ZodaZa - Umami Seed Co. Day 81 - watered with 3L of RO tap water, with defined nutrients, mixed in order and then pHd to 6.3. 🚿 She has been working hard on bulking her flower this week and has dried back much faster compared to the previous weeks, so I've increased her water volume from 2 to 3 liters 💪🏻 I've removed a couple of her larger fan leaves to improve overall light penetration, but other than that, I'm just letting her do her thing 🙏🏻☘️

Weekly update on these girls. They got a major defoliation this week so it'd allow the lower flower sites to mature some. They're sweet candy smelling when you rub the stems. The flower stretch has stopped now the sites are swelling daily. Over all I'm excited to see what the coming weeks have in store. Happy Growing

[ Information ] For all grow information, including strain and room details, please see the first week of veg. [ Updates ] (Flower) Day 1 - Light intensity increased to 65%. C02 increased to 1300ppm average. Day temp/humidity 85/70 (1-1.2VPD), night temp/humidity 75/65 (.8-1VPD). Fed a diluted compost tea mixture before lights on. Base water was R/O and tap water mixed lightly with silica and Tribus microbes. Tea was a mixture of Fish Hydrolysate, Bat Guano, Molasses, Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, and Earthworm Castings. 8 gallons of tea were added to 72 gallons of water mixture for an 80gal batch total. The batch was mixed for a half hour before feeding to the room. I did not PH or PPM test the mixture, organic material is hard to get an accurate PPM reading so the numbers are useless to me. I will be working to bring the lights to 100% power over this first week of flower. Day 4 - Light intensity increased daily, currently at 90%. Will raise to full power tomorrow. C02 increased to 1800ppm average. Temp and humidity for day and night are still the same. Lights were raised slightly to maintain 12 inches from canopy height, and a few growth nodes that were above the canopy got topped. Watered today with an 80gal (1.25gal p/pot) mixture, 10% tap 90% r/o water. 6.8 PH, 2.2ec. Foliar sprayed yesterday before lights off with a neem mixture for weekly IPM. Canopies are stretching relatively evenly, though I will be adding in support nets within a few days to help maintain the even spread. I've run this strain before so I'm fairly confident that I know what to expect during these few stretch weeks. Day 7 - Lights have been at 100% since day 5. C02 still 1800-2000ppm on average. Plants are stretching quickly into the lights, I have yet to readjust their height. The best growth usually happens when I do nothing, and I've done almost nothing the past couple days besides enjoy the unusually warm spring weather my area is currently experiencing. Watered today, 100gal (1.5gal p/pot) mixture, <1ec. Mainly an organic feeding for microbe health, also wanted a bit more runoff than normal due to the high ec feeding previously.

We checked trichomes last week nearly all were still clear but the density is amazing.. these are still showing slight signs of nutrient burn with little change from a week of water so we'll give it another and then one last heavy feeding to finish the grow out with water.. I can't wait to smoke my first bowl of this stuff..the pictures don't do it justice, I know its going to be out of this world...thanks as always for dropping by and happy harvests everyone!! ❤️🌱 ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_

Well unfortunately Misty was chopped ahead of schedule because on Monday morning I found the dread BUD ROT (Botrytis) infecting one of the side colas. I discarded that cola and am drying the rest.

Not much to report this week, the trichomes are still milky. My feeling is that it will take another 2-3 weeks until they are ready to harvest. Until then, I will continue with the fertilizer scheme. The smell of both strains is very pleasantly fruity (citrus) and I continue to monitor the VPD value and temperatures. This time there are no pictures and only videos they show better the development, in the time lapse you can still see a growth in the flowers, slow but there is still growth.

Despite no A/C in the spot temporarily, things are going perfectly fine, no complaints! Thank goodness I’m just vegging. Temps have been around 87 ish, but the plants seem to love it.

Both plants look healthy. I keep defoliating every day and they keep growing new leaves. They are extremely bushy plants. I have elevated their pots as they almost don’t stretch and they are a lot smaller than the rest of the tent now. A trailers net is added to level the canopies end of 1st flowering week.

K.onec 10. Týdne holku jsem dnes pokosil, trichomy plně mléka a občas i nějaký ten Amber. Pupeny jsou tak těžké že při sundávání rostliny se větve samy lámaly pod tíhou palic. Až to bude suché přidám pár fotek hotového produktu. Jinak lepkavou brokolicí bych ohodnotil dobře, snadno se pěstovala, a nebyly s ní žádné větší problémy.

