22-01 Already in week 5 and the topping is taking off its results. *I ended the grow of nr: 3, just bad genes. but more light for the other 3 plants. 24-01: Applied another round of LST today. This time to create 4 main coala's and a wide and full deck of leafs. When the plants start to get more busy i will add an scrogg technique and do a little defoliation at the bottom of them to take even more profit of the LST. 26-01 I added Mega worm from plagron to the soil to give the plants a big boost so that they are ready for a strong flowering phase.

She is fully in flower now and starting to stretch. She wasn't very thirsty, she only needed 2,4l of water this whole week. I again used 4ml of biobizz grow and bloom. I also removed a few leaves to make sure that every budsite gets enough sunlight, other ones I just tucked away.

Sooo today on 04.04.2025 I harvested the 2 Plants that were left. Runtz Automatic by Zamnesia Plant 1: ~400 gram wet 1x Topping 2x Schwazzing heavy LST though Scrog netting The Bud structure pretty dense and big buds thoughout, almost zero small popcorn nuggets! Smell is Citrus Bubbelgum 9/10 Plant 2: ~360 gram wet NO Topping 2x Schwazzing heavy LST though Scrog netting The Bud structure is dense, it does have some very Big buds, but also a lot of small popcorn buds. The smell is Citrus Buggelgum 8/10 And just remember guys, those plants were all grown in 5 Liter Pods (1,5 Gallon)!!! I will post updates once Product is dry. Thanks for the love everyone!

End of Week 8 (First week of flower) Increased the CO2 to 1200ppm and the ladies love it, already started stretching within the first 3 days of flower which shows that CO2 definitely boosts the grow cycle of cannabis. The main top-sites are popping up everywhere and everything looks evenly spread out. I defoliated again because the fan leaves are growing so fast and blocking bud sites. I also did one last lower canopy maintenance and removed small and stalky bud sites and stems below the trellis net to make sure I get maximum energy distribution to the main colas. I also added some GHF BioEnhancer to make sure the soil-microbes are happy and that the plants reach their maximum potential. Pest Report: EXTERMINATED! Thrips VS Ladybugs VS Neem Oil... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. Then to be extra sure I know that neem oil hinders the life cycle of pests like thrips causing them to stop colonising in my grow room. So I sprayed the ladies every day during the dark period to make sure there are no pests that I or the Ladybugs have missed. Mission accomplished. No more wilting and definitely no more thrips.

