Day 77-84 (April 17th-24th) (Day 78) I honestly cant believe I’ve been vegging this long. The growth for almost 80 days of veg is laughable. I’ve compiled a little list of what has gone wrong so far. - I added too much glacial moraine which made the soil too water retentive - I’ve been foliar feeding too much kelp - I gave too many bloom nutrients for a plant in veg - EDIT: DID NOT WATER ENOUGH AT ONCE The plants have been drooping like crazy this past week and I’m going to try watering in a full gallon per plant. I first thought it was from the medium not drying out enough, soil compaction ect. and I’m sure those are definitely areas where my soil mix could improve but the bottom of the container is pretty damn dry. I could actually be under watering despite soaking the top with 500ml a day. I’m going to sit the pots on some plastic sheeting so they don’t evaporate as much from the bottom and water in a full gallon each making sure I get some runoff. I was going to wait until I get my air pump but fuck it, it’s coming tomorrow afternoon. The pots are so big that they’re not fully wetting to the bottom even with a gallon. I’m going to try to water in a gallon every 4 days while keeping the top soil moist with the sprayer. In hindsight 6 plants in 5-7 gallon pots would be the most ideal. (Day 79) Holy fuck did a full gallon watering make a difference. I should have been doing this the whole time. All 4 plants are praying and stretching upward like crazy. They just look more vigorous and happy within a day. I bet they will be even happier with that supplemental air. If things stay this smooth I should be able to flip around day 84, possibly earlier. Got my air pump in the mail today. This is kind of a shot in the dark so hopefully it works. It’s super loud and vibrates like crazy. First I’m going to try running it 24/7 and see if there is any improvement over the next few days. If it does work, I’ll try running it on my humidity controller so it’s not constantly humming and will only turn on when the humidity is high. I’m going to turn the night time temps down to 70f to prevent root problems now that I’m watering much bigger amounts less frequently and it’s getting warmer during the day. (Day 81/Day 1F) Ever since I’ve been watering in the proper amounts I have seen an absolute explosion in growth. I’ve decided to flip today, now that I’m confident my soil mix isn’t completely fucked. I might run into some N/mg problems during the stretch so I will make sure to give a final foliar feeding around the end of week 1. (Day 3F) So I’m literally seeing dwc growth rates now. Plants have grown more in the last 5 days than the last 3 weeks. If I had stayed at this pace of growth since day 1, I would have an 8 foot tall plant or I would be halfway through flower already. Oh well. Good learning experience. *grits teeth* I’m going to put up the second layer of trellis before these girls stretch out of control. Bbb#3 is seriously stretchy and will likely more than double in size in the next 2 weeks. The other 4 are all quite stout and bushy. I’m giving a light, preemptive defoliation each day and picking off some of the lower sucker branches. I will do a full strip around day 21F.

Week 1 Crucial week: plantlet are vulnerable. Vertical stretching; I add some soil on the base of the plants. No ventilation just air humidifier and heat mat. Light ts 1000 - 25% - 15h No really watering, just water spraying

4/22/21 - I’m staying on the nutrient feed schedule above (Week 2). I will switch to Week 3 on the schedule next week. Something might be eating one of the leaves but we couldn’t find any bugs (see pics). I fed them both with nutrients. 4/23/21 - I think the “bug problem” might be nutrient burn from accidentally getting the nutrients on the actual leaves. The plants are looking good today. Lots of growth underneath. The plants have grown half an inch since last week! 4/24/21 - Watered with nutrients again today. Going to start doing nutrients every other day. Plants are doing great, might need to defoliate again tomorrow. 4/25/21 - Lowered the light today and adjusted the fan to hit the plants better. One of the plants is feeling a little wilted to the touch, going to keep an eye on it over the next few days. 4/26/21 - Watered the plants with water today. (Ph 6) The wilted feeling plant hasn’t shown much improvement. Did some defoliation this morning. *Gave both plants a one gallon flush with Sledgehammer* 4/27/21 - I did not water the plants today. I am going to let the soil dry completely before I water again. The plants seem to be doing well since the flush. 4/28/21 - Today I watered both plants with nutrients. The wilted feeling plant feels much better today.

