1/29/24 - Beginning of week. Looked good, was planning on letting it go another week but within a day the top leaves started turning yellow all over and I started seeing amber, just a few but spread out all over the plant, so last minute decision to harvest on 1/31/24.

Song of the week : ------- Day 43 - The 3 ladies are doing good under the neon and I can see the first pistils on each one. I also removed the 2 first nodes of each of them to have more energy for the upper nodes and prevent popcorn buds. The spaces between the nodes is pretty huge because of the light penetration : not very deep with this kind of lights. I was supposed to do an outdoor grow like I always do but a friend give me a 150w Hps kit only use one time so I'll maybe give it a try but just for 6 hours a day ( 12h out 6h in) to have a full 18h schedule and see the differences -------- Day 44 - I made a short video to show you the girls in they 60x60cm tent with they turbo neon and no airflow (And a white fly invasion ). The roots system looks strong and the roots you can see on video are not thin, I put it on the last Mr.B's feeding and the multiple transplants I did before the final pot 👉 Myth Buster : Autos can be transplant multiple time so no need to put them straight in their final pot if you now how to handle a transplant without breaking the roots 👍😁 ------- Day 47 - 22.11 - Today they received 1/1.5L of Mega Crop at 1.5Ec to boost them a bit and next week they will be outside during 12h then inside during 6h under a 150w Hps 🦎 ------- Day 48 - I put the 150w Hps inside the tent today and I hang it at 30 cm from the top of the plant which is way too high but I'll hang it lower tomorow. I also will start the indoor/outdoor switch tomorow so the Hps will only be on during 6 hours a day ✌️ I'm pretty impressed by how strong their are growing under only 110w , for a low light wattage veg it's pretty cool 😁

1/9/2023 - Day 7: did a very light foliar feed with some Pure Protein Dry organic fish fertilizer 15-1-1, fresh aloa, and ThermX-70. Mixed this up for some other plants but figured I'd give the girls a light misting. Other than that I have not done anything else, other than moving the plants back into my 2x4 to veg in here for now. My 4x4 is in my drying room, so temps are lower than I'd like at this stage, so this will be there new home for the next couple weeks. 1/13/2023 - Day 11 veg: All plants are coming along nicely. Cups still have some weight, so I still haven't watered, other than the real light foliar feed the other day. Temps have been about 80° during the day and 70° at night, with humidity holding steady around 85%, which is probably the main reason I haven't had to water. So far so good! 1/14/2023 Day 12: noticed a few fungas gnats flying around, so I sprayed everything down with some Dr. Zymes Eliminator. I'm assuming the gnats came from the Earth Box I recently added to the tent for a few more auto's i started. Sprayed the soil and the leaves, so this was the first watering since the seeds were planted.

Week 8 - Venom OG and an unknown seed strain. Tap Water and Espoma Bloom full dose - 12hr light schedule

I have been worried for a while about how close the plant grew to my led lights. The usual recommendation is like 16-20" above , but I can't raise my lights and this plant stretched so fast a couple colas got away from me. As you can see in the photos and video, some are as close as 6-12 inches and because this plant is a slow developer, I think it's starting to Foxtail. In response to this and preparation for upcoming harvest, I lowered the intensity of my light and changed the light schedule from 19/5 to 16/8. I've been lowering the nutrients all week and will be flushing all next week. I've been preparing for trimming and drying, only worry is keeping the correct humidity, but we'll see.

Hey everyone! It’s been another fabulous week of the girls fattening up getting ready for the ever looming harvest time! The colas are huge and glistening like a glitter ball! The back right girl has been on flush since day 51, 2 more went on flush on day 53, and the final girl front right went on flush today, day 56! Over the week I gave 3 girls a really heavy defoliation taking the majority of fan leaves off to allow good airflow and try fattening up those lower buds. It’s still impossible to tell if I prefer defoliation or not but we are getting close to harvest so should have a definitive answer to that soon! The back right girl has had absolutely no defoliation or trimming through her life cycle. I still regularly think back to when we broke one of the girls and transplanted, the cannabis gods were on our side warning us 4 girls will be huge, we were very lucky or would be seriously short of space as of now. As the girls are going to be harvested at slightly different times to ensure each are at their optimum, I have had to construct a dry box. How I built my smell free DIY dry box: Take a large cardboard box, cut an extraction hole in the top at one end and mount some ducting and seal the gap around the edge. Cut a flap in the opposite end at the bottom which will be the passive intake and promoting a draft through the hanging buds. Poke some holes in each end of the box using a screwdriver and thread some thin rope or string through the box tying the ends together once finished to give you sturdy locations to hang some pegs from. Finally I attached an extra bit of card on one of the flaps at the top; this overlaps the slight gap in the top between the flaps that could allow light to enter. Once completed I put the ducting into one of the lower intakes of the tent; the negative pressure in the tent then uses the air in the dry box as a passive intake creating a smell free area to dry your cannabis outside of your grow tent. This also keeps a slight breeze flowing through the box to ensure even drying. Hello This is the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4 of flowering. Did some trimming and sucker branch removal this week. After 3 weeks of flowering the sucker branches are obvious. They don't reach the canopy height and they don't have flowers on them. And anything growing down gets cut off too. I trimmed up some of the fanleaves too. Removed some that were blocking light from the top and thinned out some from the middle for better air flow. There will be less chances of WPM and Bud Rot, later in the grow with better air flow now. They will be left alone for the rest of the grow. OK. Be Great. Chuck.

Overall this was an excellent grow. I was not prepared for the huge growth and yield from the high frequency fertigation growing in coco, and the genetics of the Blue Dream'Matic. I should have defoliated it a bit more earlier on, just due to how vigorous the growth was. But I will not complain with 200g dried bud from 3sqft of tent under a HLG100 light. Hats off to Fastbuds for the great genetics. I really feel like my growing came together at a new level this time, and I am excited to experiment with even more improvements next grow!
