Started the girls with some LST to see how they all coped and they bounced back well.

Lets see how she develops in flower 😊 If u can criticice some things I'm doing, I'd be happy and up for conversations and tips.

12/31: They are both coming along nicely.👍 Today was the first day in which I fed them some Big Bloom and Boomerang along with humic acid, pH'd to 6.1. 1/3: I've been letting them dry out a bit for the last two days. They've got roots coming out the bottoms now...I'll probably transplant them into 5 gallon fabric pots tomorrow or the next day. I ordered a 4' 180w tube light with 578 LEDs..it has a 360 degree beam with 3000k and a bunch of 660nm. It's waterproof, so no worries about keeping it beneath my canopy to illuminate the lower branches and hopefully increase the density of those buds that never get much top-lighting. Today, I mounted my two new 24w UVA LED lights (395-405nm) to my frame. I'll run them 6 hours a day from the time I put the plants into my closet, until harvest. It is my understanding that exposure to UVA, particularly during the vegetative stage, triggers many different plant defense hormones, which speed growth and can increase heartiness to withstand constant exposure to UVB without suffering as much cellular damage as usual. I'm also ordering a 2' Solacure FlowerPower UVB (285nm-310nm) next week to use during flowering to stress the plants and increase trichome production. 1/4: I did a few foliar feedings with big bloom and fulvic acid today. 1/5: Transplanting day. I dusted their roots with magic dust and transplanted them into 5 gallon pots today. I had some excellent compost with biochar and myco that I mixed into their soil, too. I watered them in with about 2 quarts of their first taste of full strength veg nutes, plus mycorrhizal fungi, trichoderma, beneficial bacteria, and humic acid, then I sprayed them with biotabs boomboom spray when finished. The were moved into the closet under the quantum boards, UVA's, and a pair of MiracleLED blue bulbs. I'll start adding far-red spectra to the equation in the next few days.

This week we noticed a few small spots on the leaves. Nothing dramatic, nothing to sound alarms about, but enough to remind us that plants, like people, sometimes whisper when they need something. It could be calcium, it could be another minor imbalance, but the key is observation. We’ll keep a close eye, watching for patterns, listening to what the girls want to tell us, and adjusting gently if needed. 🌱 Quick Recap (For Those Just Joining) From the start, this run has been about detail and care. • Germination was clean and quick, the girls leaping from seed into life. • Veg was marked by strong branching, healthy leaves, and the unforgettable funky unicorn foliage of Pheno #2. • Transplanting into super soil and fabric pots gave them the room to spread their roots and breathe. • The shift into flower was smooth, guided by careful lighting, steady feeding, and a balance of Aptus and Plagron nutrients. • Weeks 4 and 5 saw sativa-like stretch, white hairs bursting across every cola, and canopy lights filling every corner with photons. We’re keeping EC balanced, always mindful that the soil already provides a strong foundation. 💡 What’s Happening & What’s Next This week is all about observation. Flowers are swelling, resin begins to sparkle in early traces, and aromas start to hint at what’s to come. What to expect: denser buds, richer pistil coloration, and a canopy that will soon demand defoliation for airflow. What not to expect: miracles overnight. This is the stage of patience, where the magic brews quietly within each calyx. 💚 Closing Thought The Gelonades remind us that growth is rarely flawless. A spot on a leaf is not a failure, but a message. Perfection isn’t the goal, balance is. And balance is exactly what these girls are showing us week after week. PS: Understanding Foxtailing One of the girls, our Pheno #2, is starting to show signs of foxtailing. For those new to the term, foxtailing refers to when buds grow in elongated, irregular patterns instead of stacking neatly into the dense, conical shape we often expect. The result is a flower that looks “spiky” or “funky,” almost as though the plant is growing multiple little towers from a single cola. Why does this happen? There are two main sides to the story: • Genetic Foxtailing: Some strains naturally express this trait, especially sativa-leaning hybrids. In this case, foxtailing is simply part of the plant’s personality, often leading to extra surface area for resin glands, which can even mean more trichomes and aromas. • Environmental Foxtailing: Stress factors can also trigger it — high heat, intense light (too much PPFD), or shifts in feeding can encourage buds to keep stacking in odd ways rather than finishing their round formation. In our case, the temperatures have sometimes pushed higher than ideal, and the lights are running strong, so those factors might play a role. But genetics also carry a heavy influence, and Gelonade — being sativa-leaning, can naturally lean toward these elongated flower expressions. Is foxtailing a problem? Not at all. While it can look unusual compared to the “textbook” cola shape, it doesn’t reduce quality. In fact, it can increase flower mass and surface resin coverage, giving us more material and potentially more complex aesthetics. Some growers even treasure it as a unique expression of their plant’s individuality. So while Pheno #2 may look a little funky, we see it as a gift, more fruit, more character, more story to tell. harvested it one week earlier than i planned on my mother passed away and i was not around for 3 days taking care of things and when i came home she was very angry at me so i decided to chop her down will update a dry weight and taste when this stuff is ready taste is great effect is awesome

