Week 3 – Vegetative Stage | Tester Log The plant has now entered week 3 of vegetative growth. A light feeding schedule with base nutrients and CalMag supplementation was introduced early to support healthy metabolic activity. The plant shows good vigor and compact morphology, with short internodal spacing and symmetrical lateral development, indicating efficient light exposure and stable growth. Leaf color is mostly uniform healthy green. A slight observation: the new emerging leaves show very light yellowing on the tips. At the moment it’s unclear whether this is caused by light proximity or a very mild nutrient excess, but it remains minimal and will be monitored and adjusted if necessary. The seedling was kept under 12h light during the first week for acclimation, then switched to 18h light, which is currently maintained to optimize vegetative growth. Overall the Sticky Orange XXL Auto continues to show healthy and stable early development going into the next growth phase. 🌱

Buenos días gente linda, segunda semana de floración en exterior, todo el ciclo de vegetación pasaron en tienda de cultivo y la semana pasada la saque al patio para que toda la floración la hagan afuera, por ahora va de maravilla, como salgo de viaje por trabajo viene a regarla otra persona que me ayuda y no siempre le mide el PH y aun así la planta va super bien, definitivamente es una genética muy fuerte 💪

Harvest was done on a lovely summer day. Since summer was approaching, half of the harvest was hung upside down with the classic 60/60 and rest is stored in a wine cooler for drying. There’s also an oscillating fan below for airflow!

31.01. F29 Overall, everything is still running according to plan, although powdery mildew is starting to become more noticeable again. Control measures remain consistent and ongoing. Compared to the previous Super Buff Cherry run, the situation is much better under control, mainly because countermeasures are being applied earlier and more actively this time. The goal is to get the mildew issue fully resolved in the coming weeks. Aside from that, the Blueberry Skunks are performing exceptionally well. The automatic irrigation system clearly contributes to stable, low-stress growth, and the Biotabs nutrient system continues to impress. The difference compared to earlier runs is very noticeable, especially considering how little manual input is required. All in all, this is a solid run, and despite the mildew challenge, it already creates a lot of anticipation for the harvest. 05.02. F34 Unfortunately, powdery mildew has become noticeably more present again and has clearly spread compared to last week. So far, the infestation is fortunately limited to the fan leaves, although it is visibly more pronounced there than it was a week ago. The plants were treated again with a water–Purolyt solution to actively counter the issue. The current focus is clearly on containing the mildew and closely monitoring how the situation develops. Relative humidity is currently around 53 %. The goal is to bring it below 50 % (ideally around 48 %), as powdery mildew struggles significantly more below this threshold. Even a difference of just a few percentage points can make a noticeable impact. Aside from this, the grow continues to perform very well overall. Biotabs is once again outstanding, delivering excellent results with very simple handling. The Gardena drip Blumat system is working flawlessly, and all key parameters remain well balanced. Thrips were only present at a very minimal level. After a single nematode application, no further signs have been observed so far. The focus remains on keeping the powdery mildew under control.

End of week 2 beginning of week 3 the plants were doing well but now we’re seeing some nutrient lockout “we think” there is what looks like nitrogen toxicity with the curled tips and the discoloration of the leaves meaning mag deficiency /calcium .. today I flushed with 5.8-6.0 ph RO water then fed a little feed that at 940 ppm and 6.0 ph really hoping things turn around as of now not seeing any hermies thank god ! The lights were turned up to 70% power and the plants are just about done with their stretch ! The baby buds are looking ok now super bad problems yet . I’m doing this grow all automated so I’m only available to be hands on abojt 2 times a week which is something I’m not used too. Hopefully in the next week we start seeing the plants bouncing back to life ! If you guys could help out and lmk what you think is wrong with the plants when it comes to the discoloration and curled tips please let me know! Temp is 73 during the day 67-68 at night and humidity is between 43-48%

Since correcting the PH the plant has done wonders. It only sadens me to see how much better this could have been if I wasn't bouncing around 5.0 ph for a little over a week in weeks 3 and 4. Harvest still looking good though coming up in the next 2 weeks. Buds are still extremely compact so I hope mold doesn't become a problem since my humidity is staying around 55, 60%. Trichs are everywhere, the pictures don't do it justice. Everytime I touch the plant my hand comes back sticky lol This will probably be like my first time growing this strain. Not a huge yield but quality bud 100%.

Everything going great. Cleaned up some of the bottom leaves. 🍃 Increasing irrigation to 9 events. Light at max intensity. Almost as high as it goes but they still got room to grow. 18.11 Defoliated the bottoms further and removed weak branches. They really packed on budsites these few days.

