GROW 😁 As you may already know, I have 2 varieties in my growroom. 👍 I have 4 pots of each species with 4 plants in each pot. So 16 plants Mother Gorilla and 16 plants Triple G. 👽 In the first weeks, the Triple G plants were the fastest growers. But since flowering, most Mother Gorillas are now higher in length than the Triple Gs. The 16 Triple G vary in length. On DAY 26 these are the various lengths (in cm) : 47, 51, 66, 71, 74, 76, 78, 81, 83, 83, 83, 85, 91, 95, 96, 102 The drastic pruning in week 2 has stimulated the plants enormously. The plants have been multiplied by 2 to 2.5 times in height since flowering -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BLOOM 😍 The plants are now busy making new flowers. The plants with the most Sativa genes do not yet have that many flowers. But the plants with more Indica genes are already working hard to string the flowers together to thick buds. The scent of the flowers is fantastic. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WATER / HUMIDITY 😰 I have lowered the desired humidity again this week by 5% 👇 and the temperature is increased by 1 degree. 👆👇 The plants have made many new leaves. Every day (24 hours) the 4 pots (16 plants) get about 7 liters of water to drink. 😂 Most of the water evaporates through the leaves and therefore the humidifiers evaporate less and less water. At the beginning of the week, I had to fill the two humidifiers with 7 liters of water every 24 hours, now every 40 hours. 👌

El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de floración puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 50% de potencia. De momento van creciendo a buen ritmo y tienen un buen color, estaban muy bien enraizadas al realizarle el trasplante se notaba la abundancia radicular. It was a easy strain to grow and was happy with the several watering she needed! I was feeding her every couple of days and she rewarded me with some immense dense buds! I have one more of this strain that might be heavier! I just got done with my 2nd plant and she was a big one! Got 792grams or 27 Ozas Wet weight! My best so far with a 5 plant limit this is the weight of only 2 of the 5 I grew..

Just moving branches around now with the tie wires to get an even spread under the light , heat mats are staying on to combat ambient temps of 5C , flushed them and will feed them another week of veg nutes .

🗓️ WEEK 8 (flo) - HARVEST WEEK (56° FLO) 💧 Midway through this final week of flowering, I performed a complete DWC reservoir change. I replaced the nutrient solution with plain tap water, EC 0.4 - pH 5.8. This flushing solution was maintained for 4 days, right up until the moment of harvest. 🌱 On the 56° day of flowering (day 84 from the dry seed), the plant appeared perfectly ready for harvest. The buds are dense and glistening with resin, nearly all pistils have browned and retracted, and the trichomes show a beautiful mix of milky and enough amber. Immediately after chopping her down, I removed all the large fan leaves and I've decided to dry these too as they are remarkably full of resin. ✅ DRYING PHASE The entire plant was hung to dry inside the grow box, which was kept completely dark with constant, gentle air circulation for 8 days. The average VPD during this period was maintained around 1.2 (approximately 20°C and 50% RH). Once this drying period was complete, I trimmed off all the sugar leaves. These resinous sugar leaves will be combined with the already dried fan leaves and larf buds, and I plan to use them to make cannabutter for edibles. ⚖️ DRY WEIGHT After the 8-day drying period, and once all the remaining small leaves and branches were removed from the buds, I weighed the final product: The harvest yielded: - 150 grams of dense buds. - 5 grams of finger hash collected during handling. For edibles: - 30 grams of larf. - A large amount of fan and sugar leaves. ⚠️ In the next coming days I'll update the harvest week with info about curing stage and a smoke review.

She's so grown up and almost ready to make a flower. I think I'd like her to be bigger and have a bigger flower. Well, this is organic. How big can it be? That's all good.😅 On 28 Oct. 22 she ate more food. She was growing up so fast and it seemed like she was about to run out of food. No matter how much I give her, it's not enough.

She was done. Trichomes got cloudy and buds stopped expanding. Always concerned with bud rot (high humidity in S. Florida) so not afraid to cut earlier than later. A pleasure to grow. Already another RQS Royal Blue in the tent.

