01/19 - Both ladies had a bucket change today ... and afterwards had to endure haircuts... Upped the EC to 0.9 ... hoping they will now accept it without complaints. They're "in bed" for a few hours now and I won't be able to tell if they're reacting to the higher EC until this evening at the earliest... crossing my fingers! Am getting my new, taller tent on Tuesday (if the weather doesn't delay it!) and will have a scrog net already to go... 01/20 - This morning, the EC was down and the pH way up - lots of adjustments! Gave both of them some KoolBloom liquid (GG was showing signs of a phosphorus deficiency and I can't have that!), increased their food by 0.5tsp of each of the Flora series... they kind of told me they were pretty hungry since they plowed through the nutes I have them during the bucket change .. and the heightened pH told me the same... Took their EC to 1.0 and got the pH down to 6.2/6.3 which I think should be good... will monitor them throughout the day to see how they do with all of my ministrations... Meanwhile, the tent can't come fast enough!!!! They're REALLY starting to stretch! 01/21 - Ladies are doing wonderfully - had to adjust the nutes/pH a couple of times yesterday. The indications of a phosphorus deficiency haven't continued and actually GG's leaves, which had a blueish haze to them, have retreated back to their green... still a SLIGHT tinge of blue but I think she'll be ok... if not, more PK will be on her menu... Getting even more anxious for the new tent... Tuesday can't come fast enough and I hope the upcoming snowstorm doesn't delay delivery! 01/22 - The ladies are PLOWING through the nutes and demanding more every day... this is wild! I gave OG a haircut only 3 days ago and she's needing another one... leaves lying on leaves creating puddles overnight... not good! GG doesn't seem to have that problem so she's going to stay away from the defol scissors.... both of them are racing upwards and the situation is getting desperate for a SCROG net... if I do nothing else on Tuesday but get the new tent up, set up the net and lollipop these babies, I don't care... it HAS to be done! Hurry up, Tuesday! Can't you come tomorrow instead?! Sigh.... 01/23 - Know what I really REALLY love?! I love learning... and you know how I learn the BEST? By making mistakes!! You just don't learn from your successes!! And I learned something today that was really valuable! I learned that I don't have to go into panic mode when I lose power.... know how I learned that? When I opened the tent this morning to check on these ladies, measure their EC and pH and see how much water they'd consumed, I found out GG's pump wasn't connected!! I hadn't remembered to plug it back in yesterday morning when I was finished with that task! So her pump had been off for 24 hours... and not a peep from her. Now I know. Now I know! Tomorrow can't come fast enough for me OR the ladies... as you can see in the photos, GG is doing an amazing stretch and I've GOT to get that scrog net on her (I've already started lollipopping in anticipation)... HAVE to get those lights raised! Neither of which I can do in the present set-up... I need that new tent!!! I won't update this tomorrow until I've got the new set up and can show y'all... well... that is, IF the tent is delivered tomorrow! Raging snow storm today.... Sigh... 01/25 - Yesterday was consumed with getting this tent up and the ladies into their new home. I'm incredibly impressed with @ACInfinityINC.. their tents are just incredible! My old tent wasn't all that old but too short for me now that I'm growing in DWC so I ordered their CloudLab642 and can't believe the improvements that have been made - and I didn't think they needed ANY improvement! From the zipper guard that hides the zipper to make sure there are NO light leaks to the straps that hold the bottom "tray" in place, they just keep thinking of better ways to do things. And I may be daft but it seems this is even sturdier than my old one - and my old one was incredibly sturdy!! I wouldn't even CONSIDER any other tent... and I'm hoping to get their new light for a 2x4 tent when they release it.. (240W!!!!) because if their tents are any indication, everything this company touches is absolute gold - and should be the gold standard for growers everywhere. Love them! AND it's got my cat's stamp of approval! :-D (Now to get the mounting bars up... should have read those instructions before I put up the tent but no matter... my fault!) - oh yeah, the plants are doing great, too! LOL!

Things are trucking along nice and fast. Buds visibly bigger by the day. Nice trichome development going on. Not much smell unless you agitate them and they go crazy.

Starting to see a few tiny hairs coming through, I imagine next week we will be hitting early stages of flower. Noticed a few of the bigger fan leaves were starting to shade the new nodes, so a defoliation was in order. I put the ScrOG net in yesterday, that has really helped the light get to the new growth. She is 3 feds into having nutrients, and so far no issues.. touch wood it stays that way!

Harvest time is here for Grandaddy Bruce, dense sticky frosty buds. Very happy with the results so far, for the first time growing this strain. Will update in 7 days with dry weight and smoke report. 48 grams dry, smooth smoke.

Hola. Once again this little f**ker just stand there doing anything. 2 others didnt ever sprout. Humidity was between 20-25% so i bought humidifier there for 10 bucks. Raised it to 50% over night. Lets hope best and see you next week.

not sure where the dry weight thing went but i dont fill in wet weight. who even weighs there whole plant? dry yield is 269gram of pure bud. Grown in a 22liter pot with biobizz lightmix soil and greenhousefeeding bio line this smells so hard that my neigbor called the cops. she even smelled it in her apartment so its game over for me because off this plant. never came across such a weed smelling strain in the 8 years that im growing. hope to be back in 6 months or so.

Amber trichichomes have started appearing. Moved them to a smaller box for the last few days as it's a bit cooler.

