A week with lots of activity from my side, from the Gorilla's side, not so much. She stays behind and I can't find any other reason than genetics/seed quality. She is in exactly the same conditions as the other girls. I'm letting her do her thing. She will give some weed, well see how much. Maybe she is a late-bloomer. She does look lush and healthy so we do not understand but are learning. I put in the scrog net since her roommates need it and lowered the lights and started giving more flowering feed. The light is still awesome, the amount it puts out. We are gonna see what happens coming weeks with this strain. So far I am a bit disappointed and didn't expect this from this strain. We will never know if it was the age of the seeds or something else. What I do know is, it was the last time I use a third party seedbank, it is apparently too hard to keep fresh stock with too many strains. Until breeders put a production date o the packaging. Isn't it time someone said that? Cause lets keep it real, we are talking seeds that in any other case would have a cost of production of fractions of cents per seed. We pay what? 3 to 5 to maybe even 20 dollars a seed for an exceptional strain? Is it then too much too ask to put a friggin expiry date on the package? Or store them cooled? The breeder that does that and arranges a deal with third-parties that overstock can be sent back, packaging recycled, in exchange for fresh stock. Like any other fresh trade. For an industry making what, a billion worldwide, it is remarkable how many are still in the stoner with a garage / 80's trailer park, backwater funfair warranty, kinda customer service. Me: i grow organic weed for 30 years, these seeds were old Seed dealer: Yes but you failed to do a raindance on the rising moon, no refund. Me: but its for cannabis? Weed industry: Yes why we charged you double! Me: wow no germination after paying 20 bucks for seeds? Industry: They are all stoners, they won't notice.... Me: but this bong is made from toxic plastics? Headshop: yeas but it has this crumbling image of a leaf, 20 dollar! Can they get their shit together? For god's sake, I've seen crack dealers with better PR and customer care. Someone do sumtin, take us out of the car boot era please?

Forgot to water these ladies for a couple of days but after a heavy watering and a good feeding they perked right back up. I have 2 flower tents running with sunset sherbet right now. Regardless of wether I think they are ready or not I will be switching them to flower in 3 more weeks. Can’t wait to see how these ladies flower!

This will be the last week of veggie for the girls. I'll be switching them over this weekend to their flowering schedule. I noticed that some of the newer leaves on the top are lighter than the other leaves, they are yellowish. I added some calmag to their diet because I realized I'd never given them any. I'll be monitoring that to make sure it doesn't get worse. Overall... color me HAPPY heheheee 😃

Hello Everyone! This is my first grow (since a failed week-long attempt in 2011), and my first Legal Grow in Canada! :D - For this grow i have chosen Gorilla Zkittlez from Barney's Farm. Since we are allowed 4 Plants, and i had a pack of 5 Seeds, i decided to germinated all 5 Seeds to play it safe in case one didn't sprout, but alas, all 5 popped and are doing well! One plant is definitely the "runt of the litter" and will be given to a friend who is also starting his first grow (sticking with 4 in order to play within Canadian Law... yes i know, i think i should just grow all 5 too...) My Garden Set-up: Tent: 4x4x6.5ft from Growneer Lighting: Four (240W) Viparspectra Reflector Series 600 LED (960W Total) Ventilation: One 6' Inline Fan with 6'x 500mm Carbon Filter Pots: Four 5 Gallon Fabric Containers Growing Medium: B'cuzz Hydromix HP Nutrients: Green Planet 4-Part Hydro Fuel Kit + Terpinator Week 1 Notes: Just running a single light for now, (3 More on their way) Running into a little bit of low temps/low humidity issues; slowed exhaust fan a bit, added a tray of water infront of intake fan, misting every 6 hours, temps should increase when i introduce the other lights. might purchase a small humidifer. I apologize for the inconsistent photo quality, finding the right exposure/white-balance with these LED's is tricky, may get a filter for my camera or a different light for photos in the future.

The plant is developing extremely well, was not impressed by the topping and is pushing well! It was topped after the 4th node and should fit so well in the tent.

Each 1L jar has exactly 28g, it took a long time to sort through this. I think I left them hanging for maybe 6-12 hours too long as the RH in a lot of the jars are below 55% (target is 62%). Some remedial action was taken, and I cut off small pieces of the main stem or trunk from the left over carcasses which has successfully brought the RH back up over 60%. The hash I made from dry ice and 160 micron bubble bags is on a whole other level, I have added a video close up of the pucks I made with a pollen press, almost 0 leaf matter! - This actually might be my new favourite way of smoking weed, hash on the common market is low quality and full of plant matter. I ran her low on EC for the entire grow, using the Botanicare KIND range. Max EC was about 1.8 - but averaged between 1.2 and 1.6 throughout most of the flowering cycle. This grow beats the hell out of my first, and I hope it wasn't just a lucky fluke! I ran the same lights, 2 x 315w Euro Style CMH fixtures. still flushing 2 less hours of light

Plants had a bit of a ph issue with all the renovations on the veg set up the ph stick ran out of battery and couldn't keep the ph in check. now that is sorted though and we are running fine again. The plants are in the flowering room as the last set of plants have been harvested already. Veg room is almost built so the diaries will be up to date weekly and not this on and off posts, sorry about all that. The photos here are before and after training the plants after they had been topped a few weeks ago

I had to travel, as soon I arrived(3 days with no water) they look with all leeds failed down, I put water on she refused but few hours after she becomes like this, really healthy

Still giving them a 2:1 or 2.5:1 grow vs bloom nutrient. Its helping with some of the pink stems from last week. Feeding strength is up .2 point to reach 900ppm or aorund 1.8EC will leave it here fro the remainder of Veg. Prob will do for 2 more weeks then flip to flower as I just topped them and want to give them some time to recover. NPK ratio of 7-7-14 1:1 equal parts grow/bloom. Grow=8-4-15 Bloom=6-10-14 Boost=1-15-30 "not yet used it yet" Also took some clones from the plants as well, took two main cuttings from each plant, forgot to do the one so its not shown in the first video up the updated clone pics later in the week. If any of these impress me then the clones will go outside and grow there all year for a extra special harvest. Or I'll give them out to some friends and family maybe a little gorilla gardening project, but I will wait before getting ride of them all as I'm still kicking my self in the ass over the Blue Cindy loss. really liked that plant and wish its clones I gave out where still aorund. Lights doing well. The V1 spectrum is good on the medic grow mini sun-2's 240w. No issues so far, dimmed at 80% till flower is initiated then up to 100%, Will test out 13/11 I think as the schedule to give them some more photons for an extra hour vs 12/12 . Inicio de semana tranquila. Final de semana tocaria poda de bajos y de chupópteros pero se dejó para el siguiente dia, dia 22 . Da gusto cultivar semillas bien estabilizadas, que todas parezcan sacadas de un mismo patron como si fueran estas esquejes de una misma madre. Me encanta xd. Por ahora un crecimiento muy parejo, veremos si seguiran igual de parejas a partir de la poda de hojas y chupópteros que hay que hacerles.