I have the AirCube system set to 'Automatic Feed' now with two feeds per day for 15min. each. I'm checking the reservoir PH and EC before each feed as I'm still getting a PH climb due to the large air stone I have in the reservoir, and I want to keep my ppm's in the 600-700 range. So far, so good with the increase of nutrients. It looks like they are all beginning to get their color back, albeit slowly. 10/17- The Tropicana Cookies continue to be fed twice daily at 7am and 9pm, which works out to three hours AFTER lights on and six hours BEFORE lights off. So far this is working well with the medium having ample time to drain between feedings. I can see a noticeable difference in their color now, especially in the #1 plant. The #2 plant has a pair of lower leaves that are pretty damaged and I'll do a 'surgical' removal of them soon. the #3 is looking the best of the group, but the other two are on the rebound now. I'll have to wait and see how much this problem affects the plants growth and flowering and hope for the best! 10/19- I've got the AirCube system dialed in now and my little ladies have made a dramatic comeback! I've upped the nutrients to 650ppm's and am running the PH at 6.0-6.2 @ 74℉. Tent temperatures are running 73/80℉ during lights off/on, RH is being maintained @ 65%, and co2 levels at 1150-1300ppm's. I upped the output of the HLG 650R to 65% via a TrolMaster Hydro-X Controller, and have it hung 28" above the plants. Today, I drained and cleaned the reservoir and 'brain bucket', then refilled the system with 60L of well water to which added the following: 100ml each of Plagron Cocos 'A' & 'B', 30ml of Plagron Power Roots and 45ml of Botanicare CalMag+, and 3 tbsp. of Plantonics Amino Bliss amino acids for a final level of 650ppm's. I then checked the ph and adjusted to 6.0 @ 74℉. I have also set the GrowAce AirCube system to 'Auto' mode and have it set for three 15min feedings a day, six hours apart, beginning two hours after 'lights on'. 10/21- There goes three weeks from seed on the books! All three Tropicana Cookies are looking really good now with great color and vigor, and I'm primarily concentrating on maintaining a consistent environment in the 4x4. The three times a day feeding schedule with Plagron nutrients ( Cocos A & B, Power Roots) continues @ 650ppm. I am also checking the reservoir before each to monitor and adjust the PH and nutrients when needed. I have noticed that after each feed the reservoir PH climbs 0.9of a point to 7.0, so I have been adding 30ml of Safer Grow PH Down which brings the PH down to 6.1. 💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! D64 - We're at the start of the fifth week of flower, and the girls are looking better day by day. However, a few days I noticed very minor leaf damage on two leaves on the second girl that "might" be thrips damage. It's not a huge deal since the girls will finish in two to three weeks, but I figured it would be prudent to be proactive before the next grow, so I ordered some Cucumeris predatory mites. They arrived today, and I hung a sachet with mites on each girl. D68 - Today, I disconnected the Inkbird controller and humidifier that kept the humidity in the tent high. It is getting towards the end of flower, and I want to decrease the RH in the tent to avoid botrytis. I also set the exhaust fan to run constantly. I hope that will be enough as there isn't enough space in the tent to fit a dehumidifier. #tinytentproblems D69 - The humidity in the tent is still too high for my liking so I had to get creative. I drilled a hole in my dehumidifier so that it can hang in the tent. It's only a small dehumidifier and not very powerful but the tent is tiny and the dehumidifier should be enough to drop the RH by around 10%. D70 - We have reached the end of the fifth week of flower and the girls are rocking it in the tent and their buds are getting fatter as each day passes by. It's only a waiting game at this point although a game where I'm trying to avoid budrot. I adjusted the light schedule yesterday so that the hottest hours of the tent are during the coldest hours of the day. That should even out the temps a bit, and I also keep a flap open on the tent to further reduce the temperature and humidity. The girls are looking great and I would hate to get botrytis and lose part of the harvest.

I harvested 2 of the 5 plants on day 71. The other 3 plants got harvested on day 80 and are in the drying process. My inline fan is running on 25% and I got a fan running on the lowest setting on the bottom of the tent, so I doesnt blow on the buds directly.
