1.20.2024: Time to gives this a go. 2.3x2.3 tent, XS1500 light, 2 gal fabric pots. Pots filled with FFOF(90%) & Perlite(10%.) Don't ask me why I chose 90/10. Nutrents are the FF Trio. Freebee seed from Humboldt Seed Co(Emerald Fire OG Auto.) Decided to germinate directly into the medium. Light is at 50% power at 2.5ft from the top of the pot(s). I'll have the light running 24hrs until it sprouts(fingers crossed it does.) I sprayed the top soil with pH 6.5 water when i stuck the seeds in then placed clear plastic cups over the seed location. My 4inch fan is on the way and it comes with a monitor for temp and humidity....no idea what current stats are. Just hope the damn thing spouts. Fingers crossed. More to come. 1.24.2024: We've sprouted! 1.25.2024: Took the lil domes off, opened 2/3 vents for some circulation. Been misting the top soil just to keep it moist with 6.5ph water. I also "bottom fed" 12oz of water just to keep things lubricated. On the fence about when to give the plants a proper watering. Might keep things going "as is" for the next two days. Inline fan and associated hygrometer comes tomorrow(1.26) so i'll finally have an idea on what the current stats are in the tent. Will make adjustments at that point in time. Light is 2.5 ft from soil at 50%. 1.26.2024: Inline fan came yesterday. Only set up the probe just to understand temp and humidity. With the light at 50%, 2 ft from the soil, all vents closed except one(1) port at the top, my current temp hovers around 79 and the RH is 50%. After setting up a humidifier, i'm now running 75 degrees, 64% RH and VPD .58. All within tolerance. I can already tell it will be a delicate dance managing heat, exhaust fan speed and humidity. Still haven't given the plant more than 2 cups of water and i'm only watering when the soil is dry. Tomorrow(1.27) marks 1 week since the seed was dropped. Plan is to lightly water the entire pot when dry for the next week or until growth really kicks in.

For my first run I am happy with my results even though the yield was very low . The banana cake is frosty and has a great nose on it . The bud has white ash and overall it tastes great . I will be doing another grow soon and Im going switch it up . Going to be a great next grow so don’t miss it .

I watered her with nutes yesterday night and checked on her today and shes getting a little yellow i know its not light burn because i moved my light up higher the night before just in case. gonna wait and water her heavy with some regular water Other than that shes getting as hell

Heya Farmers. Lots of growth this week, as you can see in the video I had to do a ton of LST and defoliation! This strain had a lot of hype surrounding it in the community, but here on growth diaries most of the plants looked rather small and flowered after 2 weeks, I'm glad mine seems to be a bit bigger! she also already smells amazing, this early! I'm a little scared as shes still quite short, but if I can get dense little buds, I prefer that over stretchy airy sativas, so I suppose I should be happy, but still, so dense, so much foliage. Week 11 has passed. Weather has been amazing as predicted, with temperatures reaching 30°C on some days, but pas 3 days have been milder, around 20-22°C. Flowers still seem to slightly increase in size, and the smell is great. Almost no glassy trichromes anymore: vast majority is (slightly) milky I'd say, and around 10-15% is getting amber. One of these days, I'll put her in a dark place for 48 hours to give the THC level a last good push before harvesting. D77: there she goes, final 48 hours have started! I'm putting her in a closet during the day so she stays at a dark spot for twose last two days. After that it's harvesting time! D79: Harvested tonight! No molds or anything, only a small caterpillar that had found his shelter in the flowers. Cut it out, impact on the flowers was negligible. D4 of drying: Plant is drying out slowly, humidity levels have been around 70-80% as weather has been quite bad the past few days. Also, all branches are all still attached to the main stem, which slows down the drying process. To mitigate the humidity, I put a fan to keep air circulating, which is successful up until now. Drying will probably still take a bit longer. Smell has definitely decreased while drying, so after that I'm planning on curing it a few weeks. Buds are not the densest, but definitely not bad either! I'm really happy with the results given that she was grown outdoors and using only granular organic nutrients. D7 of drying: decided to cut the nugs from the branches. Definitely still not sufficiently dry, but we're getting there. Large branches were still a little bendy but quite stiff already. Smaller bud branches we're almost snappable. Storing them in a room with 60% humidity now, where they can dry out some more. They're currently weighing 80g, don't know how much will still evaporate and how much of the weight the branches account for. Anyone has an idea on what I might expect? I'll be really glad if it's anything around 30 to 35g!

3/4 Day 15 Flower Changing PK to KoolBloom as the Peak has run out. Will work up the CT nuets to @10ml/gal or so as the burnt tips have proven kind of a red herring. Loving the dual light sources, makes things so much easier. 3/5 Day 16 More pics Nuets up to 925 ppm, thats unadjusted for the water (@125 ppm) Fish Sh!T added for terps among other reasons, they just explode with this stuff. Took the last of the loofy branches that were not getting light. Plants look almost lollipoped but thats due to the stretch we were fight during the tent space problem. 3/6 Day 17 Pics, prob last of the week unless something presents itself. Leaving nuets as is for now. Zhaan is really coming along being a tad shorter than the rest. Little clean up today so took the opportunity for better pics Having some issues find coco coir hope its temporary. Update Burnt tips have worsened a bit with the increase in Bloom nuets (nitrogen) Keeping the nuets as is for now keeping an eys on em. If I have to decrease will up the PK to compensate. 3/7 Day 18 Flower Tips have not worsened so leaving CT Bloom as is but did increase PK slightly and decrease Fish Sh!T to 1 ml/gal try and make it last a bit longer , stuff aint cheap and this is enough. Input Feed - 900 ppm Runoff - 1180 ppm well within limits 3/9 Day 20 Flower Upped the PK to 4ml/gal and feed to 925 ppm, that will be the top end and carry that level for at least a week before ending PK. Buds are frosting up and growing large pics when I can Really liking this strain guys... whatever it may be 😜 Redid the grow room and tent completely, improved the girls environment somewhat but mainly for space reasons. One of the dark devils is extremely stunted.... it's almost comical how small it is.... but she went through a lot .......it's a wonder she still alive .....some other people might have just thrown her away and started with some other seeds...... but it's kind of an experiment .....to see the extreme they're able to go through

Der zu betreibende Aufwand um noch mehr aus der Pflanze herauszuholen hätte sich nicht mehr gelohnt. So stand sie noch 36 Stunden im Dunkeln bevor sie geerntet wurde. Sie hängt nun in der Growbox und wird langsam trocknen und ich noch gegen ende des Monats enen Rauchbericht abgeben können.
