Mulberry Day 35 All is well. In stretch and transition to flower. She is a proud 28 inches tall. I tied her four bottom branches down to open her up some and get better airflow and light penetration. As an experiment I have only been removing the newly formed branches at her nodes and leaving the fan leaves alone. Seems to have an effect on branches being healthier! *** watered her last night with 1 tbsp each of coco bloom A&B.

Merlin Mintz is looking good. She is finishing up bulking. She will go to ph water in a few days for a flush. The next update will likely be the harvest. Everything has gone well. The colas have a nice color, and smell. Potted up from 5L fabric pots to 10L air pots. I got these air pots because they are tall and narrow which helps disperse the water laterally (I also use Yucca and Silica additives), it's important because I use the auto watering halos.

Day 63 F: Well here we are at the end of a brilliant grow that has seen totally different mixes of heights and genetics successfully completed under the Mars Hydro fc3000 and my own mix of supersoil. Rhe light managed to keep them all at full tilt even though they were at big , differing canopy heights. If inhad used the middle of the room , I could have covered the canopy a lot better and the light would have easily reached the whole canopy despite their odd height differences. I have a Mars tent that will be perfect for this light to totally fill out with 6 plants once I am back at full production and over this slight delay upcoming. The soil has been brilliant from the off , even the small Mexican airline #1 that seemed to struggle with the start up and strength of the mix has finished well. I only added ecothrive , eco life cycle and biosys tea throughout the grow with a couple of grams of Megacrop in flower as a booster. The watering in the beds has been very easy to maintain and keep moist and the more shallow depth has helped check at root level and bottom easily. The immobile nature of the bed has meant that using different strains as the 3 is maybe not ideal , workable , but not ideal and needs some forward planning next time out . Besides that , it has been very simple to manage. The strains have been perfect throughout the weeks with little to no signs of any deficiency. I did remove a lot of fan leaves over the past week to really open the lower parts of the plant to more light for the ripening time . It will also help with the drying time and harvest. There is a lot of really nice colas on these ladies and I cannot recommend the genetics for autos from Fast buds enough. The Strawberry pie finished beautifully and with 2 phenos ro enjoy once dry , I am really looking forward to hitting that one. The six shooter look deadly for the unweary too with their frosty and kush looking purples and reds. Mexican airline have done a nice job on fattening their buds at the end but the #1 is way less bountiful than her sister. Let's see what a drying period does to their overall yields now. They look so big when 1st hung to dry but it is so disheartening watching them shrink to tiny versions of the originals. The dark period has made them a little more tacky without a doubt and their smells are so obvious going through the plants cutting. Temps are at around 10°c in the room with no lights on so this will be a long ,low and slow dry . I do have the dehumidifier on its highest setting to avoid these fat buds developing any bud rot but the low temps will also be a huge help. I have a nice mix of aromas among these with lemon , fresh cut fruit , candy cane sweet and a spicy fuel . Roll on the harvest and cure now. Hopefully a harvest report will follow within 10-14 days. 143gr for the Larger pheno and 97 for the shorter, very respectable yield in total for 3 Wk Veg. Total 240gr even they each had 1.5’x1.5’ of space. Big yielder, buds are 10/10 & very easy to grow . Could be prone to mold in an uncontrolled environment.

I had a busy week moving the plants into NFT once roots started to show, put them into a tent give them a fan. Freebie seed shown slow recovery but decided to use it anyway.

Pulled the second cherry Cola today and it looks and smells just like heaven , some nice pinks , purples and greens . Plants look to be around 12 oz together but we’ll see how they dry .

Day 49: Week 7 behind 8s mow and onto the final stretch now. These ladies have been great performers for me in the grow I wish I had more of them to do !!!... Fft#9 is bursting with fresh pistils again now and should swell like a trooper this week. Rhe bids are rock solid under the new pistils and her smellnis so sweet like picked fruit now.Their size is more than I expected but had hoped they would attain before the final swell and ripening. She has a good few hidden gems tucked away below decks too which will be fun to find on harvest and trim. Her biggest main is doing excellent and a great guide for her siblings to grow too hopefully. FFT#10 Is looking mean and nasty in a good way. Her darkness warns of impending loss of clarity and vision if messed with in my opinion !!!. lol She looks so different to the other ladies and her bud structure is below the main tops is a little less compacted. She is covered in trichs and her can sweetness is blatent at the slightest touch. She wanted to grow her way throughout the grow and even when tied and bent , she found a way to upset the symmetrical desire I had in mind Cant beat an independent lady who knows best !. She is so tacky when handled too. I thought she was so close to finish but she is still putting a few new pistils out over her mains so she may go another 2 weeks too. I am determined to hit the sweet spots with these two ladies and am also applying a little drought stress for the next 7 days This is to test the theory out a little and see if we can get them as pitent as possible too. fingers crossed Growmies. be safe and well. thanks for stopping by. A great second week here as the girls stabilize. They got watered two times this week. All good growth. 📈 This girl is also doing real well. Not much to note cause all is on track currently!! Do not pay attention to the temperature on the thermometer in the middle, it lies by a couple of degrees. I have a good thermometer on top of the box that shows the temperature. Day 29: After a terrible fracture, we see that the plant is beginning to recover. I'm honestly disappointed because it makes it very difficult for me to train mainlining and it will also increase the amount of time it takes to grow. Day 30: It looks much better already, I could superprune the right branch, but I don't want to stress it. I will try to bend the right branch harder, I will bend the left one a little in the morning the next day, maybe early. Day 31: This morning I cut the lower leaves, photo in the evening and continued the LST training after the injury. Photo in the evening. Day 32: I am completely sure that the plant has moved away from the stress, but we can see on the left circle, the right bud (and side) slowed growth. Day 34: I saw traces of salt on the tips of the new leaves, so now I pour water with regular 15 PPM.

Day 58, 11th of November 2020: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so she receives 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when she will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week.... Tropicanna poison... Nice plant well done Sweet Seeds.... Little beauty sex appears by the pistils are coming out so I assume strech is ending soon :) All good look at her fertilization happnes every 2nd day by the mix above and the ratio. Let's see.... She is promising haha :)
