many wins in design, I'm talking ever since their first range came out in 2009 these guys have been raising the bar for the whole industry, I did not hesitate to support this leading brand. If you want to compete with these guys, you better bring some quality AND affordable pricing. Why do I endorse the SP-3000 without ANY hesitation? It is seriously THE BEST light on the market in this price range and size group. It has an enormously effective output in U/Mol and with 30% less energy waste comparing to older LED lights. Prove me wrong! And with a company holding a considerable market share selling thousands of units every month, competing on price and quality, one would think that customer service would suffer. Of course, also Mars Hydro is not perfect, but check the sheer amount of people that not only praise the light but also the service received, should the light somehow not perform up to par. Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. On this I started layering the coco coir, Bi-grow, peat, castings, and amendments in a way that the more mature the plants get, the more phosphorous and less nitrogen they will find. Every time I made three layers, I would mix them by hand. The two fastbuds are showing many pistils, whereas the two zambezas seems to be a bit behind in flowering, must be for the ruderalis genetics I imagine. Haply with the way the canopy is developing, looking forward to see these babes fatten up!!

Starter to flush a week ago, one more before harvest !

Running for 2 more day then 48 hrs darkness. Had to set a portable ac to bring temperature down this week getting way to hot. Not quite where I would like it but averaging around 7 degrees cooler.

Auch Sie wurden von 0,5l in 8l Grownest Stofftöpfe umgepflanz . Der PH Wert wurde angepasst auf 6.2 . Die Ladys sehen gut aus aber brauchen halt ein bisschen . Dazu bekommen Sie jetzt bei jeden 2 gießen die hälfe der angegebenen Dosis von Hesi Bio Grow mit halber Dosis Hesi Wurzelkomplex und natürlich auch Hesi Super Vit . Gießmenge gebe ich nicht an da Sie durch die außen Temperaturen gerne unterschiedlich trocknet . Start of week 9, lots of leave are dying, but there was bud growth during the previous week. This will be the last feeding before flushing next Sunday. Some of thehe branches are very heavy, they twist and bend if not supported, hopefully that is a sign of bud weight and not weak stems.

Another great week of growth, I've noticed she has pretty much stopped growing any larger fan leaves so I havent needed to defoliate. The smell in the space is strong now and she is producing lovely sweet buds that are dense and sticky. Reduced her nute intake and have introduced DRAGON FORCE.

Hi all buddies! First crop from hydro nft growth. Growth went well, I had some management problems in changing nutrients from veg to bloom which delayed the harvest for a week or two. Sensi Seeds' Skunk # 1F is incredibly resistant to mold and insect attacks, very close internodes ensure low height and compact buds. Unfortunately I chose the mother phenotype wrong, I found the lowest as I wanted but I lost the fatness of the buds present in other phenotypes, but the game was worth the same and I am very proud of it! I collected after 94 days of flowering, the last 72h 20kg ice cubes in the tank and total darkness which the last 24h without irrigation. After cutting I hung the whole plants in the tent for 24 / 48h 19 ° C 55% HR. Two days of wet trim to 8 girls and I hung their colas in the tent to continue drying. With a girl i tried dry trim but i will avoid next time. After a week in the tent I cleaned the colas and removed all the sticks, I placed everything in airtight bags in the refrigerator for 5 days 12 ° C 65% HR (daily check). Now dark storage room at a temperature of 18 ° C 65% HR. At the last weighing a few days ago it was more than 500g, from now it does not lose any more weight. Giorno 43 - le foglie erano di nuovo giù, fornisco 1lt di acqua a testa Giorno 44 - stanotte alle 3 le foglie erano nuovamente tutte giù, ora sembrano essersi riprese un po’ Giorno 45 - fornisco 1 lt di acqua a testa, le foglie di “CARAMEL” erano di nuovo tutte giù Giorno 46 - credo possa essere una carenza di azoto (N) e fosforo (P), aumento fertilizzanti (2ml/L bio grow, 2ml/L bio bloom, 1ml/L top max) fornisco 0,5L a testa, il terreno era ancora umido dopo l’irrigata di ieri Giorno 47 - la dose di fertilizzanti di ieri sembra sia andata a buon fine, le foglie non sono più tutte giù ma stanno meglio Giorno 48 - nulla di rilevante, la crescita continua, domani irrigherò. Ho comprato un ph tester che non riesco a calibrare, ne comprerò uno con la vite Giorno 49 - le foglie di “Caramel” tendono sempre a stare più giù e ora si stanno ingiallendo notevolmente, fornisco 1 litro d’acqua a testa in irrigazione. Giorno 50 - credo che le foglie gialle di “Caramel” siano dovute da una carenza di fosforo(P)e potassio(K), probabilmente non assimilata perché non controllo il PH

Ladies and gentlemen, here we are getting into the 3rd week of flower, so you know what that means!!! Next week is Plagron Green Sensation 💚 and silica and a little cal mag, if needed... this girl is getting big.She is about two and a half feet wide and has been stretching like crazy.. this is gonna be a great plant and a nice harvest, and I can't wait to see how the Plagron nutrients swelling up those buds .. stick around because if need be I will add more pictures throughout the week .. thank you Zamnesia Seeds and Plagron for the opportunity to grow this beauty 😍..
