Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. DAY 56 flowering: Hi all and welcome to any new visitors too. We are at the near end point now with this 1st run of the viparspectra xs1500. It has been a very pleasant experience and also a humbling one too. I never expected the performance it has proven and initially thought I would struggle to find a practical way of incorporating it into my set up and to see what it had got to offer. Deciding to go the route I have was more driven by the lights abilities to perform wat better than I anticipated. The 5 seedlings soon became 5 big ladies that would have been impossible to squeeze under the 2x2 flowering coverage They did however, get an amazing start right up to flowering beginning before I had to choose who stayed under the xs1500. The 2 that I mainly diary for the lights ability are the focus of the journal but I have to include a little on the other strains due to their initial support from the light and to also include the Gorilla cookies as they are amazing plants. They are both so close to ready now and sadly one of the mains has been hit with an little bud rot from its density. The buds smell so candy sweet now too. I will be keeping a very vigilant eye on these now. Grandaddys mimosa had continued her swelling from using the #Shogun Dragon force and is a perfect example of how the product works in the final 2 weeks of flowering , when usually they are fading out to finish. The buds have doubled in girth with an absolutely solid feel to them too . The light has helped create some very hard buds. No signs of whisky popcorn at all and each stack is a solid spike of flowering plant. For such a squat girl, she is so impressive. She smells so fruity with a hint of citrus to her and she is engulfing all the leaves that had been poking out previously. I think she will be a surprise yield next week !. The Northern lights girls are both doing really well too with the #2 mutant starting to ripen up finally now. She is still way taller than her sister but has sone long node gaps. #1 is totally different, she is a spiked monster compared and her colas are taking on a nice pale orange colour as they ripen. I do think she will go another week before being ready to consider harvest. She is still so fresh looking in a lot of places that I dont want to rush her at all. The light has managed to penetrate deep enough into the plant to create long spiked colas with no issues down low in the canopy with whispy popcorn to mention either. This is a very positive point to mention as some l.e.d do not get the penetration needed to do more than create a top canopy with poor light reaching deeper and not supplying the par they need. This light does not have that issue by a long shot. It penetrates like "Dirk diggler" and reaches all those important ladies parts !!!.... I am most impressed by the mimosa so far and as a 1st gen cross auto of a mimosa lemon Male sacks and a random multi strain seeding from its pollen release , I have ended up with a good amount of crossed autos from trusted and stable strains. It can be fun growing these out and so far this is the 3rd from the batch that I have successfully run. Aside from the benefits of the end products we get , the journey we go on can be an amazing and eye openening experience. If you start to investigate how these plants really live , love and die and how they use the network of available systems to communicate and build our much loved bud factories , you will find it hard to climb out of that rabbit hole . Finding out that fungi is not the man everyone wants to party with but IS a complex communication system used in nature to meet the needs of the whole forest/fauna in unison is life changing !!!!!. At day 57, they are now going into a 48hr dark period before harvesting . I did have a couple of bud rot issues in one or two buds due to the density of their growth. Si stanno gonfiando. I prossimi 10 giorni saranno fondamentali per "l'esplosione" dei fiori. La Tropicanna Banana che sembrava molto più matura delle altre sembrerebbe aver rallentato un po', potrebbe essere perché è quella più vicina al climatizzatore, adesso quella più avanti è una delle due Peyote Critical. Non la farò mai più in estate, troppo caldo, arrivo a 34 gradi. Ma non ci sono ermafroditi, ho controllato. Comunque molto belle, sono soddisfatto al momento ma un po' in para per il raggiungimento del peso che desidero. Ho fertilizzato oggi ancora, credo tra due giorni l'ultima volta e poi iniziamo il flush delle radici. Meno di 3 settimane e dovrei raccogliere, la Peyote Critical forse prima 🤞🏼🍀

Provedl jsem extrémní defoliaci své jungle. odebral jsem téměř všechny trochu větší listy pro snížení vlhkosti, lepší proudění vzduchu. Světlo nyní svítí na všechny květy. Bohužel jsem narazil na nějaké škůdce které jsem před defoliací objevit nemohl . Většina napadených listů byla odstraněna a zbytek jsem postříkal vývarem z tabáku.

10/16: She is basically already done. I changed out the nutrients for water and Flawless Finish today. She is now flushing. I have been so surprised by this plant. She entered flower and finished quicker than i expected. I will be harvesting her this time next week. I am not blown away by the smell. i expected it to be more fruiting and sweet, but it just smells mostly earthy at this point.

6/17: I am keeping things as is for the time being. The light is 20 inches from the plant at 350 PPFD on a 24 hour light schedule. Growth seems to be constant and picking up steam with tighter inter-nodal spacing at these settings. I plan to switch from the seedling light spectrum to a vegetative light spectrum once the second set of true leaves gets a bit more of its form. I will also change the light schedule from 24hr to 20/4. 6/19: Today marks the first day of the 20/4 light schedule using a vegetative light spectrum. All other conditions are the same. I'm still only spraying the soil once a day but feel by next week, I can up the feeding with a little calmag. We will see! 6/22: End of week two and things are looking great. I'm still a newb but I can see improvement in my strategy this grow. The plant is growing nicely and seems to be on a good pace. 6/21, I added in some calmag and upped the feeding amount. I also bumped my lighting up a bit too. I saw quick results as seen in the timelapse that day, as the leaves started to pray up. As of Sunday, all is well and so far this grow is exceeding my expectations! WEEK 2 AVG TEMP: 72.6F WEEK 2 AVG HUMIDITY: 74.3%

09/08/2021 - Fly traps collected a plethora of gnats - Had to till the first few inches of the soil while top dressing, as it was incredibly hard and dry - Fertilized with Gaia Green Power Bloom + EWC + insect frass - Carefully watered with a half gallon tea of DIY kelp extract, molasses, LAB and neem extract

12 days from planting. I give 350 ppm, up to 150 calmag and up to 350 A+B. Watering was only once, on the 7th day. Tomorrow there will be a second watering. Adjusting the PH level.

I planned to give another week at least, but a powdery mildew kinda thing appeard so i decided to chop her.

Sweet, Sour, Gassy.. now we talking Der Geruch erinnert mich nun an Vitamin C Bonbons und die Buds legen immer mehr zu. Ich bin zufrieden mit dem Gesamtbild und freue mich über immer mehr frost. Manche Blätter drehen sich vor lauter Trichomen zwischen den Zacken. Überall sieht man Zuckerkristalle bis auf die grossen Fächerbätter hinaus. Es hat sich hier deutlich abgekühlt und für die letzten Wochen finde ich es sogar gut um ein klein wenig Herbst zu imitieren :) Basis Dünger werden nur bei jedem zweiten Giessen verwendet, Booster bei jedem Mal. Ich gebe nun bis zum Schluss Alfa Boost mit hinzu, während ich bei den Mengen von Growzyme und Huminsäure Plus variiere Das Thermometer habe ich nun mal auf Höhe der Blüten gehängt, im Endeffekt waren die Werte bisher alle von der Höhe der Töpfe Edit 5.Sept. : Habe gestern an einer Pflanze Bananen in den Buds entdeckt. Habe Sie gespült, mit Skalpell die Sichtbaren Bananenteile entfernt und wieder etwas niedriger ins Zelt gestellt. Die anderen Beiden bekamen heute nochmal nutrients und werden mit der nächsten Tour auch gespült. Ich brauche die Zwitter Pflanze mindestens zur weiterverarbeitung. :(
