At the beginning of week 2 the plants have grown fine, but also developed some yellow leaf-tips, which I assume is from the amount of light they receive. Therefore I decide to hang the both LED-fixtures higher. The LUMATEK ZEUS PRO 600W is now at 75 cm distance and the two SANlight Q6W-Gen.2 are at 90 cm distance from the top of the clones of CANNALOPE HAZE from DNA-GENETICS. The humidity inside the HOMEBOX-tent is kept permanently at 60% during veg. The grow-controller GROWBASE PRO from GROWCONTROL does a GREAT job in keeping a constant environment inside my growtent. As a precaution I put up some yellow sticky traps against fungus-gnats and also hang sachets with predatory mites from KOPPERT (=Thripex PLUS) on every plant. This will prevent spider-mites and thrips to invest my tent, since the predatory mites will eat them right away. I LOVE BIOLOGICAL TREATMENTS and decide on it every time instead of using chemicals, because I grow my own medicine here and dont want ANY CHEMICALS on my cannabis! 👍😎 At the end of week two I slightly increase the light intensity again, by adjusting the dimmers of my LEDs. The Lumatek is now set to 50% dimm-level and the SANlights are running at 60%. Until now there is not much difference to see between the two sides, all plants are healthy and doing well.

Flowering week 1: Well an odd affair with the Herz .o.g being a week actually in flower and stretching while the other 2 are just starting to hit flowering. I will keep track and try not to confuse the journal count too much.lpl After last weeks update, I had a busy time dealing with the fungus gnat issue. Thankfully the powder I bought took care of the pot surfaces and is still working on the emerging adults at the moment. The sticky yellow traps are catching a few escapees and hopefully this will eventually kill them off altogether. Seeinf the amount of them rapidly increase on the surface gave me the creeps but also had me worried about the amount them each one would already have laid so many eggs on the soil. Horrible little gits.... Herz O.g has has a good week of growth due to stretch. she has a tall and skinny sativa look to her so I will need to be mindful of how tall she tries to go. She looks nice and healthy with only 2 or 3 bud sites to each growing limb. I think she will need some tying into place to get the best from her. Strawberry Cola is only just showing signs of flowers in her growing tips but her bracts hairs are visible to shownher gender thankfully. She isnt as tall and stretchy as the Herz.og but has more of an indica look to her. She is a more squat looking plant and has some very nice potential mains to play with. Monster Mash has shown flowers for a few days now so is between the 2 other girls for timing. Like the Strawberry , she is smaller in size but has some very nice looking leaves to power her in stretch. I removed some lower small growth and leaves to open the bottom of her up a little before the bushyness starts. lol I am keeping them happy using megacrop alongside the living soil and will also be using shogun products as they finish their stretch period. Another happy week for the exotic girls and now we get to see what they can do in flowering. If they are anything like the Mango cream I am running , I am in for a treat. ... Plants exploded this week once put into the Scrog. All tops topped once this week to help promote all tops below the main canopy to catch up with the rest.

07.12 - Big change this week : the Sweet Dreamz is finally outside for her full life cycle as the tent was overloaded with 4 plants so I took that one out. The plant is now around 80cm in a 7L pot , the structure is tall and a bit stretchy like her parents. I also spread some STS on the lower stem to make a sex reversion and make seeds with the 2nd Plant of that run ( the one I bearly shows you ) and with my other strains like the Cream Cookie , C4 Matic, BlackBerry and 6 shooters from my others diaries , it would be my largest breeding project. Day 63 Going down a bit on top bloom was a good move due that darkening went down... and no more burned tips... so it's not at is max .. now i have room to play with... i like more this color... And starting to add extra PK to the advanced one... PM1 is clearly ahead... then GC2 , GC1 and PM2.... looks like will be a escalated chop at the end... PM2 has already a sweet smell like fruitcandy... PM1 goes more to a diesel side... GC1 & 2 very citrus... with pine.. mixed with sweet tones... will see how developes... See you next week Growmies..

Day 84 - Truckin steady! 2.5 gallons dosage of the above nutes every 4 days! This weeks food has the addition of dry koolbloom (3.1 grams / 2.5 gallons). Just plucking the occasional leaf that looks at me funny, and watering when dry! (every 4 days)
