Let's call it Fuego RSO.. 😎 you will need: 30g / 1 ounce trim or flowers, ground coarsely or blitzed 1 litre alcohol (better the expensive one which is food safe, butthen it would be nice to have a distiller to catch it.. so i take rubbing alcohol 99,9%) a cheap rice cooker, you need to be able to operate it with an open lid, and it needs to switch to keep warm function by itself! a USB cup heater a container for mixing the weed with the alcohol, made from ceramic or glass or something a stick for stirring a container to catch the green liquid (alcohol is magically dissolving many colors and other things so make sure you use the right materials here) a straining cloth, sieve, coffee filter etc to seperate the plant material from the green alcohol trichomes solution a scraper or spatula a heat proof glass to put on the USB heater for last finish a glass container or cyringe to store the finished oil some coconut oil and some small glass jars ° first you pour half of your alcohol over the flowers or trim and then stir for several minutes ° sieve the material, catch the green liquid ° put the material back into the bowl and mix with the other half of the alcohol, repeat ° put the minimum demanded amount of liquid in the rice cooker and switch on, stay there!!! keep the lid a bit open, this is really prone to catch fire now. i do it in the garden when it's windy.. Lollipopped some sucker strains. Not so shure about the grow. Some leaves are burning, overall light green color showing up at the bigger leaves. Buds are smaller compared to the mother of this clone. Watering is still tricky, it takes more then 4L untill i see some drain-water coming out. I think i need to watering less and less frequently. Smell is nice and lots of trichomes showing up. Stay tuned, 4 weeks to go!

Girls started growing so fast due to the Aloe Vera Juice I had to flop them into flower early. They are just reeking of 🍋 right now smells like I'm in a lemon orchard. I think they are about done the transition. Hope they don't stretch much more.

Wow just wow the strain is a keeper so far she stinks ,trains well and grows fast .. The tent stinks and she is really doing her part in that , the plant sucks up a lot of water and nutrients ... Buds are getting huge and extremely frosty. Looks like growth is starting to taper down a bit which is good because the temps and humidity outside have been rough. I think shes only going to go another week or until the weather starts getting bad because i don't think she can handle another round of storms like we had last week with all these fat juicy buds.

Orange has bounced back amazingly after my light mess up and has settled back into a life of flower , it appears the only damage is that it added a few weeks onto the grow .

2 weeks remaining according to the fastbuds beginning to harvest chart. Both plants are looking great and smelling strong. I just wish it would be more of a yield and hoping for heavy dense buds. Cant wait to try these strains.

September 22, 2026 Unfortunately, not everything goes as planned. That wasn't my intention at all, since the only reason I'm here is to show the plant's true potential. Since I wasn't very careful, the plant is experiencing unnecessary stress, but it's nothing that can't be fixed—in fact, even for more serious mistakes, there's a solution. Just don't forget that Mother Nature is in charge. 🗓️ Day 22-25 - Vegetative phase: As you can see in the first image, unfortunately, while removing the fan leaves, the scissors nicked the main stem. At first, it didn’t seem like a big deal, but since there were clips holding the stem at a 90-degree angle for the LST, the cut opened up even more. I had to abandon the LST and focused solely on securing the main stem and carefully wrapping tape around the cut. The plant has never lost its rigidity, but it's always a good idea to seal the wound right away to prevent fungus or to keep the plant from losing its ability to transport nutrients to the top. 🗓️ Day 26-27 - Vegetative phase: Obviously, this week will simply be “wasted”; the plant will focus all its energy on healing, and as expected, there will be very little vegetative growth. I limited the nutrients because the plant experienced a big stress due to buildup in the soil; Will only use water until I see the first signs that it’s transitioning to the flowering phase. Today, I switched the LED settings to BLOOM (red lights). 🗓️ Day 28-29 - Vegetative phase: Luckily for me, the Wedding Cake strain is very resilient, and so is my determination to show the final result even after all this stress—I don't like discarding plants just for the sake of it... As you can see, it’s actually healing well. After 5 days, I replaced the tape to put on a new one and refresh the cut area. The plant never lost its rigidity or strength. Today I just made the final LST adjustment, but not on the main stem—since I can’t do anything with it for now—but I spread the side branches further apart to make room for light to get through the middle. I created this diary at the end of January but due some problem with the new drip system (too ph oscillations), I decided to go back to my first love: the DWC. This time, however, I decided to build my own DWC, taking into account the negative aspects that I find in the expensive DWC of various brands. This tank has about 50 liters capacity and on the bottom I have inserted a metal tap that will help me with the solution changes. The lid is made up of two parts, the upper one on which I made a hole in which I inserted a 2 liter planter full of expanded clay and the two root riot; the front part of the lid is magnificent because it opens and allows me to do a quick check of PH and EC. This time I'm going to count the days from the germination date. I'm going to VEG for about 40 days, then switch to 12/12 for about 70 days. I plan on topping the plants during week 4, then defoliation + SCROG during week 5, switch 12/12 during week 6. Then lollipopping at the end of the stretch. In this run I will use my new MARS HYDRO TS1000 2022 (already have one with 2021 MOSO driver), bought a few days ago to test the latest model with the proprietary Mars Hydro driver. I'm sure there will be further improvement in my performance 💪. No sponsor for me yet, what I have is what I bought but I hope someone can help me to bring my crops to the next level.
