I gave the girls an organic compost tea for nutrients(1 tsp Blk molasses,1cup worm cast,2 tablespoon kelp,2 tablespoon alfalfa meal,1tablespoon bat guano) and lsted again to get more bushier autos. I also moved my smallest autoflower to my 4x4 tent which is on a 12/12 schedule on 3/18/23

11/24: Both Black Jacks finally turned the corner and are looking like they'll produce for me.๐Ÿ‘ The big Zkittlez just keeps on stretching and outpacing most of the other plants....looks like a supercropping is in her immediate future. Kinda sux, because she's got picture-perfect, textbook, conifer structure๐Ÿ˜‘ 11/25: Had to raise the lights today about 5 inches to accommodate the big Zkittlez and a Sucrose Overdose..couldn't bring myself to ugly her up yet..maybe everybody else will catch up (ya right) For now, I'm using platforms of various heights for the shorter plants, to keep the canopy level.

I'm in southern Ontario. Spring is in the air! Humidity levels have risen with rainfall, and temperatures are rising outside and inside my tent. I have been leaving my tent door open during the day and semi-closed at night. Plants in tent do not yet smell and I have my air intake/carbon filter, by VIVOSUN, turned off. During the day my small clip-on fan circulates. At night I let her rest in the cooler air and turn the fan off. May 2: Watered with a PH of 6.5, always using a bit of vinegar to PH down. Water included a pinky finger tip amount of crushed and stirred eggshells. Shells had been sitting in the water for 1.5 days. Shells did not enter the medium. Just the water they sat in.

Harvested on day 66, overall very happy with how these ladies turned out & will definitely be growing them again! Wish all 3 could have put off buds like 1 of them did but the other 2 had some small issues & I feel like thatโ€™s why the didnโ€™t produce as well! Will be updating soon with more pictures of dry weight & smoke report! Thank you to everyone for following & happy growing friends๐Ÿ™๐ŸผโœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿผ๐ŸŒฑ

