Hello:) So this week was really interesting. I saw something that I‘ve never seen before. On 4 leaves of the front right sangria there are flowers growing ON the leaves? You can see it on the last photo and towards the end of the video. Anyone knows what that is? @growerschoice it surely has to do with this being a triploid right?:) Furthermore I added some bactrex and orgatrex this week, continued watering as normal and the plants look nice. The buds are stacking like crazy. I had to raise the wasabi again, this was the last time because now the pot touches the net:) I also have a war going on with the insects… I now have 4 sticky traps and kill about 50 each day manually, I hope they don't destroy the roots too much… It‘s getting under control but I had to do something… Also I feel like the wasabi is almost done… Like 2 more weeks while the sangrias look like they need at least 3-4 more weeks. Let‘s see, so far I‘m happy with the results:)

Umm—- well I thought this week might be the last, but based on the mid to lower trichome reading—- I have at least 2 more weeks! I was pushing this lady hard for an auto and the leaf yellowing is becoming evident. Maybe some flushing coming up. ✌️🏻💚🌿💨

Boy oh boy, the final day of the first Medusa F1 Hybrid 1/5. Seed to harvest in 93 days. The first medusa F1 grew super fast. Her vegetative period was very short, showing white pistils at day 18 already, but grew into a beautiful lady. The first medusa was only subjected to LST and a little defoliation. The other Medusa plants from my diary (2/5 and 4/5),were topped and this definitely increased the amount of flower sites. Nevertheless, she grew thick and fat with heavy buds smelling like a sweet petrol station. The pistils turn bright orange and many calyxes are formed with hardly any leaves in between. I noticed after week 11 she started producing new calyxis with white pistils and therefore I waited a bit longer. I would recommend this and wait a bit longer to see if it happens for you too. Some trichomes were starting to turn amber and I maybe could have waited a little longer, also for the lower part to develop more. She was cut down on the 18th of July and was placed in my dark dry tent for 13 days at a temperature of 18 °C and a humidity of 60%. A long and slow dry is important to preserve terpenes. After 13 days, on the 31st of July, the branches were making a cracking sound when bending, so I decided to take the branches out of the drying tent and trim them. My 4 x 200W lights (on the box) only pull 50W from the wall so I think they are not super good. I made pictures with a Nikon camera and a white background. I smoked some and she tastes peppery with a sweet aftertaste. I will smoke more after a good long cure for at least 2-4 weeks in my jars. Check the progress of my other medusa F1 diaries and see the full experiment if topping is beneficial for these F1's. I would recommend trying out these amazing genetics and see for yourself. Great job Royal Queen Seeds for breeding these cultivars.

Vamos familia, actualizamos la cuarta semana de floración de estas Granny’s Home de Seedstockers, salieron las 2 de 3, 66% ratio éxito. Aplicamos varios productos de Agrobeta, que son increíbles para aportar una buena alimentación a las plantas. Temperatura y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos dentro de la etapa de floración. La tierra utilizada es al mix top crop, por cambiar. De 2 ejemplares me quede con los 2 para completar el indoor, también cambie el fotoperiodo a 12/12 y aplique una poda de bajos, se ven bien sanas las plantas, tienen un buen color progresan a muy buen ritmo por el momento, las flores están formándose y empezaron a tricomar, hasta aquí todo. Week 9 - Fourth Week of Flower The Donutz gang is hitting its stride as the fourth week of flower unfolds. Trichomes are developing beautifully, and the plants are entering full production mode. A few challenges cropped up this week, but quick thinking and some DIY ingenuity kept everything on track. Key Updates: Trichome Progress: The resin glands are popping off, with a frosty layer forming across the developing buds. The plants are starting to show their true potential, and the tent is starting to smell. New Fan Installation: The old ventilator tapped out this week, so a replacement was installed to maintain proper airflow. This ensures the plants stay cool and prevents any issues with humidity or stagnant air. Lamp Adjustment: The front-left plant shot up too close to the light, so I had to get creative. I built a DIY solution to raise the lamp higher, ensuring even coverage and preventing light stress. Accident Recovery: During the light adjustment, I initially tried securing the front-left plant with a rubber band. Concerned it might melt, I removed it, but in the process, the main stem got damaged. Thankfully, the plant is a fighter. The main cola is now growing sideways but remains fully healthy and strong. This unexpected twist has added some character to the tent, and the plant is bouncing back beautifully. Observations: Despite the challenges, all plants are thriving, with strong growth and healthy bud development. The sideways-growing cola on the front-left plant is a unique highlight, showing the resilience of the Donutz genetics. Next Steps: Keep monitoring airflow and light height to avoid any further issues. Continue with the nutrient schedule and reverse osmosis (RO) watering to maintain stability. Watch the trichomes closely as they continue to mature, signaling the start of the final phases of flower. The Florida Gang grind is real, and the Donutz are proving their worth week after week. This tent is shaping up to be a legendary grow!
