Just finished week 6 and I have to say she is looking so healthy and started to fill out lovely now 😀 gave her a couple of leaves trim as they was starting to overgrown the leaves below and wanted to give the plant much more light to help her grow to her potential. My earlier worry about being stunted with early progress issues has well and truly disappeared as you just continues to grow from strength to strength! Happy days happy growing !

Week 2. Colorado Cookies in Mr.B's So it's taking a heck of a long time to dry, but as you can see i'm using the hygrometer method to dertermine when to water, it says moist so it's moist and it's gonna have to wait until dry for me to water it. basically i've not watered since last week tuesday ! waiting for the next watering so i can top off the pot with some peat, overwatering compacted the soil already, kinda disappointed i've already made such a critical mistake, but hopefully sticking with it and following her cycle will help. Will try to get an in soil ppm reading asap. Took a few vids of the amino spray which is for the soil, and the kelp and micro sprat which goes directly on the leaves. beyond that what i can say is i got three identical phenos so far in the colorado cookies pack, all three plants are real even, shot up healthy then started making nodes i'm at 3 full nodes, gonna wait for 5 but i dont think i'm gonna top, something about the cookie heritage tells me it wont like getting topped much lol vpd since last week 0.6-8, now slowly getting to 0.8-1.1

This is the final week of nutes for the ladies! Time to flush her for the coming week. Also read that Purple Punch needs cold temps at night to turn color. Since I can't do that where I live, an alternative is to flush her with ice water. Giving that a try and will keep you guys updated.

All 4 are growing very well. I noticed some light stress on 2 and 3, so I dimmed the lights.

An interesting discovery was made with this plant’s pot, I observed how having a row lesser of drainage drastically effected how I water this lady. Her grow medium swamps up if I maintain a 1lt daily water schedule, which would result in drowning the roots, luckily my grow medium has sponges up when wet, allow the slow irrigation to take place to avoid root rot. Luckily it’s spring time and in Mzansi(South Africa) it is hot enough to push my greenhouse’ temperature higher than the outdoor temperature, to encourage some form of evaporation and humidity, next week I will add pictures of the thermometers, and you can see the drastic difference in temperature.

Vamos familia, actualizamos la novena semana de floración y última de estas Fruit cake de Seedstockers, salieron las 3 de 3, 100% ratio éxito. Temperatura y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos dentro de la etapa de floración. La tierra utilizada es al mix top crop, por cambiar. De 3 ejemplares seleccioné los 2 mejores para completar el indoor, también cambié el fotoperiodo a 12/12 y apliqué una buena poda de bajos, se ven bien sanas las plantas, tienen un buen color y progresan a muy buen tanto que se me fueron de altura un poco, la solución fue doblar un poco las plantas, también están madurando las flores y tienen una capa blanca de tricomas. Wow. She grew 26cm this week. Clearly likes her new 10 litre fabric pot. From what I've seen of the pots so far I like them. She's making loads of flower sites, also note the stem abuse I've administered this week 😂 I'm trying to stress the ol' girl out a bit. No idea if it working but its all data in the memory bank! 💪 EDIT: Light settings updated to reflect current tent lighting......

Day 52 - I think/hope that the stretch is over for the 3 ladies. They are still dark green but nothing new as my previous run has the same particularity. #1 The tallest has been a bit low in height by some her on he main stem to avoid any light burn from the 150w hps. She is also the most advanced in flowering one. #2 The topped one is looking strongest than the 3 others , she start to have few pistils #3 The 3rd one is growing with a natural shape, she is less dark green than the 2 others and she's not flowering yet --------- Day - 30.11 - Watered with 1.5/2L of Megacrop each at 1.5Ec and I can spot a N deficiency on the #1 And the #3 so I'll add some guano in the soil to help them in that early flowering stage 😁👍

Back to low maintenance. Getting closer to harvest! Giving it a little longer to fatten those buds up.

Aug 23: Tropicana Cookies Fast Flowering is. cruising along toward the finish. Nice and symmetric with 16 colas all forming a nice long stick of buds. Should be a really good yield off of this one. No pue colour uet but I’m sure it’s coming soon. Aug 27: hit 32 C today and will be hot for another five days or so. With this late heat wave I’ve upped the daily water volume to about 9 L a day over three waterings. Still adding potassium silicate once a day and always adjusting pH with vinegar and then a squirt of Dr Bronners Peppermint Soap as a wetting agent. Smell of peppermint also repels pests, supposedly.
