Today i decided to heavily defoliate the plants. I also found a old feeding schedule from Green House with PH values, and it recommends that i should give an PH of 5.7 on coco. I thought PH 6 was good, but i was wrong, maybe this in combination with the plants being too wet, is the reason for the weird growing leaves, and the problems they show. I cleaned the reservoir and made sure there is no old water in the lines. I made a full strength 10L feed, and added it to the reservoir. I turned the reservoir on for around 3 mins, just to the point that the AutoPot trays are full of water and the valves are shutting them off, then i turn the reservoir off. I will do this every other day, so 1 time in 2 days. 7-4 Temperature: 25.7 degrees (lights on) 22.1 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 64% (highest) 50% (lowest) 8-4 Temperature: 26.4 degrees (lights on) 22.4 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 64% (highest) 55% (lowest) Today i turned on the reservoir for 3 minutes again, just till the trays are full of water. 9-4 Temperature: 25.9 degrees (lights on) 21.2 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 60% (highest) 51% (lowest) No pictures.

10/27 Week 5 PURPLE BUDS! This was unexpected even as a mystery strain Saw some unwanted bronzing on leaves, like its ever wanted, lets just say also unexpected. Best we can see is PH variances as possible issue, so there is that again. Just began on the middle leaves not top or bottom. So looking forward to the coco he is preparing, nice to know where you stand. Will watch and wait as the foliar spray did not help for certain. 10/29 Problem does not seem to be advancing - Soil PH confirmed at 6.7 so no problem there. 10/30 Feeding time Recharge 0.5 tsp - Kangaroots 5ml - CalMag 5ml - PH 6.5 for one gallon over 3 tbs top dressing Dr. Earth Flower Girl and one inch of mulch (50% coco/perlite) Trimmed off the damaged leaves where I could so if anything new arises it will be plain. See where it goes with the Flower Girl New Pics! My baby Krisabel is back! Her color her bearing her presence is restored! The change worked removed all dead zones since it stopped advancing, noticeable growth in just a couple of hours. Happy day 😁

Sunday the 14th of May Day 18 of 12/12 defoliation done still need to clean up the lower part of the plant a bit more I just hadn’t got the time to do them I will get back in on day 21 to clean up the bottom of the plants any branches that haven’t made up past the first trellis will definitely be removed and see how it’s looking all feeding same as previous week looks like the stretch is almost done and buds starting to form front left plant doesn’t look great but the other 3 are looking good nice bud sites for day 18 of 12/12

11/3 Week 6 Watered roughly one gal each @6.5PH, Fish Sh!t 5ml - Karo 1 tps /gal Flower Girl still in the pot, no deficiencies I can see, well new ones :) Mag-Sulfur Foliar spray (Epsom Salt 1tbs/gal) on all as leaving cal-mag out this time Moved the two healthy plants to the center of the light, they can use it, the others might respond well to lower levels. 11/4 Better pics uploaded Placed Brandy on a block of coco coir to bring her canopy up to Layla's level. Moved Maggie to the corner she has a stretch going that I HOPE is ending and I dont want to set the lights to her. Watching that plant carefully Considering a PK boost watching only Layla for that as the other two ... well hell what can they tell me? 11/5 Working to getting the canopy under control with one stunted plant and another stretching like crazy. Put a block under Brandy to move her up level with Layla. Trained down Maggie this growth needs to end, it was already stressed. Still giving light pref to healthy plants. 11/6 Raised lights three clicks, increased extraction, showing some heat stress in those edges. 11/7 Good results on the heat stress curling has ended. Noticed some improvement also in the tops of Brandy and Maggie, so raised lights another couple of clicks. I have been using lemon juice as a PH UP since we went organic late last spring. Because of all the problems I have been looking into a lot of things further and found that lemon juice begins to degrade as a PH up after as little as an hour. A 6.0 PH water gallon can go to 6.5ish in 24 hours simply sitting in a dark corner in a jug. One can imagine the variances in soil. Why I dont know but I am going back to chemical PH additives post haste in fact its already done.

I have finally realised that this experiment is horribly going side ways at the moment, however I wonder if it is due to the Winter season, growing outside or in my makeshift greenhouse, (when I say makeshift I mean, recycled plastic sheets, pallets, etc, I think all that aside, my forth cycle is going to memorable… currently I lack grow lights and fans, luckily I made my greenhouse self ventilate, though I am waiting for August(AwwDust) the windiest time in South Africa, if it remains standing and still self ventilating, I would consider it a victor.) growth would be slower than the warm seasons. To make conditions even harder, I do not have grow lights currently however an obstacle that I’ll correct, going for solar lights and solar fans, electricity tariffs are booming, luckily I use rain water stored in a 1000lt tank, no one is complaining water consumption, I feel like people don’t stress the cost of growing, if you don’t pay the bills and you want to become a grower, look for cheaper methods of growing, like for now… I am going to use the sun as my main light source, will get fans to induce positive stress.

Start of week 8. Week 7 went very well, the buds really filled in and packed on weight. This Glueberry OG girl is sticky like glue or the yellow sticky traps and the red hairs are starting to show.

Hallo an alle Gartenfreunde! Die eine Purple Coockie Kush befindet sich jetzt in Blütewoche 1 bei 400 Watt Lichtleistung, während sich die Schwester bei 20 Watt Lichtleistung eher stagnierenden Wachstum langweilig ist. Sie wird in baldiger Zeit gekrümmte Blätter aufweisen. Aus Erfahrung ist dort auch wieder acht zu geben auf die Blätter in Stammnähe, denn durch das Kringeln der Blätter ist die Gefahr groß, dass schnell wo Schimmel entstehen kann wo keine Luft zirkulieren kann. Ansonsten machen beide einen tollen Eindruck. Da kein Sonnenlicht mehr gegeben ist und es daher auch nicht mehr ganz so warm wird (LED Lampe) wird der Bedarf von CalMag höher sein und wird dem Gießwasser angepasst. Solangsam ist es dann auch soweit. Ab morgen geht es dann für die beiden im Blüte Zelt an das Autopot System inkl. Ggf. auch die re veg. Wir hoffen den richtigen Rhythmus zu finden und freuen uns auf die kommenden Wochen. This week I decided it was time to employ some LST. Really I should have just done LST and not topped them, aside from the largest one which responded well. They weren't putting out fast enough growth to take to topping well, and I've learned my lesson. That's why my autos haven't done so well in the past. I'm still learning😬 So in order to get as much as I can out of them as we enter flowering, we're doing a little LST this week. Earlier in the week I did have to bring them in the hoop house on 7/11 because we got a lot of rain that day, our basement flooded and the water got so high in the stream that it washed the bridge out. So I think I made the right decision otherwise they may have gotten lockout. I also changed their feed a bit. I added in some Neptunes Harvest Fish Fertilzer 2-4-1 with the Alaska 5-1-1 in equal portions on the 13th and will continue with it tonight. I may add a little molasses as well. Most of what I was trying to accomplish with each plant is explained in the video. Enjoy!