Week 8 Veg โ€“ Go Big or Go Home! ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ช Hey, Grow Fam! ๐ŸŒฟ What an intense week itโ€™s been in the grow room! This was one of those โ€œgo big or go homeโ€ moments, and I decided to take it to the extreme. Iโ€™m holding off on flipping to flower for just one more week because the plants are filling up the space beautifullyโ€”I canโ€™t help but push things to their limits and see just how much these ladies can give! ๐Ÿ˜Žโœจ This week was all about maximizing growth and creating the best canopy I can. I did a light defoliation, just here and there to open things up a bit, and then came the bendingโ€”LOTS of bending. ๐ŸŒฑ Iโ€™m working hard to create an even canopy, though with all these different genetics, weโ€™ll see how close I get! ๐Ÿคž Regardless, Iโ€™m giving it my all, and Iโ€™m super pumped to see how everything will respond in the next stage. The final touch this week? I ended it with a bold 36 hours of darkness to prepare for the big flip next weekโ€”flower mode, here we come! ๐ŸŒธ What Went Down This Week: 1. Canopy Work โ€“ Bending and training all over the place to try and keep things even. Itโ€™s a real challenge with different genetics, but the payoff is going to be worth it! 2. Defoliation โ€“ Just a little bit of leaf removal here and there to help with airflow and light penetration, prepping them for that final veg stretch. 3. 36 Hours of Darkness โ€“ Closed out the week with a full day and a half of darkness. The 36 hours of darkness is a technique I like to use to help signal to the plants that itโ€™s time to transition from veg to flower. ๐ŸŒ’ By giving them an extended dark period, Iโ€™m mimicking the natural shift from summer to fall, when daylight hours start to shorten. This kick-starts the plantsโ€™ flowering hormones (phytochrome), helping them shift into flower mode more smoothly and quickly. In my experience, this method helps speed up the flip, reduces early flowering stress, and often leads to a more uniform bloom across the canopy. Itโ€™s like giving the plants a little nudge to let them know, โ€œHey, itโ€™s time to bloom!โ€ ๐ŸŒธ This technique is especially useful for growers like me who want to maximize the efficiency and performance of their plants. ๐Ÿ˜Š 4. TrolMaster + App Love โ€“ As always, the TrolMaster app continues to blow me away. Weโ€™re going to dive deep into it below, but trust me, this app makes managing everything a breeze! ๐Ÿ‘‡ Next week, weโ€™re flipping to flower! Iโ€™m beyond excited for whatโ€™s to come, and I can already tell these plants are ready to explode with growth in flower mode. Stay tuned, because weโ€™re about to see some serious action in the grow room! ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ”ฅ Thank you all for the continued support! ๐Ÿ™ Donโ€™t forget to check out my social media accounts for real-time updates, behind-the-scenes magic, and all the details on how this journey unfolds. Whether youโ€™re new or have been here from the start, I appreciate every one of you. Letโ€™s keep pushing the limits of indoor horticulture together! ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’š Growers Love ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฑ #TrolMasterChronicles #ThinkGrowLED #SeedToHarvest #DogDoctorOfficial #AptusPlantTech #Autopots #IndoorHorticulture #ControlledEnvironment #GrowTech #PositiveVibesOnly DogDoctorOfficial P.S. โ€“ Letโ€™s Talk TrolMaster + App If you havenโ€™t explored the TrolMaster App yet, youโ€™re missing out! This app gives me complete control and real-time feedback on my entire setup, from the environment to CO2 levels, humidity, light, and beyond. Every parameter is at my fingertips, and itโ€™s all synced with the controllers. I love how easy it is to dial in the details, especially during these crucial stages. But what really gets me is the precision. ๐ŸŒก๏ธ๐Ÿ“ฒ With the app, I can track trends, get alerts if anything is off, and make changes on the flyโ€”whether Iโ€™m in the room or halfway across the world. This kind of power and convenience has totally transformed how I manage my grow. Whether youโ€™re a beginner or an expert, having this level of control is a game-changer. And as I dive deeper into flower, itโ€™s going to be my best friend in keeping everything dialed in. This week I topped each main cola at the 3rd node as usual and performed a selective defoliation to improve light penetration and airflow. From now on, I wonโ€™t be doing any more apical cuts. In a few days, I plan to introduce a scrog net to start guiding the branches and prepare for an even canopy ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’ช

Day 27 flower: I love the Gz strain with a passion. The colours that are beginning to shown on all of their buds are beautiful already and they are not even half way through yet !!. #1 is by far the biggest girl with so many tops going for her final yield weight. #2 is plodding along still in her indica stout kinda way. forming ok too #3 was the tallest of the 4 and had to be supercropped to get the lower buds some light down there. gave 5 mains a 90ยฐ bend. #4 is still a little lady but is making nice bud stacks for the party too. They are getting sticky icky now too and smell really fruity when rubbed a little well done Barneys Farm

Chopped her two days into week 14. What else. Buds. There are a lot of them. And they are quite large. And they look like they will require little effort to trim. What more can I wish for? I am a very happy man. Upd 1: Trimming is SO SIMPLE! Not much sticking out to begin with, because of the amazing bud structure and me plucking most bud node fans. Solid nugs which are not bothered by anything, so pulling smaller sub-bud fans is very simple too, while the buds are what I would call moist. I'll call this Moist Trim ๐Ÿ˜„ โœ‚๏ธโœ‚๏ธโœ‚๏ธ Went for the best trimming tools available on the market (well at least my research concluded so) and LOVING every minute of trimming with the B-500SRF. Why would I or anyone else use something less suitable or less comfortable for such a delicate and long job is beyond me, except if you cannot afford one right now, in which case I wish you to experience it one day. Fiskars are also very good in therms of the blades, coating and cutting ability and precision, but the spring is just too stiff, like way, way to stiff for something that is to be used for hours on end. One might argue that such spring force helps overcome resin buildup, but please just rinse your instrument regularly in an appropriate solvent (ethy, iso, whatever โ€” consider you instrument materials as well) and wipe it after. Why would you let significant amounts of resin to accumulate on such a gentle and precise tool? Kinda defeats the purpose?
