Another successful week plants aren't dead. Did some more defoliation this week to allow light to penetrate the smaller colas at the bottom of the canopy, still haven't found a feeding schedule that works for me, going to cut my feedings in half next week because I'm starting to see some minor nute burn on the leaf tips. Good week though I'm pleased with it onto week 10/week 5 of flower!

Aug 24: biggest of the four plants this year, and seems to be doing fine. Don’t take flash pics of photoperiods unless you’re immediately using a 730 nm light to put them into dark mode. Aug 26: have been watering in the morning with warmed water and that seems to help. Small kettle takes a while to boil but 2 L in a 5 gallon pail will warm up pretty cold water left out overnight. Lazy compost tea again today. I’ve held off for a couple weeks on the tea thinking that I didn’t want to over do N, but now’s the time for a little tea tuneup. Aug 27: all four plants look happier the day after another lazy compost tea. The yellow on the new growth has been pretty persistent on the Gelato throughout this grow, but she’s notably greener today. Now down to 14 h daylight, and still using the 730 nm far red light every night at dusk. Aug 28: still growing taller. Aug 30: this plant is get quite big for her intentionally smallish 5 gallon pot which will hopefully encourage her to finish faster.

🌱 Day 43 - Beginning of the Third Flowering Week 🌱 Hello grow friends! 🌿 Today marks the start of the third week of the flowering phase. This week, I’m trying to adjust my nutrients a bit. I plan to slightly increase BioBizz Grow, as well as BioBizz Bloom, according to the feeding schedule. 🌱💧 I’m continuing to prune and thin out the plants a little each day, aiming to keep them stress-free. ✂️😊 The terpenes and buds are developing wonderfully so far, but I’m still struggling with very high humidity levels. 🌡️💦 Since my grow setup is on the second floor and we’re currently experiencing humid temperatures here in Germany, it’s been a challenge. I’m trying to reduce the humidity from 62% down to 50% during the day, but it’s proving difficult. 🌬️📉 I’ll keep you updated on how things progress! 🌿✨ 🌱 Day 47 - Everything is Going Well 🌱 Watering and Nutrients Today, I watered and fed the plant again. 🌿💧 Each plant received 1 liter, which is about 10% of the pot's volume. The plant is responding well to the nutrients, and growth is steady. Defoliation and Light Exposure I’ve done some light defoliation to ensure that every part of the plant gets proper light exposure. ✂️💡 My goal is to avoid any shadowed areas, allowing the buds to develop fully. Temperature Management The temperature is still quite high, reaching 27-28°C during the day. 🌡️🔥 I’m finding it difficult to bring it down, but the plant seems to be handling it well. To maintain a healthy environment, I keep both the fan and the exhaust system running on the highest setting, ensuring good air circulation. 🌬️🔄 Humidity Control Currently, the humidity is sitting at around 45-50%. 💧 It’s not perfect, but I’m monitoring the plant closely and making adjustments as needed. Careful Defoliation I continue to remove one or two leaves each day to minimize stress on the plant. 🍃🌿 This slow, careful defoliation ensures that the plant stays healthy while making sure all buds have access to light. Guard Dogs on Duty My dogs took a peek into the grow tent today and are now keeping a watchful eye over the plant. 🐕🌱 They’re doing a great job of “guarding” it! 🐾 I hope you enjoyed this update! Harvest starts today on Day 56. 36 Hours of darkness begins now. Watered yesterday. Don't have time to upload/process photos, will do so later. For now just the one video of trichomes. You can also see an unwelcome guest at the beginning, although I'm not sure if it's a spider mite. Not taking any chances though, and the trichomes have begun to decay anyways, so harvest time it is. I'm kind of in shock about reaching this point in the grow 😨 Day 57 - Harvest early tomorrow :) Going to control the humidity to be about 55%. Day 58 - Harvest. And oh my god that smell. Is...Grape soda, which has been sweetened a little too much. It's overpowering when smelling it, but it doesn't get the room too smelly (also have decent ventilation though). I'll post harvest and effects later, after it has dried for a few days and then cured for a week or two. Yield won't be much I think, somewhere between 20-30 grams. Wet weight with stems is around 75.

The flowers are swelling up great with sweet smells coming off them. Trichs are starting to turn cloudy so I'll keep an eye and check them out later in the week. All in all very Happy Growing

This week was real great today is day 103 an these girls are all drying out for 12- 14 days ! Then will be ready for trim and cure! Keep your eyes peeled for next week , will have more photos when we get to trimming! Cheers everybody Happy grows🤙

| 📅 Week 10 | Days 64 - 70 | 💡 750w 📏25' | | ☔ 38%-50% | | 🌡️️🌞 72 - 74 | | 🌡️️🌑 68 - 71 | 1/11 The reservoirs were swapped out with fresh nutrients and topped off at 5.8PH. I will give them another day or two before flushing I think. The smell is currently fantastic 1/12 There really isn't much to do with these girls anymore other than PH every day and make sure their water levels are consistent to maintain their nutrient levels. Tomorrow I will begin the Flushing 1/13 I decided on one more day of nutrients. I Topped off the Reservoirs and adjusted their PH's to 5.8 as usual. I cleaned out the tent today as well. I can't wait to harvest these buds they are looking great. 1/14 Today is Flushing Day! I will flush them for about 6 days which is very fairly long for a typical DWC grow. I will only PH the water from here on out. 1/15-19 I Flushed these plants while maintaining a stable PH and humidity the best I could. The water level is not important during this because without nutrients you don't need to worry about ratios as long as you just keep the PH stable you will be fine. With a longer flush like this one, you should expect to see death in leaves its ok. I only did this for life reasons, I suggest a 3-5 day flush in DWC. These plant's Trichomes matured fast and harvest time approached quickly. The smell in the tent is very potent and gloves are going to be an absolute must on this chop! I will be hang drying the plants inside the dark grow tent with ventilation to maintain humidity levels. I don't personally have a preference between a slow or fast drying process. This time I will be looking at 3-5 days of hang drying before chopping them into jars for a few weeks of cure using Boveda packs. I'm very pleased with the bud color and smell even though the overall weight will be less than desired I will be growing this strain again immediately. There isn't too much more to add to this week other than the grow is complete and the Dry/Cure process is all that is left. Transplanted into 7 gal cloth pot with kis organics biochar soil amended with olly mountain fish compost, wow mycorrhizal, DTE insect frass, local worm castings, DTE seabird guano, DTE bat guano, and mother earth pumice. Top dressed with a tiny bit of DTE acidifier. Did a mojor defoliation, some minor pruning, and some LST. Let's watch those flowers grow!
