Day 5 : The Apricot was still stuck in its seed so I decided to remove it. I broke one cotyledon during the process. Hopefully, the second seed was still in the paper towel and was already out of the seed shell. I replaced the plant 1 with the plant 2. The root of the plant 2 seems more developped than the plant 1. So in the end, I guess it's a good thing I broke the cotyledon of the plant 1 because the plant 2 looks stronger. Day 8 : The plants in the soil developed pretty well so I decided to get rid of the back-up seeds and took some pictures before throwing them away. They were all out of their shell with nice root, great seeds! Commencing Week 8: day 50 on January 19th Update is late my sincerest apologies. I will make it up by giving a very thorough smoke report when all is done. Otherwise all is going very well 😁😁👏👏 On day 50 I took the head off of bloody skunk. I checked trichome colors under USB microscope. At least 90% fully milky-white with maybe 5 or 6% Amber and the remainder clear. 😁 On day 55 I gave all of the plants a fan leaf trim including the remaining bottom half of bloody skunk. as I sit here and think about it I believe this will help with ensuring the entire plant ripens and matures at the same time - versus the tops being ready before the bottoms. I still plan on letting the bottoms of all these plants go way beyond the recommended time to see if I can initiate the process of rodelization. Either way I am glad to report that Bloody skunks pollenization looks like it is resulting in some seeds. (See photo). In hindsight my only concern is that because the plant finished a bit earlier than I expected the seeds may not make it to full maturity but I believe it should be okay we'll just have to wait and find out. First I soaked the seed for16 hours. Then I put them in a moist paper towel until they sprouted a tail and I placed them in rockwool. Day three I put them in rockwool. I shot for 50 ppm and put a drop of unsulfured molasses in the water for germination.

F39: growing well. Hasn't really faded, but then again the plant isn't too big so it probably doesn't need to consume itself to get bigger. Still no smell when I touch the plant and the growth is still nice and nug like. Going to be the easiest trim of my life. There's a slow swell on size, I think next week I'll break out the Nikon to get some good up close pics so I can start to follow the trichomes.

This are pictures taken on the first day into the fifth week of flowering for closet plant and seventh week of flowering for window plant. I've kept my daily routine of plucking anything that looks as male growth on window plant (After the first plucking session, I can hardly find any nanners). Also had a moment of OCD in which I tried to find all swollen bracts that contained anything similar to a developing seed. I read that plucking baby seeds out is not really helpful, quite the opposite actually. But I really wanted to learn to identify this sort of growth. I did find quite a few of them (and I'm pretty sure I caused some damage to the buds), but I still think that the plant will yield a decent harvest for my expectations. If anything, it's been a great learning experience. Closet plant doesn't seem to be pollinated at all (I mist the air around both plants quite often to prevent this) , and its growth continues to amaze me. I think it's yield will probably double WP's harvest. This week I dropped window plant's feeding. Giving it Bloom mix that's got way less nutrients. And starting on friday of this same week I'll start flushing the roots (this will continue for it's last 10 days). I'm super excited about this last weeks for both plants. Next will be window plant's last week of life!! Harvest is so close! I think I'll actually miss them.

В помещении, где находится бокс, сейчас довольно сухо, поэтому у меня появился увалажнитель воздуха, объема резервуара хватает как раз на сутки. К концу первой недели подсыпал кокос в горшочки - мне не нужны слишком вытянутые растения, и так мне будет легче их доставать при пересадке, которую планирую на следующей неделе. 8/14/23 - Day 62 - The buds are getting bigger and starting to connect. There are so many buds so close together that for sure these are bound to be big buds. I'm noticing the smell is starting to get stronger as well. The roots are still looking great. We did another water change today, a couple of days late. I just forgot to do it. There are some pictures in here of my RO Water Setup. I have a water hose that I hook to the RO unit, and then it passes a 1:1 ration of water to wastewater. Right now, it's all done manually by me, but I have plans to make it automatic. I had to throw this update in as I was sitting at my computer. I opened the door to where the box is, and my wife said, "WHOA..... things are going well in there, huh?". I was in the room doing some peaking in the box. I then closed the door and went inside. My wife yelled that out from the other room, triggered by using her nose..... lol So now I need to air the room out before I open the door to leave after visiting the box. Lol, I need an airlock of sorts! I actually have a carbon filter and inline fan I could hook up and run when I walk into the room. I can have it turn off after X number of minutes......Looks like another project! 8/15/23 - Quick update. Today is day 63! 8/16/23 - Day 64 - Overnight, she looks much bigger. Another week with 100 degree days and hazardous air. I'm noticing an explosion of new hairs. This is my second grow so I've never seen this. I'm assuming it's some final push but have no idea what to expect in swell. No idea how long it will last. As of Friday, pistals still white. Trichomes starting to cloud. I notice the new hairs having 8 new hairs at a time which means thry still have to grow into a clump of calyxes. Proper feeding is so important. My first crop didn't swell. Underfed and stressed environmentally near the end.
