These XtraKush are also finally starting to grow. It took them a while but they doubled in a week. Still a little bit pale compared to the other two strains. With a new top layer of first worm castings and then neutral organic cocopeat to combat the gnat problem and we seem to have fixed most problems. Temps are going down at night, I'm trying to fix this by keeping it warmer in the attic where the grow is. In the coming week, I'm going to train/manifold them, they are getting a bit big. Another first timer strain and luckily this one has passed the germination week from white label seeds...it was a sunny week which propelled the enhanced growth...looking forward to crossing her with some Skunk #1 pollen. OG SKUNK Loading.

Llegamos a la última semana antes de su cosecha, dejaremos 2 días últimos a plena oscuridad y cortaremos. Tiene un olor muy fuerte a limón, una gran creación de tricomas que envuelven toda la planta. Pronto sabremos sabores y efectos. En cuanto a cosecha a resultado una cepa que al principio nos tenia un poco decepcionado pero todo cambió en el ciclo de floración, cogollos bañados en azúcar y brillante como diamantes en general, casi para comérselo 💯

11/02 - Pre-harvest 109g of wet bud (tare weight of plate 358g). Letting the rest go for some more days. Light lowered to 28cm. 16/02 - Plant fully harvested. Total 209 g wet with all the stem you see on the last pic. Hang drying in 20-21°C, 55-60% humidity. Strong hay smell of the pre-harvest buds, not yet ready. Will update final dried weight later to see the results. 19/02 - After 8 days of drying, the pre-harvested buds have been trimmed & moved to curing stage in jar. 24g dry out of that batch (was 109g wet). Monitoring humidity in the jar to keep around 62%. Still leaving the second harvest to hang and dry 2 more days. 21/02 - Total dried result: 24g nice top buds 13g second grade buds from second harvest 12g loose popcorn buds for edibles Total 49 g / 57 watts 0.86 g/watt ratio. Not too bad, but can and will be improved next run. Lessons learnt: 1. Definitely will build some activated carbon filter to decrease smell. 2. More lollipopping / defoliation on lower parts at start of flower to decrease loose popcorn. 3. More balanced nutes in pre/mid flower to avoid extensive yellowing. 4. Adding bone meal to soil from start to let it degrade fully. 5. Applying 4 times of bottom feed to avoid drying out the bottom of pot. 6. Never let lights closer than 27cm. 7. Maybe try 20/4 schedule. 8. Might let it go beyond week 16 to let trychomes start to amber. Luckily the hay smell is totally gone during the cure. Very happy with the results. The plant keeps stacking buds nicely and the flowers are visibly thickening every day. Resin production is still increasing and the trichomes are fully milky, showing clear signs of late flower. A light fruity aroma is slowly coming through, getting more noticeable now. Overdrive has been introduced and harvest is expected in around 10–12 days.

Im playing the album PLANTASIA 2-5 times a week, i have set down a bit the ph adding 15 ml of white vinegar every 4 L of water, with some onionpeel water and oxygen water, only once a week watering, the moisture is still there in the soil, very happy trying to do as much as i can until i can afford better, any suggestions?

This grow is an example of how important is to check your veg time to make sure it doesn't shoot over the lights and over the roof really, overall is good tho. Also i ditched advanced nutrients for a new brand, since advanced nutrients are just costly stickers imho. 11/16/24 bought a new fert , that will not only last me 10 times with a fraction of cost, also it's much easier then mixing 24 different bottles , also all the liquid ferts tends to cristallize so i don't even know if the fert i've applyied in the past (advanced nutrients perfect ph micro-grow-bloom) was all bioavailable (probably not) since the buds looks already bigger after 1 application. Also Ferty 1 Geo has also molybdenum among the microelements wich was not present on advanced nutrients. cheers!

Die Pflanzen haben sich auch in dieser Woche gut gemacht. Man kann den unterschied zwischen sativa und indika gut erkennen. Die beiden hinteren pflanzen sind Girl scout Cookie und Sweet Candy und die vorderen super Silver haze und Berry bomb . Der Weinballon blubbert noch mäßig vor sich hin und jeden zweiten Tag stelle ich ein Gefäß mit Wasser und 4 CO2 Tabletten mit ins Zelt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem gegenwärtigen Wachstum und Entwicklung der Pflanzen. Ich spiele mit dem Gedanken ein zweites Zelt zu kaufen und im Wechsel auch Automatik anzupflanzen um die Wartezeit zur Ernte mit einem kurzfristigen Grow zu belohnen. Dafür rauche ich nicht einmal. Dieses Hobby habe ich meinem Sohn zu verdanken. Er ist so selbstlos und testet die Ergebnisse für mich. Dann wird er sie bewerten ,da ich das leider nicht kann. Habe überlegt vielleicht Edibles herzustellen. Candys, Pralinen oder Gebäck. Wäre dankbar für Erfahrungen und Rezepte . Aber bis dahin werde ich den Mädels noch beim Wachsen zusehen. Seedling popped out of the soil and is off to a good start. The led light from home depot seems to be working okay for the seedling. I think it may be stretching a little. I'll be getting the blackdog led PhytoMAX-2 400W soon.

They are all putting on weight quickly and taking shape very impressed with all of them and they prob have another week or so before flush/harvest. Week 8, Day 51, Day21 bloom, Cosmic Queen has leaf droop from lac of water. She is using more water than the Stomper so I watered 1-1/2 gal to Forum Stomper, almost 2gal to Cosmic Queen PH6.3, 5ml/gal Cal/Mag, 0.5ml/gal Orca. Queen came back up next morning. Day 53 made 4gal Worm Tea; 3tbls Molasses, 2cups Worm castings, 1cup Coffee Chaff, 3bags Green Tea, 5ml/gal Cal/Mag, 10ml/gal Seaweed/Fish extract, 0.5ml/gal Orca, aerated 24hrs. Day54, Bloom24 watered both with worm tea 1-1/2gal to Forum Stomper, 2gal to Cosmic Queen. Added 2nd DIY Co2 bottle and run to both circulation fans.
