Overall a great strain. Would def recommend to just about anyone!

After coming back from my vacation and expecting some very nice growth on the plants I'm very slightly disappointed. I've grown these plants before so I know the structure and how well they will swell in the latter part of their growth. However these things have begun to stunt. I did make a very slight change to my regiments swapping out H2O2 for bleach instead to sterilize. After reading numerous articles and people ranting and raving about it I decided I would try it for myself. It does appear that it does keep the roots very nice and white and the reservoir nice and clean tables without algae however it comes at the cost of quantity of the final product. I will not be using this going forward.

Tag 63 - Beginn der 10 Woche. Die Blätter haben sich diese Woche leider weiter verschlechtert, Blätter vertrocknen und sterben ab, zudem kommt, dass ich an den einzelnen Blättern Anzeichen von Stickstoff oder Eisenmangel wahrgenommen habe. Deshalb habe ich den ph-wert weiter gesenkt um der Pflanze die Aufnahme der Nährstoffe zu erleichtern. Seit dem ich Mitte letzter Woche den pH-wert gesenkt habe, habe ich den Eindruck, dass das Blattsterben sich verlangsamt hat. Ich werde das weiter beobachten. Leider kann ich nach wie vor nichts gegen das übermäßige Licht und die Hitze an der Pflanzenspitze machen. Jedoch bin ich beeindruckt wie viele Fehler die Pflanze einem verzeiht, denn die Buds einwickeln sich weiterhin super, sind frostig und duften wahnsinnig süß! Ich bin weiterhin gespannt wie sie sich die nächste Zeit macht und werde weiterhin mein bestes geben um ihr den Stress zu reduzieren. Gedüngt wurde an Tag 58 der letzten Woche. Nährstofflösung: 1 ml/l - Sensi Cal-Mag Xtra Advanced Nutrients. 1 ml/l - Big Bud Advanced Nutrients 1 ml/l - Bud Candy Advanced Nutrients. 1 ml/l - B-52 Advanced Nutrients. 2 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part A. 2 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part B.

week 7 first flowering week when I finally discovered my princess was actually a prince. 12/12 flowermind ferts (6ml + 0.5g) LST + defoliation started seeing some thrips again, but just a few, nothing to worry so, the plant stayed for 4 weeks in the tent, under COB LED 200W.

I would believe this variety again ... I think it could be better ... and do not make some mistakes in it ... I recommend it to all growers ...

Comenzando semana 7 de estás nenas, aun las mantengo en 1L y hoy le hicimos su primera defoliación masiva, ahora a esperar que se recuperen para hacerle trasplante a maceta de 3,5L. La verdad no eh tenido muchos problema, todo sigue igual siguiendo el mismo orden de nutrientes, bacterias y hongos benéficos una vez por semana, enzimas ahora se las estoy dando día por medio o cada 3 día. Ya logramos sacar los primeros clones de la watermelon, punch y cookie y la thc bomb. la dss aun la tenemos tirando fuerza que no va mal pero no tenia espacio para más clones. Saludos

These ladies continue to develop very nicely and lucky stopped stretching pretty much in the beginning of this week and the buds are forming super nicely. Since I also don’t observe a stretch in flower anymore, I decided to feed pk13/14 for the next week. It continues to surprise me how hungry these autos are, much hungrier than my glookies fro example. Unfortunately I realized that the plant on the very right of the box produces much smaller buds than the other two. I am pinning that on the fan right above her, so have pointed it slightly higher, but I guess the damage is done:(.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Lots of SCROG work this week tucking the girls in. It seems to be very rewarding but takes a lot of time. The plants seem to have grown a lot in just a couple of days this week. Really happy about that 😌 It's been a good week and it feels like some of the work put in seems to be showing. We are having some issues with the pH raising in our tank. It was 6.6 today so we lowered it. Hopefully that's not the cause of the yellowing leaf tips. Will have to keep a better eye on the pH from now on. Humidity and lack of space keeps making some leaves wet, so we put a third fan under the canopy. Let's hope the air circulation is sufficient now. We are done with defoliation for now. One lonely thrip was seen flying around the grow area but they are getting less and less. We've been anticipating flipping the flower the whole week. Got a better dehumidifier at the end of the week, and did it. Humidity was finally in check and the flower was flipped on day 41 😎 Every SCROG hole was filled with a bud site before the flip. That amounts to a crazy number of 225. Let's see how they develop!

Despite having had some problems during the growth 99% for my demerits and faults and 1% for my fault the child has recovered great and in the end she looks very very beautiful and fit.