This week I'm showing you the harvest of the second of the two London Pound Cakes, which was trained with a Mainfolding method, but without any LST bending. Technique Used: We did the first topping at the 5th internode, as per the manual (beforehand, we're talking about microgrowing; the plant can stay short, but it's advisable not to wait that long for autoflowers, for example). We created the Mainfolding by trimming everything after the topping, leaving only the two small branches. We let them grow for three internodes and then topped them twice more. We got several good buds, similar in appearance and of excellent quality. I only trimmed the one that seemed a bit off, a faded greenish color that wasn't getting much light. The plant is truly beautiful; it has opened up like a bush, nice and plump, and the flowers are firm and firm with a distinct sweet aroma that suggests a fantastic taste, something that's not at all obvious these days. Pot and Soil - This plant was grown in a 20-liter pot with Plagron's BioLight Mix organic soil, which gave us a solid start, and then we proceeded to fertilize. Lighting/PPFD - A Zamnesia Phytonaut 480W LED lamp was used from mid-flowering until fruiting. We achieved a PPFD (photosynthetically active photon flux density) between 800 and 1200 μmol/m²/s, with a cycle of 24 hours, then 23 hours, then 20 hours, and finally 18 hours. All with CO2, which mitigates the effects of heat and excessive light. Z - https://www.zamnesia.io/it/14526-led-grow-lamp-phytonaut-480.html (Google national link if it doesn't work) Growing system: Zamnesia Ecosystem, fan, extractor, and grow tent, all manufactured and branded by Zamnesia. Trichhomes: We still have a good amount of amber trichomes, starting at 30%. There are several 40-45% opaque and transparent trichomes. In this case, we've gone much further than usual in terms of maturity because the plant is indica-dominant, and we need and want to bring out its characteristics, even at the risk of some oxidation (the amber color is caused by oxidation. Don't fall into the common mistake of thinking that all or a majority of amber is needed; the harvest window opens at 15%, and you don't need a lot of amber, especially if the plants are sativa). Nutrients: Grown with Plagron Official, a 100% organic base fertilizer, and all recommended additives. Visit www.plagron.com for grow cycle calculations, product selection, and general information. All nutrients are available on the Zamnesia website. Also check out the live substrate and the fantastic new Zammi product line. You can find this excellent strain here: https://www.zamnesia.io/en/11114-london-pound-cake-zamnesia-seeds-feminized.html (Google if the link doesn't work; it's a national link) Terpene Profiles // Caryophyllene, Myrcene, Limonene Parents // Sunset Sherbet x Larry OG Genetics // 80% Indica / 20% Sativa THC // 22% CBD // 0-1% Flowering Time // 9-10 weeks Taste / Aroma: Sweet, Citrus, Spicy, Vanilla, Creamy Effect: Relaxing, Euphoric, Happy, Balanced, Calming Zamnesia Description: London Pound Cake is a decadent hybrid that satisfies both the palate and the soul. Derived from a potent cross between Sunset Sherbet and Larry OG, this strain combines intense dessert flavors, high-level potency, and lush growth, making it a true delight for growers and connoisseurs alike. In the grow room, London Pound Cake displays vigorous growth and a textbook indica structure, with sturdy branches and dense, trichome-covered buds. With just 9–10 weeks of flowering, London Pound Cake offers impressive yields, up to 600 g/m² indoors and a whopping 900 g/plant outdoors by October. The aroma is decidedly indulgent: sweet, creamy, and citrusy, with hints of vanilla and spice filling the air like a working oven. With 22% THC, London Pound Cake's effects are deep, relaxing, and euphoric, melting the body and mind and promoting a happy, fulfilled state of mind. Perfect for evenings, creative relaxation, or as a special treat after a long day, London Pound Cake combines flavor and potency in impeccable balance. For those who appreciate premium flavor and performance, London Pound Cake by Zamnesia Seeds is a pure comfort strain, offering indulgence, an irresistible aroma, and a deeply satisfying effect. My Cal Mag just arrived and I don't know guys, I need your advice. I am not sure if this is a calcium deficiency that I can fix. Or it is due to the fact that I am growing up in the bathroom it is constantly damp? I read about this fungus infection. What is your opinion about watering in Coco + Perlie? As I understand, due to the perlite, you should not water as often as without it. I used to grow on only coco and I think now it is different and I should not water every day. One day later, one day of rest. Community, I want to grow as a grower really, so any information, criticism, or advice that will help me get better not from practice, but from theory is greatly appreciated. Please also consider that I am basically growing on a budget if you can say so... My grow tent is coming soon and I will transfer them.

D37 - I totally stopped defoliation as there will be no more new leaves from now on. The girls don't need any LST either. All I need to do is just water them and wait for them to mature! No crispy leaves, no nutrient burn, no flies, no bugs no problem at all. Only AK2 is a little bit behind on bud development but it is possible that it might need more time in the flowering The nutrients are still double the recommended dosage.

Nice flat canopy, no more wire needed for LST, will just gently pull the branches down as it grows. Now just need more growth! Trichomes popped and a lovely citrus aroma.
