Week 12

Black Muffin Harvest Report The Black Muffin Monster really impressed me. She grew into a beautiful and strong plant with dense, resinous buds and an amazing aroma. Unfortunately, I suspect she developed a fungal infection, probably Fusarium, which forced me to remove about four side branches. Still, the rest of the plant stayed healthy and finished strong. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and excited to see how she turns out after drying and curing. It was a great experience despite the challenges.

Buenas, hoy subo mi primera semana con las Juan Herer! Me siento muy emocionado, este es mi primer cultivo de exterior. El cultivo lo empiezo en interior y para fin de septiembre lo trasplanto afuera directamente en la tierra. A ambas plantas le puse un nombre particular, #1 Gina Herer, #2 Juana Herer.

Bastante bonita, buen producción a pesar de que le dio botrytis en la copa principal y tuve que cortar por prevención. Un olor muy original, honestamente me gusto mucho, la considero fácil de cultivar con un plan de nutrientes medios.

06/07/2024 : almost done, waiting a few days more to harvest the other half. With direct lighting, lower buds are getting purple too. I vaped a 5 days dried sample : of course it didn't taste good yet but there was a noticeable fruity touch and a powerfull earthy one. I experienced long lasting light stone effect, quite surprising for me! I'll recheck after 2 weeks curing. 06/10/2024 : no camera today so sorry for poor quality pics. I trimmed dried buds and got 43g with a decent amount of kief (from trim then shaked) that turned in 3.2g hash. All this just with top buds...😀 Then I checked BB and saw that every upper buds turned purple so I decided to harvest a second time and let all the green material on the plant for another time. I removed all fan leaves and biggest sugar ones, debudded and got 176g wet buds (part 2) that went to drier.

The plants doing very well. Since the topping they already filling out all the space again. I will give them around one more week before i send them into flower. I am still surprised that my soil coco wormcasting mix still gives them all they need and that I can’t see any nutrient deficiencies at all. I guess the pot size is the key for it. The clones not having any roots so far but still doing well. In the next upcoming days they will show up. Update: All looks kind of ok but since I water with rainwater the plants look like they missing cal. Mag. …. Coco problem with soft water. The RH is still too high but I think I really need to get a dehumidifier. All the cuttings/clones are alive but still don’t have any roots so put down the ph from 6,4 to 5,6 and I also put some root fertiliser into the tank…

Been a great couple months. Lol. Coast of Maine feed has been great with a smidge of Gaia green powerbloom. She's fed about every two weeks. The tsp per gallon is of soil she's in. Not really an exact measurement because I just kinda grab some with my hand and mix it with my homemade horse compost and top her off. She seems to be happy though.

Hello Diary. The first week of vegetation is over. The plants thrive nicely, look healthy and satisfied. Watermelon grew 10 cm in the first week of vegetation. In addition to the nutrients that I mixed into the soil at planting, I started adding BioBizz’s Root-Juice. I regulate the humidity with a humidifier, so the humidity varies between 50% and 60%. Along with Watermelon on the “farm” are two Purple Punch Auto, who keep him company, with one Purple Punch not sprouting right away so I had to repeat the germination. Let’s see what the first week looked like. 27/01/2021 - Day 1. Official first day of vegetation. 29/01/2021 - Day 3. Watering. I prepared 4 liters of water but each plant got about 1 liter. p.H. I regulated with Plagron’s Lemon Kick at 6.2. and added 4ml / lit Root-Juice from BioBizz. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 22.9 degrees and 50% humidity. 02/02/2021 - Day 7. Photographing and watering. After the photo shoot, I watered the plants, each getting about 1.5 lit. This time I didn't add any extras I just adjusted the p.H to 6.3. and the water temperature was 20.2 degrees. Was a difficult plant to maintain. Keeping her from getting rot was no easy task but she pult through and I got some really tasty bud, pungent, sweet and earthy. Some berrie taste. Really nice.

Everything is going very well no deficiency or over feeding I raised the ppm from 650-800 area to right at 1000 plants really seemed to appreciate that the best thing about this entire grow is the day to day progress you can very easily see this strain has been awesome and fun . Just did probably the last major defoliation the girls will see from here on out im just going to let them do there thing well thats all I got til next week 😎😎😎

they are all growing great and starting to get taller. a very robust plant and very easy to grow and maintain. they are getiing 1/2 the recommeneded dose of nutrients 3 times a week

Last week went well. She has started showing signs of flowering and is showing some promise. She is drinking a decent amount and is starting to stretch I believe. I'm happy to see that I am going to get a decent turnout from her when I almost abandoned her in the beginning. I have used lst and supercropping to even out the canopy and it created what will be several tops. Plant took it well and handled being topped well. I think she will have a few decent colas if all goes well. Until next time happy growing to everyone!

Attempted a kind of mainline technique again, this time the plants have really responded to it, and have exploded with new growth after every watering. Last time i tried mainlining i stunted the growth badly (See "RQS Blue Cheese Fem" diary). I have never seen a plant respond so well to watering though, its amazing, i notice new growth within hours of watering, every time so far!
