Did a little HST and filmed some Blurple Tent Action for my boy Ferenchy.

📅 Week 13 | Days 92–98 📅 🌼🌸🌺 Flowering Phase 🌼🌸🌺 Day 98 🌞 🔸 Poison Envy continues to develop beautifully. The buds have become noticeably denser compared to last week, with an impressive amount of resin forming. Trichomes are mostly milky now, with a few still clear - no amber ones yet. 🔸 The smell is evolving too: still that strong musty "forgotten laundry" funk, but now with a distinct sweet-spicy berry twist, almost like overripe blackberries. Very pungent! 🔸 Unfortunately, the humidity is still too high, but better than last week (currently 63%), which could become a problem. Today I finally turned on the dehumidifier and increased airflow using all clip fans at max setting. The dehumidifier now maintains a constant relative humidity of 50-60%, which I am very satisfied with. It does make it 2-3 degrees warmer in the tent, but I can live with that. 🔸Now give them 1-2 weeks of overdrive from AN and then only water. hey all, let's do an experiment with budswelling and without ! i know it will not be exact science but i will give some insight if it works or not. i have got 2 C.banana and 2Royal Gorilla on 1 plant of each sort i have done my budswelling so we can compare both strains and the effect at the end of harvest to see if it makes a difference or not. in my believe it makes a difference but i can not prove it maybe this will give an idea if it makes a difference or not. also i have put an video on how i do the budswelling with scissors or with fingers. i prefer to do it with fingers it's a lot quicker then with scissors. You need to do this on al the buds not only on top. Some say you need to do this every week but i only do it after 3or 4 weeks into flowering.

Everything is still fine, the oldest moved to the largest pot of 11 liters or 3 gallons and the one that grew more than the others in the pot of 2 gallons or 7 liters approx, they began to look for pots for the others later. apical pruning will be done to several practicing, as well as LST or something like that experimenting haha

The Jack47XL Auto was germinated in a Peat Pellet which took seven days for her to break ground. Within two days there were roots popping out of the bottom of the Peat Pellet. After she sprouted it was ON! By week two she had three set of leaves and she went into a 5g fabric pot to live out the remainder of her life. She started out short with tight node spacing and I was thinking she would be a fairly squat plant. But once she started to flower at around Day 30 +/- she absolutely took off on the stretch from hell! As she stretched her node spacing widened allowing plenty of light penetration through her canopy and her foliage never got super bushy requiring removing leaves. All in all she was a growers dream! I let her run for 10 full weeks and after her last Top Dressing at Week Seven she received only straight water that was ph'd to 6.7-6.8. After checking her trichomes daily during Week Ten and determining that she was where I wanted her, I placed her in the dark for 60 hours @ 64℉ and a RH of 45%. When I removed her from the dark I cur her off at her base and hung her whole in my Drying Room where she spent nine days drying @ 64-66℉ with the RH running at 50% for the first 24 hours, then raised to 60% for the remainder of the drying time. Being predominately sativa in her lineage, she grew fairly tall and maxed at 32". In addition to her height her really wide node spacing, which made defoliation or leaf tucking completely unnecessary, was so nice to deal with (or actually to NOT have to deal with!) and because of her structure and the way she grew, I decided not to do any LST other than gently bending a couple of her branches during Week Four when she was still short and bushy. After she was dried I trimmed her up and placed the flowers in two large Mason jars to cure. The flower is currently at 68% RH and I'm 'burping' the jars three times a day until it drops to around 62%. I did do a 'Test Press' with 7g of the flower and saw almost a 28% return of super light colored, almost clear, rosin that is some of the best I've pressed lately! 🔥 When you crack the jars your hit in the face with the sweetest aroma you've ever had the pleasure to smell...smell nothing like cannabis, more like a jar full of sugary sweet candy! 😍 Needless to say, I'm hooked on Sweet Seeds and head over heels for their Jack47XL autoflower and can't wait to run her again soon! Go get some of this strain and see if you don't agree! noto que estan comiendo mucho, osea se secan rápido que es que estan comiendo bastante de lo comun. Las ojas tornandose color amarillo para cambiar a color vino. se ven muy bonitas y estan fewlices. No he cambiado mucho entre los nutrientes (Té y Recharge), he sostenido alimentarlas simples y he tenido muy buenos resultados. muy contento con todo, sigas adelante, buenos humos y feliz 2021

Week 5 of flowering is now complete, and the buds are finally starting to look like real buds. Frost production is picking up noticeably, and the plant is beginning to show its full potential. I did a solid defoliation this week to open up the canopy and improve light penetration. From here on, it’s mostly a waiting game while the buds continue stacking and filling out

