20/06/24 (FD 22): Stretch is about done, the smaller skunk plant decided to overtake it's sister and measures now nearly 60cm! I felt like the ladies really needed a haircut, so I gave them a nice one. Took off ~1/3 of the lower leaves + shoots and a bunch of upper fan leaves to bring down humidity & allow for a better air circulation! Weather is still quite shit and it's hard to get dry air during the night time, I just hope I have a good enough ventilation system to prevent mold... Also cranked up the mars hydro TS1000 to 100% and I hope buds will swell nicely from now on!

First flowering week. Purple Lemonade starts to get purple, Tropicana Cookies stretched the last time.

Another solid week at the sauce garden I’m stoked on these girls they all smell amazing, my favorite being the watermelon skittles it smells like grape pie and the lemon autos have a citrus smell to them. The 12/12 watermelon skittles is doing better than I thought she would she’s already full flower mode on her 5 week. Sorry I missed last week I was too busy then.

Transplanted into medium size pots :) they seem to have taken transplant just fine. The smell is also really nice given their small size.

He who stops is lost, as an old saying goes I don't know exactly what the origins are, so here's a new Zamnesia season. We are in the middle of winter and despite growing in an area that isn't the warmest in Europe, it's really cold now. It's 16-18 degrees Celsius in the house and we need to bring the temperature of the propagator growbox between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. So we first placed a layer of those 1 cm thick "rubberized" floors that are used for gyms, they are easily found on Amazon and are very useful for insulation. Then a heated resistance mat and then the closed propagator on top. Inside with our seedlings and the light on at minimum 20% we reached 24 degrees, not bad in fact the germination is proceeding very well. 100% opening of the seeds in water and almost all of them are opening in our biodegradable peat pots. ----- Our Ghost Train Haze were the first to open in water and the first to come out of the ground. Really very very fast both, one a little more after about 16 hours was open in water and after about 30 hours in total was out. Spectacle of nature. Some problems on one with attached seed and placenta read below how to solve, it is the miracle of life at birth you have to keep your eyes open. It is a sativa predominance if it does well we will send it to the AWC competition see what happens. WARNING: Placenta Problems ---- ALWAYS look very carefully at the seedlings, if the seed or the placenta prevent the opening of the cotyledon leaves the plant dies after a while. Remove it delicately as if it were a condom or almost. I apologize for the example but it gives the idea remove slowly delicately please. They are easily found on Amazon in different thicknesses, I took a gym model that is assembled like a puzzle, they are also found in children's shops, they are those floors that are assembled to make children play safely, or to train and to avoid vibrations from equipment or of any kind. 10/13 Day 15 and one week in the large pots. Still no need of watering not concerned as the pots are reasonably fertile, right now they are busy building roots which is just fine. Veg growth will increase just any time now. 10/15 First Watering/feed since transplant a week ago Fish Sh!T 5ml / Cal-Mag 5ml per gal @ 6.1 ph Each got 0.5 gal though I fear some over watering is unavoidable this time think only Maggie is showing the symptoms. 10/16 Explosive growth, more than an inch on Layla and the others are getting it together. May be getting a handle on this. 10/19 The uptick in Brandy and Maggie was not to continue and they worsened making an attempt to fix the issue with a 6.1 PH root drench of Cal-Mag 5ml and Kangaroots 10ml / gal about 2 gal for each plenty of runoff that tested at 6.1 PH. Layla looking great watering tomorrow 10/20 Update Made a spray of 6.5ph water with one tbs / gal Epson Salts and really soaked the leaves of both plants in attempt to help these poor guys, know a new week is due will get to it later 10/21 update When pots dry a bit using a solution of one cup hydrogen peroxide to one gal of 6.5 ph water (lowering ph has done nothing so going back to middle of the road) using as foliar spray as well, not sure if waiting on pots to dry first is called for here so yall chip in if you wish

Week 9 / pictures at 63 days old. So everything has been pretty much the same as last week. No vertical growth but everything looking fatter and frostier! Still soaking up lots of water - 1.5litres every other day with 3ml of bloom nutrients in each. Removed a fair few leaves today - the unhealthy old ones from round the bottom and the ones getting in the way and touching the buds. Purple skunk buds still looking fatter than sticky orange. Sticky orange pistils started turning orange last week so I think she is going to be ready first but with a smaller yield. Purple skunk pistils have started turning orange today. Temperatures are higher this week and have reached 30 in the tent but spring is here so temps in general are higher outside. Was hoping it would stay lower as I really wanted the purple skunk buds to turn purple! They apparently prefer it cold before the purple comes out. But we’ll see what next week brings. I feel like we’re on the home stretch now. Each week gets more and more exciting and I just want them to get FAT! Again, pictures and videos just don’t do them justice - they look so much better in the flesh!
