Tropicanna Poison XL Auto- Outside W10F6 8/17-23 This past week has been rainy and overcast from a tropical storm with temperatures mostly in the upper 80s. We have Hurricane Erin approaching the Bahamas heading northeast with wind gusts of 30-40 MPH. While we won’t be directly hit by the storm, we will get the outer bands of heavy winds and rain. To protect my plants, I brought all the girls inside on Tuesday 19th in preps for the storm. I inspected each one for bugs, rot or anything unusual. She is free and clear of any rot or bugs 8/19 Tropicanna Poison XL auto is 53 days from germination. Sweet Seeds says 60-75 days to harvest so she needs about a week more. Next week with the hurricane approaching, we are expecting rain for most of the week. Given the pending weather conditions for the next couple of weeks, the remainder of the grow will be in the tent where I can control the environment. I also will be using the air conditioner to drop nighttime temperature and maybe bring out pink and red colors. The stems show pink so I’m hopeful. Welcome to week 3 of flower for these fine ladies! As the stretching period comes to and end in about a week or so I'm excited to see the plant's develop their flowers. Some of the plants have already developed quited the frost for their age and as the cycle continues its just going to get more pronounced. Some of the plants are giving off a faint smell now mostly the Banana Smoothie smelling of cream and bananas so far. Overall I'm really pleased with what's going on so far and can't wait for further development of the flowers! Things are moving along as the plants keep stretching like crazy Day#17F Ladies are producing more and more size on their cotton balls while stretching up and stacking hard. Wont be long till we see some giant flowers covered in trichomes! Recap: Things went very well this week, some of the plants are starting to put out a smell and everyone's pumping trichomes like crazy! With about a week or so left on the stretching period I will be looking to place my secondary nets very very soon. I'm looking forward to seeing what the plants smell like and how they continue to develop their flowers!

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Placed 2 of 3 Seedlings into the hydro set-up The third seed will be used for an outdoor soil grow. Will change the water in 1 week to vega and cannazym with rhizotonic. Planning to switch to aqua bloom on day 15. Currently the lights are set back to 75% to save electricity. Once flowering starts I’ll put in on 100%

Hello everyone. This week the plant took of. She's stretched quite a bit during the last days showing her sativa dominance, buds are building up nicely. Day 28 I topdressed with humus and compost mixed with 7-10 grams of organic mineral npk 5-10-15 to give her some extra feeding to start flowering. She's going thirsty every two days now so I alternated water and feeding with humus tea and molasses. Watering volume about 5-6 liters. Only training this week has been removing two or three fan leaves which were occluding the lower buds. I added the 2nd SCROG this week, though the plant has not grown up to it yet. There was a good amount of stretching this week to go along with a lot of loli-popping. Great run so far.

I duno if it's normal but these autos seem to be sprouting 3 or 4 new shoots daily 2from top and two from bottom. It's like someone's automatically pinching the heads while I'm at work. ive never seen a plant grow that quick. Really happy with these so far. Only half way through but there doing amazing. Just have to wait and see what end product is like weather I change from photo period to autos for good. Edit.. Outcome was alright since i had a mite infestation for so long, still happy of what i got out of the plants! will update on dry weight and taste etc. Also that was the first time in grew with “decent” equipment, since i don’t have alot of money to spend i got these quantum boards off alibaba & i’m pretty impressed off what they are able to do!

The Purple Goat Cheese is growing pretty good comming into week 4 of veg she's been topped an a couple leafs plucked off to open up some lower branches to the light over all she's been growing good no problems yet she's been loving this medic grow fold 6 led Ending week 4 the Purple Goat Cheese has started to get some growth with her she's starting to come back good after being topped took a couple extra days but she's starting to pick up on some growth

Week 8 Flower Flush flush flush 💦🚽💦🚽💦 It's extremely important to flush for at least 14 days when using synthetic nutes, or any bottled nutes in my opinion. The aim is to make her cannibalize (fade) as much as possible before she's chopped. By doing this, she's using up her stored nutrients, causing the leaves to eventually die. The better the flush the cleaner the smoke 👌💨 even when in an organic set up, the plant needs to be nicely faded before being harvested. Otherwise she's still full of nutrients. I still feel I'll be able to get an even better flush when I eventually make the switch to RO water, as my tap water holds a ppm value of approx 150. It's not too much, but 0 is always better. She was taken down on Day 57 flower, after a 16 Day flush. I didn't want to take her any further as she was quite stressed being so close to the light. So to avoid getting seeds I waited until she had a beautiful fade before giving her the chop ✂️ I always take my girls down about 30mins before the light turns on so there is minimal chlorophyll production in the plant. This is to ensure the best smell, taste and overall burn after drying and curing. A subtle but very sweet-ish tropical fruit skin kind of smell to her. Her buds are super dense and covered in trichomes. I trimmed off all fan leaves and then each branch was hung in my drying box and placed in a cool area. She was dry after 6 days and ready to be dry trimmed and jarred for curing. I'll post those pics with the harvest update! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺

02/10/2022 Got some pics of #6 in regular light did some defoliating and took some late clones from lower branches soaking up some water. Ps. This week is two days early so my other diary's can be spaced out more.

Caught the start of what looks like a nutrient deficiency. Gave the plant a good soaking with a cal-mag and microbial solution. Will start adding molasses to the mix this week.
