Week 2 for the solo Afghani went smooth. Looked a little slow to develop her first proper set of leaves, but the root development should help speed up her progression. Still feeding off the slow release 444 and is now regularly drinking about 2oz of water every other day. I also spritz the bottom of the outer cup to keep moisture levels high for stretching roots. I am 2 days into flushing , the buds look nice and frosty and are smelling good , I will flush for 9 days before trimming. The pictures are not the best in the world and don't quite do them justice . I will get some pics posted during lights out . This has been the longest grow I have ever done , I really hope she's worth it ! I've taken these girls as far as I can go , by looking at the pictures when lights are of I can clearly see they are finished . They are turning purple but that's because of the cold climate here and that temps are dropping to 9c once lights are off .

she is almost ready ... she has 141 days in the outdoor ... I think she will cut it at the end of the month when she has 100 days just of flowering ... she has already started 10% amber in her ... with a typical smell of .a indica ... mint ... to earthy wood ... under a little temperature and a little cloudy ... but patience.and there is little left ... if I would cultivate it again it is obvious that if .. She will be very generous in her buds ... and she continues to feed herself organically ... and these are her results ... I am happy

DAY 1 - Finally, the girls are ready for bloom stage. I mixed 75 grams of biobloom manure with soil, each for a 25-liter pot. I used schwazzing technique for defoliation. I gave short flowering fertilizer for indica genetics, also i gave for sativa long flowering fertilizer in half a dose. DAY 4 - Girls began to consume nutrients very quickly.

Seems like all is in order. I had to go away for a week because of an emergency and luckily a friend looked after them, only thing he wasn’t sharp on was training and defoliating which is why it got so big and bushy last week. Still no nutrient deficiencies. I visited a website called cannastats a month ago and it actually breaks down ppm requirements for each element. Was a lot of work to get my spreadsheet to calculate properly, but really seems to be working. If anyone wants further details on this, feel free to DM me. I think the big stretch last week was caused by high temps, as a window was left shut when it shouldn’t have been, and also the light wasn’t in the middle because my friend moved the lights up and didn’t realise, so the colas at the back stretched more... that’s my theory anyway. Overall all is good, switch back to 3200k bulbs again today. Need a wide angle lenses to take a photo of this thing, she’s huge...

So this week I did a few upgrades in my garage. First off, I insulated the garage itself to minimize wasting energy keeping my garage warm. Secondly I put a little space heater to help keep my temps more consistent, especially when my lights go out for 8 hours it tends to drop into the mid 50’s, which personally is too low for veg for me anyway. My babies are starting to do some growing now, and with this weeks little bump up in nutrients, I think they will begin to take off. I went up with the calmag as I’m using 100% coco coir as my medium, and it really does eat up a lot of Calmag. I think my babies will get nice and green and have a nice life in my updated garage. Lemme know what y’all think, I’m happy to share and document not only successful grows, but failures also with everyone. We need to humble ourselves and learn to be better from one another everyday. Hi everyone. This week has been easy, shes in autopilot now. The nuggets are definitely getting bigger with nice density. I gave the main cola a little squeeze and shes was very sticky and smelled amazing. The citrus smell is strong but right behind it comes a nice soothing pine smell, if you like outdoors that is. Thanks for the advice @budxs💪🏾, I've adjusted my temps accordingly.

she slowly begins to sweat and also develops her characteristic color. i have not used any cropping or topping techniques, or defoliation, except that she will develop 2 head buds. i still don't have any uV or iR light supplement, just using a sanlight led and senmatic fl300 grow with adjustable colorspectrum and adjustable poweroutput. wondering. still in the same environment. all the pests have suddenly disappeared. i did not say any prayers.lol my mouth is already watering.lol