Day 81 - watered with 3L of RO tap water, with defined nutrients, mixed in order and then pHd to 6.3. 🚿 She has been working hard on bulking her flower this week and has dried back much faster compared to the previous weeks, so I've increased her water volume from 2 to 3 liters 💪🏻 I've removed a couple of her larger fan leaves to improve overall light penetration, but other than that, I'm just letting her do her thing 🙏🏻☘️

you see 2 sunset sherbets in hydroponics, but then I decided to transplant one of them into potting soil for outdoors. 24 hours in 5.5ph room temperature water and then into the growth plug they go. i will be using BluePlanets organic 3-part FarmersPride, with many other goodies

July 5: Sunday Punch EV is getting nice and big. She’s starting to preflower but i’ll do one more week of veg before force flowering starting next Saturday. These EVs might not need to be forced but the buds are better when formed under stronger summer sun. Great plant. July 8: added Power Bloom and barley in a 1:1 mix as a top dressing. July 10: still growing fast and definitely starting to flower.

Welcome Back!💚 Nach der achten Blütewoche, beginnt nun der Ausreifungsprozess der Pflanze. Die Blütenbildung hat sich prächtig entwickelt. Nach dem Trichomcheck, erkennt Mann das ein Großteil bereits milchig ist, allerdings noch nicht so ausgeprägt wie ich mir dass Wünsche. Daher wird weiter beobachtet. Ich denke allerdings dass es noch höchstens zwei Wochen dauern wird Die Blätter im oberen Bereich verfärben sich immer mehr rötlich bis lilafarben. Das Aroma wird immer intensiver. Insgesamt hat die Pflanze ein sehr großes und breitgefächertes Wuchsbild und ist insgesamt ziemlich groß. I pinched the tops off both plants..

From the beginning to the end of their life, they were easy to grow. Nice structured plants and buds. Fast finishing at 49 days for these 2. Love this strain!

9/17 - Day 30 Flowering! Both shooting pistils with Mace pulling ahead of GG's schedule even more. GG started showing what appears to be a P deficiency on largest fan leaves. Took it as a sign to feed for BAS nutrient tea and bottom feeding some Buddha Bloom. Mace shows some mag def, increased calmag. 9/18 Added slight LST to GG, mostly to guide the main cola/stalk away from growing straight into the light. Elevated blumat res to increase warer rate. 9/23 - Day 36 Humming along! Added pics.

Topped to 4th node. Started brewing ~5l of neem/kelp/aloe Trying out LST clips for the first time. Added a couple of small LST clips on the 4 largest fan leaves. One of the large lower fan leaves snapped off this morning when I was adjusting the LST clips. It looked like it had already snapped yesterday. Adjusted VPD to lower humidity

Started harvesting the lower limbs to sample and consolidate any remaining nutes. The primary buds are turning well. Too large still need a week or so.
