Day 36: I really underestimated the strech boys. Had to move my growbox in the air because otherwise they would get burned by my HPS lamp. The one who started getting sick has grown huge. I don't really know if that is a good thing. My preferred one (with the purple badge) is doing again the best I think. He kept small but seems to have much more branches with buds growing. Anyway, the lamp I used to flower was a huge mistake. It is to hot and it doenst cover enough space so I have to move the plants to close to each other. I hope they still manage to survive the heat because I'm currently not at home. Thanks for reading!

3 bpp been in dark period for 3 days last week to try and push out bit more resin and thc , heard it can slightly increase both by stressing the plant of light in final stage before chop. So she is all Flushed, chopped and drying this week 👌😎🔥🔥🔥 Finally 2 more on Overdrive 2ml pl and next onto the flushing. Had to tie 1 plant to the tent because of the weight of colas. The plant literally looked like it was on drugs doing a full curve lol and about to snap! Will be flushing this week Other big bpp in 7 gallon is still going mad! Update 29/01/25 Drying tent has been at around 65-68 humidity and 20degrees I've taken most big leaves of now and left buds covered abit with small leaves for abit of protection and slow the drying down abit. Aiming for 7-10 days slow as possible for best results and retain the weight! So tempted to try one now but it Will ruin it Not long now 💨💨💨

Another solid week at the sauce garden I’m stoked on these girls they all smell amazing, my favorite being the watermelon skittles it smells like grape pie and the lemon autos have a citrus smell to them. The 12/12 watermelon skittles is doing better than I thought she would she’s already full flower mode on her 5 week. Sorry I missed last week I was too busy then.

Estou com duas plantas una está linda com cerca de 55 cm bem saudável e perfumada , já a outra cresceu mais rápido e estava bem saudável, desde que entrou na flora apresentou uma deficiência que estou tentando suprir com aminoácidos, micro e potássio com enxofre.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. 09/29/2020 Washing off all the nasty dust, pollen,and such that has accumulated over her long veg and flower period. She is 72.1 grams wet I guess she should dry out to around 18-22 grams. Which is fine as this was a tester to see if I will do again. I am keeping a clone till I grow a few dozen more seeds, to see different phenotype/genotype. It will take some time but I am hunting for a UNICORN before I will stop! 🙏 lol Good candidate for a grafting project Will update the rest of the report in a couple weeks to let dry out and cure some before testing. I chose this strain because it is said to not make me hungry and no red eyes but I will let you know soon.🙏 10/07/2020 She's dry and jarred up final weight 21.2 grams. Smell of hay and sugar should improve over next couple weeks. Preliminary smoke report, very smooth not much taste but feel it right away soon after first hit last 3.5 hrs. So just waiting on the cure for full flavor report.
