Had a small issue this week where temp dropped a bit, I was on vacation for a few days and a window got left open to the room the tent is in. The room got down to 62f with the lights on. lights off temp wasn't much cooler. I noticed some canoeing on leaves near the center of the room, I am hoping this was just caused by the temperature stress that happened by the sudden drop. I fixed the temp and issue and it should be back to normal. Trichome's look great under microscope. Getting tightly packed and very cloudy, very little amber color at this point. Cheese #1 Has swelled up quite a bit over the last 5 days, The buds on it are noticeably larger than the ones on Cheese #2 I have moved the led light to cast more on cheese #2 in hopes to get the buds on it to catch up to #1 Still dealing with small calcium deficiencies, I will do a light flush this week of 1/2 strength nutrients and Cal at 6.5 Mid Weekupdate: Flushed plants with 1/3rd nutrient dose and full strength cal mag. Adjusted ph. to 6.5 to allow for better uptake of calcium. The calcium issue isnt bad just some small spotting but I am trying to get ahead of it as there is supposed to be 4 weeks left on the strain. The buds have started to tighten and get more dense. Hairs are about 40% red, some are receding into the bud. Smells like citrus.

. End of Week 12 (Day 84): She is doing good and unmistakably into flower. I've moved nutrient ratios into bloom and she's showing no sign of burn or distress from it. Leaves are filling up with trichomes and getting sticky. The smell in the tent is quite delicious, a candy aroma of cherry blasters and citrus, with a mild skunky undertone. I can see why this 2.0 gets rave reviews from growers.

Wow! 303 grams dry weight off these two girls, thanks to a higher feeding each week. Absolutely blown away by how much more weight, size of the buds and the insane stickiness of the buds! Extremely happy even though this strain was the most difficult I've ever grown.

I'm pretty confident it's not a PH issue at this point. Seems plants are rapidily soaking up the nutrients in the water. I also found 8 or 9 fan leaves with slight nutrient burn a few days ago. Nutrient burn seems to have tapered off and haven't noticed any spreading. Going to try adding an additional watering to the schedule to see what happens. I'm hesitant to mix stronger nutrients due to nutrient burn I started to see earlier this week. At the same time, need to figure out the cause of the nutrient deficiencies. I'm currently using the Light Feeding Schedule from Mills Nutrients (says "light", but is still 2.06 EC including 0.54 EC for water + CalMag) Need to switch to flower soon but need to figure out deficiency issues before the switch. Defoliation: * Removed quite a bit of fan leaves suffocating nodes. Girls are 10lbs lighter. Despite the nutrient issues, the girls have been filling out fast. We’ve reached the eighth week, and the plants continue to tell their stories. Two of them have revealed themselves as males, fulfilling their role in genetics, while the others keep growing vigorously. The dynamics of the garden change, but the journey remains steady and promising. During flowering, I stick to my consistent approach: I don’t change how I provide water and biofertilizers. I believe regularity is the key to a healthy and balanced transition. Additionally, I’m not a fan of heavy defoliation; I prefer to respect the plants’ natural rhythm, removing only the leaves that fall off easily, as if the plants themselves are telling me they no longer need them. Observing each stage of this cycle is an exercise in patience and learning. Each plant has its own personality, and watching them is like uncovering a secret only nature can reveal. I can’t wait to see how the garden will bloom in the coming weeks!

Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! Day 14: This week I'm increasing the humidity inside the tent with a wet towel and containers with water. I also removed the half bottles that were over the plants to generate extra humidity, because they got burned because of that, as you can see in the leaves, there are some brown snipes. Day 15: I added a towel and containers with water inside the tent to increase humidity, I managed to bring it up to 67% in some parts of the day. Day 16: I'm convinced Mario has thrips. I will add Potasium Soap in a couple days to kill any thrips possibility, and also add a moistmeter in the soil to know exactly if I'm overwatering or not. Day 18: Started with the feeding. Rizothonic + Vega at 25% of the recommended dosage. Added just 12ml of water on each plant. I don't want to overwater. Also added a new fan to the setup. Day 19: Added Potasium soap to the leaves during the dark hours. They look better already. Day 20: Added water + Solution of water with 25% nutrients I already created on day 18. I'm going reeeally slow with nutrients. D21: Forgot to make photos. Sprayed potasium soap solution at 2% over the plants, to avoid any pests.