Well look at this little girl growing up in a hurry! Doubled in size this week and starting to branch out nicely. Just ending the veg phase, as I'm seeing pistils starting to pop out all over the place. She's a nice healthy colour, albeit a bit smaller than the other strains but she is just starting flower so should see stretch next few weeks. Very hands off otherwise, just watching her do her thing. Lights hitting 520 umol/s

Welcome growers With this week, the vegetation phase is ended for this pretty PINK KUSH 🌳 She has a very big leaves, even more than my hands and the stem is very prominent It's a vigorous strain and for now dosen't request to many attention...like almost any plants if they are in a good envroiment She has also react well at the topping last week and in a few days im going to cut off some leafs for a better airflow and light penetration.. A little bit of stress, in a right way and at the right time, it's always good Anyway.. In this last seven days i have reduced the lights cycle from 16/8 on/off to 14/10 on/off 💡 At the same time i have increase the intensity of my two led SP3000 from 50% to 75% and im going to put them at the maximum potency after the switch at 12/12 The two led panel are connected with a cable and i have only to adjuste the dimmer of one of them for change the intensity of each one, in just one move.. About nutrients 👇 In this week i still giving their always organic/veganic nutrients.. A little bit of silicium (Bionova) / Activator (Biomagno) / Crescita (Biomagno) / Activera (Biobizz) / Grow vegan (Bionova) / The Missing Link (Bionova) / X-Cell (Bionova) / Bioheaven (Biobizz) for the first time and a little bit of P-K 3-5 (Bionova) {not in spray solution but mixed with the othersone in to the water} Like i usually do, a little bit of everything at any watering 💧 Works great to mee 💯 And that's all.. This week starts off with 11 hours and 55 minutes of sunlight and ends with 11 hours and 40 minutes of daylight hours. It is also dipping down to 7 degrees Celsius at nights. Rain is also expected next week. I caused the stalk to re-veg in a place it was covered with the black plastic sheet. The plastic was causing such a humid situation it infected the previous cut stems sites, it was doing damage to the stalk for being put on too early. Other symptoms included drying of the stem where the starting from where the plastic sheet covered the infection site, I looked under the sheet after this and found the infection site, The infection had initiated at a stress point in the branch. The humidity caused by the plastic sheet, caused the stem to tear at two points. Another symptom was the leaves changing colors and crunching up. Under the plastic sheet was a completely lighter color of stem. This explains why I was able to LST the main cola, it also explains the nutrient burn, as the plant is craving vegetative nutrients. I will most likely get some hermaphrodite genes in the already pollenated seed sacks due to this stalk re-veg. To fix this, I removed the sheet and the new vegetative growth. I applied 0.5% hydrogen peroxide to the infected areas.(WARNING: This bud will be toxically non smokable or consumable) I fed the plant 3 tablespoons of Epsom salt, and covered it with 40 liters of pro-mix soil for when the rain comes. I also added the open sided greenhouse for the rain covering, as this plant is fighting a waterborne infection. I low stress trained the main cola, in order to create airflow, and secondary colas. If I did not LST the colas the stem rot would have reached them and turned into bud rot. The airflow created by cola LST and the hydrogen peroxide causes the infected areas to only slightly increase, infection spreading noticeable after a week. The re-veg will also benefit with the infection recovery, even though It kind of is a result of a cause. I also started feeding the plant 900ml of water in the heatwave so the water uptake content would not cause the fungus to thrive. I also raised the branch up with a support so the infection would have a hard time moving with the nutrients and water. It doesn't appear to be spreading, and has been treated two times within the past three days. I plan to treat it a few more times before the rain. I also used concrete slabs at the base to ensure the root base was warm at night . I think she will pull through this fungus infection with the photoperiodic stress shock created by the humidity of wrapping of the stem. Cannabis is supposed to die at 12 degrees Celsius. I am hoping the outcome of the greenhouse test will also determine the daylight hours the cannabis will die at. I mean I am expecting it to die when daylight hours reach 9. Will be adding photos to harvest.

Most of them made it only 1 six shooter definitely didnt make it and a cream cookies is a lil stuck. I threw a mexican airlines in the old six shooter cup but just letting it germinate in the soil I havnt done that in a while. They are going to get another feed tmm. The medium is a 50/50 coco/soil mix since I'm using the green buzz and its organic I figured a little soil might be beneficial. Day 7 from germination they should be ready to go into their final pots in the next few days.
