Lots of bud development, starting to stack up a bit. Thinking I will see a lot more bud growth in the coming weeks. The older PT is finishing up this week and starts our harvest for the next few weeks. I’ll be checking seeds on the buds I pollinated and trichomes on the others. There are a few random seeds isn’t he tent but so far it appears that the majority of the bud is seedless. I think I was able to minimize the pollen like I wanted to. Male plant was chopped at the beginning of this week after only a few pods opened. I only needed a few to get enough seeds to grow again in the future.

Harvested 445g dry bud from 300w led light. I consider it a successful grow.

Week 6! Well, even though she was restrained by the trellis net, the stretch was untamable. During two days on her own, she wrestled herself free and we had to reconsider our strategy. We opted for supercropping her and laying her down in a spiral. ..and still.. she's fiesty. She's mostly flat now, and: wow, she takes first spot in the amount of viable bud sites. Most of these sites receive more than 500 PPFD on an 18/6 schedule while some of the escaped branches take in well over 900 PPFD. Since she's not showing signs of any burn, we upped the nutrients once again! We also defoliated her bottom 3rd, as well as thinned out her center canopy.

easy strain, havent tried it yet, watch out for humidity, Great experience, my first grow. 100% recommended for beginners. Thanks for everything growdiaries.

Lots of training and defoliating today. Trying to let each plant do it's own thing. White Widow is very squat even though she's not topped. OK after no updates for three weeks I've finally caught up and we are all. back on track. Next update 26th May.

Genetically the strain grows in Colombia / Brazil / Afghanistan demonstrating resistance to imperfect conditions and a strong immunity to moderate temperature shifts. No expressed vulnerability to fungi or mold has been noticed with Auto AK-47 XL. I will put this strain on the real environmental test. I’ve changed the grow from inside to outside so hopefully the statistics reflect the change. Last week AK-47XL topped herself and she now shows 3 tops. Any further training will be LST and defoliation to see what happens on her own. I am giving water only for this grow since I have Supersoil as part of the base and will add Green Sensation during flower. Week 5 and she’s going hard! Noticing calyxes and branches growing, in not doing any training as I’d like to see it’s natural form! About to start feeding blooming nutes soon! I use the Lotus Nutrients Bloom and Boost nutes for flowering plants. She’s now taking about a liter or more of r.o water! I won’t update until I see more mentionable growth. See ya!

Day 7 i I transplanted the seedlings in jiffy’s to the DWC basket water level was “just” touching the bottom of the basket which meant there was 1mm- 2mm air gap between the water level and the jiffy’s. The high pressured air in the water to spit when air was released at the top which kept the bottom of the jiffy moist which had minimal roots showing to the exterior of it. Day 7-13 I originally had 7.5 litres of water that was to the bottom of the basket. I replaced the water on the 13th which meant the water was changed after 6 days at such an early stage I will regularly change the water in the buckets. You can change every 7-14days but I am taking no chances. I refilled and added nutrients on Day 13 which was yesterday. And the plants are doing really well and are a nice VEG green colour. Hard to tell on the pictures with the light colour but you can see their progress. When I replaced the water this week I put 6.5L of water in each bucket With nutrients PH’d as close to 5.8 as possible. Some varied from 5.72 - 5.9. I have noted these on each bucket so that I can check if one does better than the others or shows deformities or stress I can amend it to match the others but hopefully not in such a close proximity of 5.8ph with an EC of 700+- The roots are now showing in every pot with the longest being some 6inches. The new Wakyme grow light is top notch so far with VEG button on only. Anyone contemplating buying one it cost me £99.00 from amazon and so far is performing just how I would like. Humidity has been taken care of with a cold air intake fan which is pulled from another area of the building of a cooler environment. Temperatures are spot on where I want them but I do allow a 2degree +- allowance but it does change back to its original temperature quickly enough. 5 more speed bud germinated and 2peyote critical feminised photoperiod germinated. Crystal candy XL auto ordered x10 Gorilla glue, Pineapple Express and Cali Kush waiting in the wings. I have these already If I can be anymore help to anyone let me know. Nice colour, she liked the nutrients, was increasing in vigorousity all week long.. Perfect moment to test some Topping and later LST :)

Week 10/12 - 16/12 Huge drop of temperature this week.

They are both doing good. So far no problems, perhaps having to remove some little branches but WE will see. They are drinking 5 liters a day. I think I will stop giving Nitrogen by the end of that week. Other than that everything Runs smooth.