Super blütenwoche, warmes, sonniges Wetter, nur ein kleiner Schauer. Sie wachsen prächtig und ziehen keine Schädlinge an, wie andere Sorten. Sattes grün, keine Nährstoffdefizite. Auch no.1 mit der Mutation der Blatt Oberfläche ist hochgewachsen und blüht. Besser als der Apple fritter Auto Mutant. Der stemrub geruchstest lässt mich in begeisterter Erwartung ungeduldig werden. Cultivation was very easy in terms of vegetation and up to half of flowering, where I encountered difficulties and ended up postponing their harvest. drying Purple presented 220g wet and 39g dry. I can smell a fruity scent on it and I see a lot of resin. I'm happy with the result but I still want a 50g plant.

Grow Report — Week 6 From Seed (12/12 From Seed · Early Flower / Week 2 Flowering Transition) Quick Recap (for new joiners) This is a 12/12-from-seed run, now entering Week 6 from seed, which we can comfortably call early flower / second week of flowering transition — though we don’t obsess over labels. We follow the plants, not the calendar. Two plants, two approaches: • Plant A: Metal clips + harder structural training, with a short 18/6 period earlier on, plus LST • Plant B: Pure 12/12 from seed, gentle LST and leaf positioning only Both plants are now fully in flower mode, no doubt about it, just expressing it differently, which is expected and welcomed. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment Update • Day temperature: ~28°C (successfully raised) • Humidity: ~65% Even though it’s still a bit cold outside, increasing plant mass, higher lighting intensity, and added under-canopy lighting have turned the tent itself into a stronger and more stable heat source. This allowed us to stabilize conditions naturally, without forcing anything — exactly how we like it. Lighting & Atmosphere • PPFD: ~600–850 (depending on plant size and position) • CO₂: ~900 ppm Airflow • Unchanged and dialed in • Vortex extraction • Cross-winds with multiple fans • Constant, gentle movement across the canopy The goal remains the same: fresh air, no stress, no stagnation. ⸻ 💧 Feeding & Nutrition Strategy This week marks an important and intentional nutritional transition. • EC: 2.4 • pH: 6.5 From this point forward, all feedings will be pH 6.0 and above. Why? As flowering progresses, nutrient uptake priorities shift. A slightly higher pH improves the availability of key elements needed for bloom development, and the plants are clearly asking for it. Nutrient Change • Introduced: Terra Bloom — 5 ml/L • Removed: Terra Grow This switch is happening now, not earlier, because the plants have clearly entered the flowering transition. No rush, no shock — just listening to plant signals and responding accordingly. The current Plagron-based approach continues to perform exceptionally well, and plant response has been outstanding so far. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Behavior & Training Notes Both girls are looking amazing, each in their own way. • The metal-clip + harder-trained plant looks structured, composed, and confident • The pure LST plant is expressive, vigorous, and stretching beautifully The plant that experienced a short 18/6 period is currently smaller, noticeably so — which is interesting and worth observing. Not better, not worse — just different. Different light histories, different training styles, different expressions. This is exactly why side-by-side approaches are so valuable. Both plants are: • Healthy • Actively flowering • Responding positively to the environment and nutrition Plant A — Canopy Management Note This was also the week where a light, selective defoliation was performed on Plant A to open the canopy slightly and improve light penetration. She is clearly more advanced in flower development, visually closer to what would normally be considered around day 21 of flowering, and the timing felt right. Only larger, blocking leaves were removed — no stripping, no stress — just enough to: • Improve airflow • Expose developing flower sites • Support her more advanced flowering pace The plant responded calmly and confidently, confirming that the intervention was well-timed and appropriate. They’ve also been in and out of the studio for photos — and they handled it like champions. Estuvimos un poco desaparecido por andar un poco desmotivado pero aquí vamos nuevamente, las nenas van bastante bien en la semana 8 la cambiamos a maceta de 3.5L y aprovechamos de darle GREAT WHITE SHARK, la técnica que usamos es de amarrar el central ya que le hicimos supper cropping y apical a nuestro central, amarramos el apical que le hicimos super cropping y le dimos fuerza a varios brazos. Para ir controlando la altura de los brazos le hicimos poda a pical a los que estaban tomando más altura y así poder ir equiparando los brazos. La verdad que no se cuantos brazos tengo que sacar y aun me quedan unas 4 semanas para poder desocupar mi armario de floración y poder pasarlas a flora, así que intentaremos hacer una muy buena estructura antes de pasarlas a floración. La defoliación la aplico cada vez que saco foto ósea semanal y trato de ir manteniendo de a 4 nudos o 6 nudos La alimentación se mantiene igual lo que si no se si lo dije pero: Rhizotonic: Lo estoy usando solo en trasplantes y cuando hago alguna poda. Cannazym: Lo estoy usando 1 vez por semana. Orca y Myco Chum: Lo estoy usando 1 vez cada 1-2 semanas Alimentación diaria: Calmag, silicia, supervit y canna coco a+b Alimento a cada una con 250-350 cc de solución, 2 horas que encienden las luces y 2 horas antes de que se apaguen. Gracias a esta receta no eh tenido tanta variedad en mi runoff y las nenas se mantienen muy sanas. Saludos

Very healthy looking seedling, starting to grow very fast, she's got a great size for 14 days only and I think I'll transplant her in a couple of days more when she is 17 days or so like the other ones in this run, they grow extremely fast under the tsl2000 by mars hydro, very happy with the results I'm achieving in terms of growth, I hope the same in flower! I have Transplanted this lady into her definitive 11l pot on February 6th which is her day 17 since she was planted, she's 4 days younger than the rest of the plants in this 2x4 run, she's looking very healthy and strong, let's see how she keeps developing herself!
