This week everything remains stable with no significant changes. The plant continues developing well, so I’m just maintaining the current conditions and letting her do her thing 🌸💪

Took well to defoliation Weather is so bad, she is not getting any sun. Looks like it'll be like this for the foreseeable future :( The top was getting too bushy so I did some lst and opened her up to take up max sun on the odd day that it shines

Straw-Lectric Lemonade-STRNG Seed W10 F1 01/11-17 These strawberry collection gals are taking off like rockets during this early stretch. Cadillac1 and S. Trop Cherry 2 have grown at least 15 inches this week. I cannot push them to the edge anymore. Pics show them pressed up against the light. What to do? My hubby suggested cutting them off-you should have seen the look I gave him. I decided to do more super cropping of the tallest branches. These girls were 56 and 57 inches from the soil to their tops. As tall as me but an additional 15inches due to the pot. I tried to bend the stem by about 10inches, so the tops are about the same as the other plants in the tent. Fingers crossed they slow down. Since the dots did not arrive before the transplant, I decided to use TPS1 and start during the first week of flower. That’s now. The mix for early bloom is as follows: TPS1 14ml/g Silica Gold 3ml/g I needed to add 3ml/g of Calmag to raise the pH after accidentally lowering it too much. 1/10 66.5F, 6.22 ph & 1023 ppm 1/14 70.3F, 6.42 ph & 1007 ppm Pics 1/11 !st flower week defoliation and lollipop for all the Strawberry collection. 1/16 More super cropping of Cadillac1 and 1st time Trop Cherry2. General observations: I usually use Air pots but these can be messy when water squirts out the side holes. I decided to use the 5Gal fabric pots AC Infinity provided when I got the tent. The fabric pots hold moisture longer than the air pots and since I have to water with at least a gallon, the humidity increases to 85%. This is way out of range for early bloom. Also, the ventilation fan increases to 10 which is very loud and only helps a small bit. I noticed that after defoliation the RH came down to the upper 60%. Not optimal but better. I should have defoliated in week 3 of veg to reduce the humidity in early flower. The only time my environment is optimal is when it’s close to the next watering day. Then it goes right back up after watering. It has been very cold here and the tent temperature barely gets above 73f. Increasing the tent temperature would help the VPD. When the plants were touching the lights, I held the lights at 80%. I just increased to 100%. 1/16 Strawberry Cadillac #1 56 before super crop 46”after #2 44“ Strawberry Trop Cherry #1 28” #2 57” before 47” after Straw-Lectric Lemonade #1 38” #2 45” Important dates 11/9 Germination 11/25 Transplant to 1.5 gal, 12/1 Topped, Pinned and removed 2 large center leaves 12/5 Repositioned pins and removed lowest fan leaves 12/16 Topped 4 tops on each plant except Cadillac1 (first topping) and put manuka honey on the cut. 12/24 Transplant to 5 gal 12/27 Defoliate all 12/28 Flip to 12/12 1/05 Supercrop Cadillac #1 at the joint where I topped her. 1/11 !st flower week defoliation and lollipop for all the Strawberry collection. 1/16 More super cropping of Cadillac1 and 1st time Trop Cherry2. Not really much to report as I'm now just waiting to give her a good trim once the stretch is done... Moved around to get the ones under the 300 under the 6 and vice versa to level out the growth as the ones under the 600 are more rapid Shooting out pistills everywhere looki g absolutely fabulous lol... smell is to die for you just wanna smoke it right now!! Went up a bit on the feed as still not showing any signs of visable nute burn so were tryna push her without going over the edge looking really healthy and just about to give then a feed before these pics.. Really cant wait till shes done because what a treat she is keep an eye out for next weeks update when we do our flower period defoliation to get as much light to her budsites coz that's all we want! Here we go, my first attempt to be blown away by the most designer genetics I could find. Spoke with GreenMachine back in November 2019 on getting these, watched him do it first in his version of hempy buckets (do check him out, quite unique) 6 plants run in 4 gallon hempy buckets 30% perlite, 70% coco. Top feed twice daily till resevoir spills out of the buckets. Will up it in flower to at least 3 feedings. All drains to waste Room is dialed in. See my build journal, this space is in a non climatised garage. Insulation and air conditioning are key, as well as odor control for my neighbors sake. Growing out 4 phenos to look for the frostiest nuglet and will then clone it over the winter for next years run. Week 21 I've removed the most recent added Biotab because it's almost time to harvest. Because I wrapped a wire around it I could easily pull it out, see photo. I might've removed it earlier because common practice says it's better not to have excess Nitrogen in the late stage of flowering. But I like to experiment and also hope that the healthier the plant is the more resilient it is to heat stress and mold. Her scent is lovely a bit spicy, sweet, fruity and strawberry gum.

2/8 Week 13 ! Her drinking is falling, almost a quart less today. Moving into flush range as the hairs are beginning to curl and seeing some small showings of amber. Reducing the Bloom nuets to 5ml until I see its time to change again, increasing PK slightly. Prob two days then go to full PK (15ml) to take her into flush. Plan a fast flush with an agent to speed things along. 2/9 Fed 5ml/gal CT Bloom A/B 12ml/gal Peak Another day 2/10 Leaving feeding as is, building nicely leaving the plant positioned as is think this is the best compromise between all the plants in the tent. Not sure how long this will go at this point, but not cutting her short for anything. Pics 2/12 Beginning to back off the PK leaving the CocoTek at a low dose. Plan to have the PK gone in a day or so but leaving the CT until flush. Just following some new ideas on using PKs and Finishers. Pics and vid of buds using a couple of filters just trying to show these two foot long buds without messing with the dark cycle. Hope it helps 2/13 Pics that you can actually see! Due to some issues, one is on this grow (I need to increase potency on Tara), changing out the HPS for MH for a while, may finish under it depends on the other grow. Looking at the trics I have decided to drop the PK and go to normal levels of Bloom nuets until flush. Continuing to keep her cleaned out as much as needed so light gets all the way down. 2/14 Pics of the rearranged tent to end the week, Realize now how much time switching the lights to 12-12 has added to Tara's finishing time. Had no real choice but its a point learned. Happy with her progress