Day 42 11/08/24 Sunday End of week De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today again with calmag. 400ml with little run off this time Pistils on pistils now 😁 Starting to see the beginning of bud formations 💚

The girls have survived another week ❤️ I did a light defoliation and have been monitoring the RH closely. We have had a very damp week here, and the RH kept climbing and had my fan working hard. They are starting to plump up and fill in 😋. They have also started to slow their drinking habits, instead of watering every three days, it has moved to every 4 now. Just a couple of weeks left, I think I will be harvesting these over Christmas 🎄, and will have some great bud ready for the new year! 🎉🎊🍾

So, bubba diagonal has the sweetest smell, almost like a dank og smoothie probably inherited from the purple punch and the true og, Guava cake is the most "weed" smelling like pure good sativa funky ganja, not very tangy but a little more on the cookies side, and the kmintz... probably my favourite, she has just a strong mint-fruit smell. Its a sweet and fresh zkittlish-fruity funk with a slight dank earth background, and the smell is sweet and at the same time slightly "overpowering" in your nose, almost like its rotten sweet fruit. She is growing super fast with the 315 watts LEC, only see the diference between day 27 and day 28. Replace Bio root with Flora Blend, very happy so far so good.

Week 10! September 9 -Blue cheese is looking great depending on what the pistils and trichomes look like at the end of the week I will be cutting ~Day 70 -Bubble Kush is progressing nicely and is visually bulking up smells like pine sol and lemons very nostalgic reminds me of college. -Will be watering Bubble Kush in two days as I watered over the weekend and I have a tendency to overwater this particular lady also watered the Blue Cheese lady but she will probably not be getting anymore water for the week…maybe idk great way to start the week tho peace

It has been a week of snap snap snap! let's call it accidental toppings - yes - multiple. The OG Kush seems to be quite fragile compared to other strains I've grown. Continued LST has resulted in me snapping off the end of the main stem and another major branch. Both days within switching the light regime. Now I have to fill up the net using lateral branches. Initiated flowering with an extended dark period (32hrs) prior to switching light regime at the beginning of the week - this practice is supposed to promote a faster initiation of flowering by the plant. Light green spots and other spots noted on big fan leaves, possibly a calcium or other deficiency. Spots are lighter shade, irregular though some are circular. End up turning bronze colour dust. No pests have been spotted during extensive inspections. The problem remains to older leaves only and doesn't seem to be affecting any new growth. I also think I may have some Nitrogen toxicity due to my CalMag solution having a NPK ratio of 6-0-0. Getting some low N solution this week so hopefully that will address any impact on the flowering stage. The plant still seems to be strong, forming strong branches and massive fan leaves. Growth is being tucked under the net to fill it up. Pruned a few stems and leaves from below the canopy which may never see the light of day. Run-off EC still remains below target. Tracking run-off volume/EC/pH at every fertigation event as I manage the feed EC to monitor what the plant is doing/feeding. Fertigation is maintained now to once a day (at lights on) to maintain the target EC. Light period is during the night time to better maintain heat/humidity conditions during light off period (which happens during daytime). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The grow setup includes ; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 (gives me great control over the environment) - ventilation fans - aquarium heater for nutrients solution (for winter use only) - small oil heater (for winter use only) - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots (as final pots) and 3.5L general plastic pots (for seedling stage) - Canna Coco substrate mixed with 40% perlite - GHE Flora Trio as base nutrients and various additives - pH and EC/TDS meters - 2x Govee Thermo/Hygro meters (one at canopy, the other at the roots level - these allow for external monitoring and recording) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some strain info from Royal Queen Seeds ; An amazing mix of genetics background - Its true genetics are unknown. Some say OG Kush is a mix of ChemDawg with a Lemon Thai and Pakistani Kush. Others say that it’s just a special cutting of ChemDawg from the early 90s. The most obvious trait of OG Kush is its strong, unique, very dank, slightly citrus aroma, almost like fuel or strong detergent. The flavour of OG Kush is equally as strong and dank, with a long-lasting aftertaste. Strong mental and physical high - OG Kush is an extremely strong cannabis strain, with most experienced smokers listing it as one of their favourites. The effect is as strong physically as it is mentally. Though its effect is like an Sativa, the strain's genetics are mostly Indica. The effect is as strong and complex as the flavour. OG Kush takes around 8 weeks to flower and on average the yield is 500 grams per plant.