So I'm starting the 4th week of flower... After one of the longest transition periods I've ever experienced. She has pom pom and bud sites forming. YAY! I have a feeling this one is going to be a long haul. We shall see. She got treated with Dr zhymes as a preventative. That will basically wrap up her treatments ...possibly once more with lost coast. Kept her feed the same. Once she is blooming more thoroughly i will up her pk. Gotta keep her engine well fuelled. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Week 5 Flower — Sundae Driver Five weeks from seed, Week 5 of flower. The girls are tall, frosty, and carrying real weight. Supercrop results are showing: the knuckle site on the main top is packing beautifully and producing extra fruit around the bend. Photo sessions continue while they’re still mobile, but they’re quickly approaching the point where moving them will be risky. ⸻ From seed to here — short recap • Very short veg, early flip (11/13) to encourage a quick transition. • Strong genetics: both phenos established great branching early and then stretched in flower. • Early training: leaf-tucking and one deliberate supercrop on Pheno #2 to control a “moon-shot” top, the plant has recovered and is producing strong bud sites. • Feed strategy evolved from light steering (low solution EC) while relying on the active living soil, to a slightly stronger, targeted push now that the plants are bulk-building. ⸻ This week’s snapshot (numbers you gave) • Solution EC: ~1.78 mS/cm (after adding All-in-One Liquid) • Solution pH: ~5.87 • Water temperature: ~19.6 °C • Substrate EC (measured): ~5.75 mS/cm • Plants: ~heavy, visibly bulking, good frost and early trichome coverage; leaves lush and green. ⸻ Nutrition this week — what you added and why You’ve blended the Aptus baseline with the Plagron bloom stack and added the All-in-One Liquid this week to “boost things up a little.” The working recipe (as you’ve been using it) is: • Plagron Power Buds / Power products — PK and bloom stimulators to push flower initiation and fruit set. • Plagron Green Sensation — complex bloom stimulator (PK, micros, and biostimulants) to compact and feed flowers. • Plagron Sugar (Sugar Royal / Sugar Oil) — carbohydrate/amino support to feed microbes, aid terpene/aroma production and increase bud sugar availability. • Aptus Regulator — stress resistance, cell wall strength, improved uptake. • Aptus CalMag Boost — to prevent Ca/Mg shortages under heavier uptake. • Aptus All-in-One Liquid (added this week) — a balanced liquid feed to raise available macros and micros slightly and bring the solution EC up to ~1.78. Why this mix now: the plants are in active “bulk and stack” mode. The living soil is still providing a heavy base (substrate EC is high at ~5.75), so the water feed is being used as a steering input rather than the sole nutrient source. The Plagron items are targeted to maximize flower growth and aroma development while Aptus products protect tissue integrity and uptake efficiency under higher demand. ⸻ Soil & EC notes — some important observations • Substrate EC 5.75 is high. If the plants are clean (no tip-burn, no slowed uptake, good turgor), and runoff/pH are stable, you can continue carefully. The living soil is likely holding a lot of available ions. • Solution EC 1.78 is a meaningful step up from the earlier very-low steering feeds. Because the substrate is already rich, keep monitoring plant response closely. • Actionable checks: measure runoff EC and pH after a couple of normal waterings. If runoff EC is very high and plants start showing nutrient burn/leaf edge bronzing, consider: • reducing solution EC, and/or • performing a controlled flush with target pH water to bring substrate salts down, then back to a gentler feed. • If plants remain clean and uptake is quick, the current regime is probably supporting their needs as they bulk. ⸻ Watering & environment (practical reminders) • Keep using your moisture cues (weight or probe). Don’t overwater — allow the root zone to breathe between feeds so the microbiome stays active. • Heavy bud development brings higher transpiration and nutrient demand. Expect faster run-to-run uptake. • Support heavy colas: start planning stakes, soft ties or a light trellis now. Buds are forming weight quickly and the supercropped area can benefit from light support as it fattens. ⸻ Supercrop update — why it worked and what you saw • The deliberate bend on Pheno #2 created the classic healing “knuckle” and redirected auxins to many lateral sites. • Response: a fast curve-up, faster side-site development, and an especially productive top where the bend is located. • Recovery timeline you reported: the branch started to re-orient and carry load in just days — this is ideal. • Keep an eye on the knuckle site for any signs of localized stress or moisture build-up, but good airflow and light will reduce issues. ⸻ What to expect next (and what not to expect) Expect: • Continued bulking and calyx swelling over the next 1–3 weeks. Flower stacking accelerates as plants move past the stretch. • Increased trichome production and stronger terpenes/aroma as sugars and PK feed the resin pathway. • Faster water uptake and higher potassium/magnesium demand under heavy LEDs. • Need for physical support as colas get heavy. Don’t expect (yet): • Final resin peak or full density — that usually shows from mid to late flower (weeks 6–9+ depending on strain). • Large changes overnight — bud density and terpene maturation are gradual. • No problems automatically — a high substrate EC means vigilance; problems show first in lower leaves. ⸻ Practical tips & checklist for Week 6 planning • Measure runoff EC & pH. Log changes. If runoff EC substrate EC and plant symptoms appear, step in with a mild flush and a gentler feed after. • Keep airflow and RH optimized around flowers: small increases in RH can invite mold as buds thicken. Adjust RH downward stepwise if stacking accelerates. • Maintain CalMag and Regulator levels; they’re supporting strong cell walls and uptake under heat/light stress. • Prepare support (stakes/trellis) this week so you can gently secure colas when weight increases. • Continue light, selective defoliation only if it opens important bud sites — avoid heavy stripping now. ⸻ Thanks, community and sponsors Thank you to everyone following the diary, commenting, and sharing energy with these girls. Special nods to the brands and gear that helped make this possible — your tent ecosystem, lighting, nutrients and monitoring tools are all part of the outcome. Grateful for every like, read and watch that keeps the GrowDiaries momentum going. ⸻ Closing — a short reflection Week 5 is where “shape” becomes “substance.” The plants have carried themselves through stretch and are now filling hard. The supercrop paid off: more usable sites, better light distribution, and a stronger, fuller canopy. With a measured push in solution EC and continued respect for the living soil beneath them, these Sundae Drivers are on a clear path to a heavy, fragrant finish. 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. Left them alone this week except for a watering. First strong one I gave them. Found a mushroom in my soil a couple days later. Think I might have disturbed him because he died on me.