Grow diary 11 Stage 2 Days 11-20 The light schedule was altered to 19/5 on day 11 and the 6 inch distance was maintained until she went into the main tent. Lights on 7pm off 2pm Day 12 was the 1st time she was watered/fed since day 6 when it was soaked for transplant. After day 12 she was fed 300ml every day and the run off checked to make sure everything was in range. Day 17 she was topped after the 2nd set of nodes. I'm thinking of removing the lowest set of nodes in a few days and doing a small mainlining project, Day 18 she was moved into my new main tent (gorilla shorty gt225). The light is my mars hydro TS1000 set at 50% power 20 inch above the canopy. The wilma system is just hydroton/clay balls, and the feeds are on at 8pm for 15mins and on at 12.30pm for 15mins. Day 20 she seems to be adjusting to the topping and the transplant. I'm happy with how the last 9/10 days have gone, its still been mega hot and i have managed to battle the heat quite well so the plants haven't suffered. At the moment all 4 strains are at about the same point in growth. I have included my 2 plants for gorilla growing in this diary, one is another Bruce banner, which was born mega deformed and she probably wont amount to anything. The other one is a northern lights which is doing well. I changed the reservoir and set the pH to around 5.3 and reduced the nutrients by 5ml/g. I just realized I've been adding far far fewer nutrients than I thought. I've been using 30ml in a 5 gal bucket (probably 4.5g volume) but I should be using 30ml/g so 4x as much. I'm going to leave it for now but I should probably start adding more nutrients. I took the wires I was using for LST off the bucket so it isn't stressed during flower and so it's easier to change the water. I'm taking off fan leaves that are blocking bud sites if I can't tuck them away. It grew a crazy amount today, so many little pistils came out. It's an exciting time. July 10 she thirsty. I added half a gallon of water and a full 30ml of each nutrient. That should bring us close to half the recommended nutes. I'll probably change the full res out and give 3/4 nutes sometime this week and go up to full strength next weekend if everything looks OK. https://www.remonutrients.com/calculator/ I just looked at my chart again and I think I was right the first time. I just added more nutrients for no reason. I added another half gallon of water and checked ppm and pH. Ppm is 1050, pH is 5.8. Gonna keep an eye on it through the day and see what happens. 305pm pH 5.8 ppm 1200 July 11 pH 5.8 ppm 1300. I'll add some plain water after the res goes down a bit more. Looks like the plant isn't using all the available nutes and is probably leaching some. She looks good though. Loads of vertical growth over the past week, now really going hard making bud sites. I'm going to see how this nute situation goes before doing any major defoliation or pruning. Leaf temp was 29 on the central cola so I turned up the fans and raised the light a bit. July 12 ppm down to 1200, pH still 5.8. Looks like it's going to be ok. July 13 ppm 1300 pH 6.2. I dropped an entire oscillating fan on my plant today. I broke 4 stems almost clean off. 3 appear to be surviving through duct tape and wire. The biggest one appears to be a casualty. I'm pissed. But the cabinet is coming together. Once it's perfect this kind of thing won't happen. I salvaged a piece of plywood yesterday and hand sawed the whole thing to fit as a door.

Week 2 of veg is in the books. Despite making some changes and dropping back to a 300w fixture, also upping the nute ratios - growth has been pretty decent for a single first week of veg. Got some yellowing on the leaves which is somewhat concerning. Again, hopefully rectified now that we’ve regulated to more acceptable temps and humidity. All are fairly uniform to start and the new bucket system has been issue free which is a bonus. Figure another week to the fim and then another week of veg before the flip. All on pace to get em to flower as quick as possible👌. We’ll cull as soon as able - if we pick up 3/4 spaces after losing the males that would greatly assist to free up some more space elsewhere and move in some new fems that have been backlogged recently. Finally back to focusing on quality buds and it’s and great feeling👍. Strain details She’s a mix of a particularly strong Northern Lights, crossed with a Spicy Bitch sativa hybrid. The hope is that we’ll be able to combine the overtly narcotic effects in the NL and mellow it out somewhat with the quality daytime sativa effects found in the SB. Both strains feature numerous grower qualities. Both parents possessed vigour and resiliency, the SB particularly colourful in late flower. These beans were the product of a shotgun breeding run that presented an unexpected opportunity so there’s quite a bit of testing that should flow from the various F1’s we’ve produced.

La temperatura está entorno al 22/24 grados y la humedad anda sobre el 50%. Las plantas en si ya están bien sanas , la que está más verde es la que me cortó un poco en alimentar , pero por lo demás genial todo perfecto aquí. The others are looking OK. I may have seen first pistils... Lovely large buds all over even the bottom branches buds are as big as the tops, covered in thc and has a lovely citrus smell, very strong plant
