This week represents the start of the main swelling period. Environmental Adjustments • Temperature reduced slightly (~1°C) to stabilize the flowering environment. • Airflow maintained across canopy level. • Canopy density moderately thinned to prevent moisture buildup. • Light coverage remains strong across the upper layer. Current Focus (Entering Week 5) • Support nutrient demand during bulk phase. • Prevent excessive early leaf loss. • Maintain stable humidity to protect developing flowers. • Monitor weaker phenotypes closely for further decline or nutrient imbalance. The strain has proven to be extremely sturdy compared to the autoflower version. The smell has been a bit problematic. Some terpenes just can't seem to be tamed even with a brand new carbon air filter. I hope this pays off in terms of aroma quality :)

Final week, things got really easy for a few days. The plants are eating less and less each time I check the ppm at the end of the day. It will be RO water only when topping up the res for the rest of the grow. Made an effort to lower humidity as much as possible seeing as I can't do cold stress. Triches are pretty much all cloudy and just waiting on some amber to show. I hung all the branches upside down in the closet. Thanks to the help of an air conditioner I keep the temperature at 23C and the humidity at 50%. When after a bending the branches will break (prematurely bend) then the drying will be complete and the tanning phase will begin. Initially I had problems with Ca and Mg deficiency, in fact the plant has grown less than the other, but I am still satisfied with the result. I usually don't weight buds when they are wet because it's just a waste of time. When they are dry I will update the diary with the precise weight. PS the same day I harvested my country rejected the decriminalization of cultivation of weed (referendum of popular origin). 1/14: All 3 are looking great! This morning, I did a foliar application of big bloom and fulvic acid, then about 5 hours later I watered them with about a half-gallon of rainwater each and added armor si, humic acid, endoboost myco/tricho, liquid molasses, and a bunch of cal-mag. Today, I also I wired up and mounted my new samsung sun board strips (660nm/730nm) and my Solacure FlowerPower UVB fixture. I'm running the deep red/far red bud boosters a few hours per day right now, but will run them for the entire photoperiod once I start flowering them. I'll run the UVB for 4 * 15-minute sessions a day for the full flowering cycle, and if they don't protest too much I'll increase each session by 5 minutes and evaluate again. Some strains are more forgiving than others and I've got 5 different strains in this space...so really not sure much time I'll get away with exposing them to the deadly rays without damaging them too much...😈 1/15: I received one of the rapid led/growmau far red initiator pucks today. With the placement of my UVB light, I'm realizing I'll need another far red puck to have even and intense far red coverage, so I'm ordering another with Prime delivery and waiting to start flowering until I receive it. I sprayed them down really well with ph adjusted rainwater tonight to rinse off nutrient build-up from foliar applications. 1/16: I'm really excited to try flowering under 14/10. I grew photos indoors on an off for 15 years before I semi-retired. If I added up all the additional flowering time I could have done through the years if LED technology existed, I'd have had an extra truckload of bud to smoke. I did another application of Axiom Harpin a|b Proteins this evening, right before dark. I'm expecting a big growth burst this week, leading up to the flower stretch. I really need them to trigger under 14/10 within 4 or 5 days🙏 ...if not, I'll switch to 13/11 and wait a few more days🙏😟..if still no pistils are poppin, I'll go to 12/12 and chalk it up as bad luck or varietal indifference to Pr and Pfr manipulation. 1/17: I fed each of them about 3/4 gallon of full strength veg nutes. This will be the last. At the end of Week 3 this is how things are looking for the Alien OG, could be looking alot better. I will give them time to fully recover from the transplanting and topping and see how they get on in the next few week's.

She's a beast! Trucking along, just doing her thing.... I hit her with a molasses watering last night and she frosted up today! And now she gives off a super sweet, kind of tangy scent. Dont worry, I rub the branch calyxes, not the buds haha. I will be feeding her with the usual ratio of FF nutes(10ml Big Bloom, 5ml Grow Big + Tiger Bloom). Also up until this point, I've been giving her foliar spray with 5ml/1gal Calmag+. I will no longer be doing that to combat relatively high humidity I've had over the past week.

Everything going well I think. looking like it. just have one issue not sure what to do to control them now as they look like there getting a little bit big n possibly needs topping. Any ideas please

10/31: I fed today with one, signal, sweet & sticky, beastie bloomz, and silica. This strain smells really good..kinda exotic, but it's much leafier than anything else in the garden. They could probably have used less N throughout their lives.. 11/4: Fed with one, signal, sweet & sticky, beastie bloomz, silica, and humic acid. They are fattening up well now and starting to show me some trichomes. Very peculiar aroma....can't quite place it...