All plants harvested after 56h of total dark. I love the quantity and even more the quality of buds. Now, time to let them dry. All sugar leaves are in the freezer, ready for cooking oil infusions. I did trim most of them, but some smaller buds will be dry trimmed after drying. I did not measure wet weight, I just dont find it useful at all. I will upload harvest when buds are dry and measure the dry weight. Cheers!

It's been a couple of hours of this update but god dammit the looked amazing when i came back from work, they dont like been thirsty as u can see. Enjoying this view with this triple nug haversted from that Cookies and cream auto, of the first week's background(my first grow, this is my second one Third week of flower just starting Watered with 1100 ppm 1ml/l Cal Mag 1ml/l Uptake 1ml/ Big Bud 2ml/l Micro 1.5m/l Grow 2ml/l Bloom First time using big bud and andvace in general so I expect to impress myself, this growth has been beautiful and im afraid that is for the pH perfect thecnology, my previous grown autos been watered with top crop auto tri pack , but I still think that my Chinesse pH meter doesn't work as well as advanced thecnology Defoliated a lot, under canopys were under main fan leaves, I wouldn't mind to keep them but since the were in full dark under I think it's better yo defoliate Had to put upper the down left plant (the only one in a 1L) an the middle left one(3L/1gal, just not good pheno) used 3 white solo cups as a base to level all the canopys Imma keep updating pictures as the weeks goes

Hi Growmies. A good week for the girls this week with plenty of growth now starting to happen. I was worried about the #2 jealousy as she did seem to be lacking something but was too young to mess about with her feed. The Candy Rain was looking similar toonwith an obvious dislike of something in the soil mix. I have begun feeding them with my all time favourite nute , Mega crop. The vibrant green that this non salt based nute helps develop is an excellent conductor for photosynthesis. It has rested so many of my plants over time and bever fails to give them a really healthy appearance. I have seen the recovery with both if the smaller ladies andndont doubt they will catch up with their peers. The Bruce Banner#3 is really going for it with growth and had already pushed 6 nodes out. I have now Fimmed her at her 5th node and plan to quad the lower 4th and 3rd nodes in their l.s.t. I am close to being able to do the same with the Jealousy #1 to. Hopefully by the next update , they will all be underway for their planned growing pattern. I hope your all keeping it nice and green. Stay healthy and free , do not consent or comply. until the next update......

Last update of last Flush other rest of the fast bud run left are Last ppm numbers for strains where Red Gorilla Girl 972ppm Skywalker OG Runtz 542ppm 14/12/22 Skywalker OG Runtz 440ppm drying 17/12/12 Red Gorilla Girl xl 556ppm done It's a shame these Days that i have to secretly have to enjoy my hobby. It's not ideal to have new grow almost done grow and drying in the same room but if that keeps the smells from being to strong so be it. Legalization is the key you can have a dangerous hobby distillery Going on and nobody Bats a eye destroying life's etc etc But i cannot grow a plant that helps and is completely save to Grow with technology these days i pay my bills and i grow ONLY for my family What's wrong with that ????? Sorry for the rent 😉
