It became clear to me when I opened the tent two days ago. There they were, sticking out one of the main cola’s, it was almost impossible to miss them: 2 bright lime green banana’s. It was like the little dicks were smiling to me. I immediately removed them and search all the plants thoroughly multiple times for more, but didn’t found one. So, I guess I’m now a member of the ‘hermies club’. As for the cause: I suspect light stress. The light was close on the canopy, a little closer than (for example) dr. Cocoforcannabis recommends for this light. I found the two banana’s on Jannine and the bud that had them, is the one that’s almost in the middle of the tent, where the light is the brightest. The plant on the left, Kim, was also showing some foxtailing on her highest buds. Hence, I raised the lights 6-7 centimeters. Hopefully, I took away the cause of the hermies; off course, I’m keeping a sharp eye on the buds, but I haven’t found any more than those two. Also, EC of the drain tends to go up, hence every few days, I now just give them plain pH’ed water, to prevent high EC spikes. The trichomes are developing nicely. I bought a jeweler's loupe to study them, because with my USB microscope it’s almost impossible to get a clear picture (I don’t have a steady hand). The girls are 7 weeks into flower: there are no amber trichomes, but most trichomes are partly cloudy (30~50%) and a minority is still fully clear. I guess two more weeks before harvest, maybe 1,5 week. I switch to GHE Ripen later this week. I didn’t use such a product during my first grow, so I’m curious to see if it does something good. So This week was the same as the last really, It seems all I have to do is sit back and watch these ladies do their thing! Ive not gone full on with the bloom supplements or PK yet as only 2/5 of the GG are seriously flowering. The other 3/5 GG are now Finally showing some signs of flower and some tops are starting to build and lowers producing more pistils each day! The Stardawgs continue to explode, even some friends who were sceptical about the performance of the Quantum board LED's have been flow away by the results. All of the buds seem to be building dramatically top to bottom which no shortage of frost! Macro shots on the way!!

Nothing much to say about my grow this week. Gave he a flush with pH 6.0 to kick off the week. Day 86..... Gave her a feeding today a whole gallon. Ive been doing some research and maybe I'm feeding my plants a little too much nutrients. So from now on I will be feeding a lot less and the next day I will feed just plain water. So my plants will get nutrients every 3 or 4 days. I also bought a few advanced nutrients supplements which I'll be experimenting with. Day 87... Gave her a feeding today of advanced nutrients Nirvana and voodoo juice and pH to 5.9. Day 88.....gave her a 2l feeding today of nutrients. Also defoliated some of her big fan leaves.

Entered diary of the month for the first time here on GD. It’s been a good run thanks to Ethos Genetics and Front Row AG Nutrients. Grow diaries has been kinds shitty lately. I’ve tried my best to upload as many good photos as possible. I know I grow a little differently than most here on grow diaries. Push the plants as hard as you can, lots of heat/humidity/co2 and high EC. My motto, if you’re gonna grow, harvest as much as you can with the space you have. Overall this was one of my best runs in a while. Deep orange and cream/cake smells and vigorous growth made this a great strain.

Been so busy lately no had the chance to do catch up but am back and would like some tips if u can not sure if I should chop all the fan leaves off Done a bit of defoliation topped 6 and kept the 2 to the top right without topping but topping seemed to be the one a lot new potential bud sites because of topping and lst when should I go into flower and got new SPIDER FARMER 2000 what dim should I use thanks troops 😎happy growing

Sure are stinking the place up now ! Unbelievable. Still maturing nicely buds arnt supper tight on one on the left the right side is looking better. But still a week or so yet I would say one will be done a week or so before the other also. All in all things are looking good.

16" wide by 9" high, leaves doubled from week 4. Vigorous growth using bloom 0.50ml / 1L, keeping soil (pro-mix HP) moist daily

Great start for week 10 did some defoliation,they look so happy and healthy, I had issues with the plants they responded well to LST and defoliation. I make sure to remove some leaves here and there. The most important thing to me me in this stage is to make sure they have perfect airflow.

Hey fellow growers week 13 update of my sole survivor critical purple #1. This plant is now in week 8 of flower and will be removed any day now!!! She's only been Watered once this week with a ph of 6.3. So close to starting next grow so stay tuned!!! I also updated my pineapple auto harvest weights to include both plants. 26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it.
